When I hired them I thought we were paying for 1 thing. then they just do more things on their own without asking and charge more and force me to pay. The owner crag had no problem doing nothing to help he said we were on our own with however we get the money. Scam company in disguise.edit: I later found out the owner owns a few businesss with different names that do the same scams in other fields like flooring, carpet, hardwood floors, I suggest stay away from them if you want a good job and to not get scammed.

We recently experience a massive flood due to our fire sprinkler system being accidentally set off in our retail space at The Forum Shops at Caesars. The Mirage team arrived on site very quickly, set up and got to work immediately. Thanks to their fast response, hard work, and ingenuity - they greatly reduced our down time, saved us a lot of money - and got our store back open very quickly. Craig provided constant updates and was on site at all hours to make sure things were going well, and more importantly completed safely so we will not experience any mold issues in the future. Upstairs bathtub flooded my home a few days ago. I create and sell art & the water damage made its way into my studio. These guys really know there stuff. they where on the job fast & even had a machine that dried the water damage on a few of my wood creations. I dealt mainly with Richard and Craig of Disaster Rescue. I initially found them on Yelp and I contacted Craig late one evening expecting to leave a voicemail as I had with several other companies at that time, but Craig picked up and less than an hour later we were meeting by a property that had extensive water damage. The water leak had also caused great damage to a downstairs property and having bene through disaster after disaster during my 8 years living in the United States I was absolutely at my wits end. There was tens of thousands worth of damage that I couldnt possibly afford due to the work of a previous contractor and some shoddy hoa plumbing before I moved in. Navigating all of this from moving out tenants to dealing with insurance companies wouldnt even have been possible without Craigs help. He not only completed the mold remediation and rebuild of my property within a little over a week but he liaised with SEVERAL insurance companies to help me gain the proper coverage that had previously been denied AND liaised with the downstairs owner and tenants about the damage to their property and is about to start work on theirs also. He gathered a very efficient crew who helped me finance things such as a new AC unit and kept the costs incredibly low. I still need to recover costs from parties such as the hoa and a previous AC company but without this companys help I would have lost everything. All over again. He listened to me and literally guide me through the entire process step-by-step. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this company.
