After two weeks of getting several different quotes from local restoration companies, I came across Restoration 1. As I was driving to work one morning, I saw one of their vehicles and called the number on it. There must’ve been a reason I saw their car that day because they were the perfect company to use. They came in and cleaned my house better than it has ever been cleaned. The entire staff was very efficient, personable and kind to work with. The smoke smell is out of my house and I am looking forward to moving back in. If you are looking for an honest company, I would highly recommend using Restoration 1. I will be referring them to anybody I know who has an emergency like I did.

Being out of town, I had to rely on quickly building trust with a contractor after the bottom floor of my parents home was flooded. Ron was upfront and honest with what remediation and repairs needed to be done. He made sure any questions and/or concerns I had were immediately addressed and worked with me through our the process to ensure I was up to date on the process as it occurred. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Restoration 1 above all other remediation companies.

Dylan and Jake were absolutely amazing! They took care of our house, were respectful of our cat and overall just made sure things were good in a bad situation. We cannot reccomend their services enough. It was a burst pipe under our sink and they showed up within 40 minutes to begin cleanup. The owner even called us from another cleanup just to make sure we would have everything we needed! Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking care of us and our home!PS. Our damage happened at 7pm and theyve been here after hours making sure we will not have mold growing.

We had a water leak at the wall of a secondary bathroom sink under the cabinet. The leak saturated both sides of the wall causing damage to the drywall and trim. I made a call to Restoration 1 around 6am. The person on the phone was extremely helpful in walking me through where to turn off the water till they could arrive. A truck and crew arrived approximately 30-40 mins later and took over from there. Within minutes the crew had set up some sort of plastic barrier in the hallway separating the bathroom and bedroom from the rest of the house. They removed all the wet drywall and the bathroom cabinet in order to dry out the entire area. They handled everything from start to finish which included restoring the bathroom/ bedroom wall back to original. The entire process took only a few days. You can’t even tell there was ever a leak. The crew members were very polite and respectful of our house which gave us peace of mind and made us feel more relaxed at such a stressful time. I highly recommend Restoration 1 to anyone who’s in need of help from water damage. Thank you to all the crew from Restoration 1 for a fantastic job!!

Well let me start out with this company is so amazing.My garage caught on fire because of a bad breaker. After Henderson fire put the fire out i called Restoration 1. Renee picked up and was like an angel helping me with all my questions about my life going up in flames. She was so fast on getting the guys out to my home.When Ron my knight in shining armor showed up to my house he was so professional and cared about all my needs.He had a crew of very clean cut professional men with him. He told me everything that was going to go on and a time frame and they stuck to it. Highly recommend Restoration 1!They made an extremely stressful time completely bearable. When my house flooded I called multiple companies. Restoration 1 responded immediately and was there within the hour. They took the time to explain the process and got to work right away. My Condo flooded, his company was there in under 30 minutes, with the holidays fast approaching and the reality of what was happening they were kind, compassionate, and walked me through the processes.
