Hello. Our tour and tour driver, Tommy, was awesome!!! He was informative, on time, funny, and a safe driver. We enjoyed our trip and absolutely loved the sights. Thank you for your expertise and we will surely tell our family to book with your company!!
Great tour. 3 stars due to some inconsistencies from what I read online. Some groups prior got lunch in actual restaurants (review from 2 months ago) while some got a $14 voucher for lunch. We got taken to an In-N-Out where our max budget was a little under $9. Website said something about a Mexican restaurant if WB was unavailable, so kinda planned for that. Processed final payment for trip at the burger place, which was odd. Had to sign something agreeing to our total and in big highlight it said to please offer 15-20% tip to our tour guide. First I had heard of it. Seems a bit steep, especially if you bought two tickets. Adds almost $70 to your tour package. And if you don’t bring cash, it gets weird. The tour guide kinda harshly stared at us as we walked off because we were not prepared to leave a tip. But overall, enjoyed the tour.
Great overall experience. Easy check in and registration process. Amazing and fun driver made the tour.
We went on the Las Vegas to Hollywood tour with Tommy, he is a very knowledgeable and professional tour guide. So considerate, helpful and has a jolly personality. He picked us up in huge 8 passenger SUV black on black leather reclining seats, it had movie screens front and back, even in the sun visor for the front passenger, USB ports in every seat, free WiFi, which we didnt even have in our hotel. They provided a complimentary lunch in a 5 star restaurant !!! VIP service from start to finish. Valet pickup and drop off from our hotel. Complimentary snack and drinks. They thought of everything, outstanding tour company. Youve got to do this Las Vegas to Hollywood tour if you ever go to Vegas, were planning to go again soon, cant wait.
It was a great time! Tommy was an amazing guide.
Made reservations easy. Looking forward to our trip in June.
Simply amazing tour of Hollywood from Vegas, we were picked up in a shiny new minibus, it was like a limo... black on black leather seats, it had free wifi and they played movies on a flip down screen. Super fun tour guide named Jose... he told lots of fun facts and funny jokes. Lunch at Warner Bros was awesome, we had plenty of time to explore at all the stops, we took so many photos, great view of the Hollywood Sign from up high in the hills, then another view from Highland Center, saw our favorite stars on the walk of fame, walked through all the stores on Rodeo drive, went for a long relaxing walk along Santa monica beach shoreline, then we sat at an outdoor bar on the Pier and had a fancy drink. After staying in Vegas for 3 days, it felt very much like we were on a second vacation in Hollywood. Amazing tour, amazing staff, amazing company, thank you Quality tours for a memorable day out.
I booked a tour for my husband birthday ...they cancelled our tour the night before and messed up our entire trip. Didnt receive phone call until 8pm...and due to super bowl being that following day..we couldnt even get a dinner reservation to make up for the cancelled trip. They offered a private tour but I had to pay 500...very unprofessional.
Tommy was very nice and informative
We booked a Hollywood tour through them a few days ago and our tour guide, Tommy, was very pleasant. He was prompt throughout the whole trip. Very knowledgeable about the various sights and landmarks. He constantly offered us cold water. We stopped a few times to use the bathroom and get snacks. We stopped at the Hollywood walk of Fame, Hollywood sign, got lunch at a cafe near Warner Bros studio( we were given a 14$ voucher each, which was adequate for a decent lunch), Santa Monica Pier, Rodeo Drive and we were driven through Beverly Hills past beautiful multi million dollar homes. We never felt rushed as we explored. Tommy always came back on time to pick us up. Well worth the money and I highly recommend the Hollywood Tour from Vegas.
We are currently on our way back to Vegas. Tommy was our guide. He has been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. This has been a very long day but definitely worth it!!!. He was on time for every pick up and informative. It also helps to know he was a great driver. I was a little worried after reading some of the other negative reviews but would advise anyone that is torn in between to use this company! Ask for Tommy!!!!
Went on this tour with my friend Rob while on vacation last week. Our driver Tommy was very knowledgeable and went to all the places we wanted to visit. The tour was well paced and priced.
My friend and I did the Vegas to Hollywood tour back in June. It was our first time going to California. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we got great pictures of the Hollywood sign. I wish I could remember his name. I was worried at first because I did not get a confirmation email until the night before the tour and I saw mixed online reviews, but it turned out to be a great tour to Hollywood to see the major sites. I would definitely recommend the tour if you are in Vegas and have never been to California.
We chose to do the Warner Bros. tour on this trip. We had no problem catching an Uber to meet the group in Hollywood. The cost of the Uber was about $15. Tommy was very informative on our way and made sure we were always comfortable. He was prompt in picking us up and meeting us. We ate at the Warner Bros. cafe where we had $14 to spend. This was a sufficient amount for a complete meal. On our return trip, there was a movie played to help pass the time. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this trip and this company.
Had a great time on our trip to Vegas to LA. I was a bit skeptical at 1st before booking due to the mixed reviews but my husband really wanted to go and another company was booked. So I said a prayer and hoped for the best. I will say Im a very orderly person so I was annoyed when I did not get my pick up agenda email until a few hours before the trip started. I called the company in which they apologized and responded that their office had been short staffed and that the emails got behind. The driver Tommy called me at 5:30am to say he was on his way and picked us up in a nice black shuttle van with big tinted windows. You could lay back each seat and spacing was great since only 6 adults and 2 children were on this trip (the van seats 13-14). Tommy was very kind and attentive to everyone. He pointed out lots of landmarks on our way to LA and stopped at least 2 times to and from. The movies definitely helped to pass time. I took a little nap too. You can bring an airplane/small pillow to help with comfort if you want. He let us leave our stuff on the shuttle when we got off at the different stops which was very convenient. The lunch was at an Asian buffet which I thought was clean and fairly good. They appeared to just be opening when we arrived so all the food was fresh and hot. I only got a small amount since we were having to do a lot of walking. I loved seeing the Hollywood sign even though it was a distant view, window shopping in Beverly Hills and walking on the beach in Santa Monica. Hollywood Blvd was surprisingly kind of dirty and we were definitely happy to see the shuttle when it came time for p/u! The trip itself is just really a chance to see a quick snap shot of Hollywood/Beverly Hills/Santa Monica Beach. Unfortunately if you are looking for more its better just to plan a separate trip there and due more in depth local tours. The trip served its purpose to allow us to visit and see some landmarks in California while vacationing in Vegas. We saw all points of interest advertised and Tommy was a wonderful driver. We stopped for a bite to eat at In and Out Burger after we got out of LA and stopped 1 more time on the way back. We returned around 11pm.
We had the best trip from Las Vegas to California anyone could ask for. Gerry was wonderful and it was so relaxing. His driving was outstanding and gave us the best tour anyone could ask for. What better ride then to also be in the present with a man who gave us our freedom. Yes a purple heart soldier. Thank you Gerry and quality tours for being so professional. Also Tony the gentleman who booked it was amazing and so caring. We would recommend this company 100% plus. Also accomdated my 2 service animals.God Bless and Thank you.Anna CranmerFlorida
Myself and my partner went on Las Vegas to Hollywood tour on April 1st 2019.We chose to book with Quality Tours of Las Vegas as I did the exact same tour 3 years ago and it was brilliant. This time however, was horrendous. There are several complaints I made about this tour;- We didn’t get to see ANY celebrities houses or hangouts, which in the Las Vegas to Hollywood tour description, it states ‘We take you through Beverley Hills for a tour to see some famous celebrity hang-outs, and mansions’.- ‘We treat you to a fabulous lunch at the Studio Plaza Cafe right inside Warner Bros Studios. You get to choose from a variety of delicious food items like: Prime Rib, Roast Beef, Chicken, Seafood, Gourmet Wraps, Sandwiches, Personal Pizzas, Pastas and a Salad Bar.’ That was the description for the food we would get, however, there was maintenance work at the Plaza Cafe so there was only limited choice. We also spent over an hour here, when there was absolutely nothing to do or see at all, apart from the Warner Brothers Tower.- We got to spend FIVE minutes on the walk of fame, giving us no time to visit the Chinese Theatre or any other landmarks surrounding. We were told to meet the tour guide outside CVS five minutes after he dropped us off. We were all waiting for an extra 30 minutes for him to return. When he eventually came back to pick us up, he didn’t apologise, or tell us where he had been! Very unprofessional.- The driver stopped for several personal food/drink breaks on the way back to Las Vegas. We were informed that we would arrive back in Las Vegas between 20:30pm and 21:00pm on the evening of the tour. With all the tour guides personal stops, we only arrived back in Las Vegas at 23:40pm, resulting in us missing our other reservations and loosing out money on these reservations.- The tour guide was over tried and fell asleep at the wheel several times and at one point of the journey to Los Angeles, he severed right across the middle line and onto chevrons which woke him up.l sent a complaints email on 2nd April 2019.Between April 2nd and June 21st I have sent over 50 emails to both the supervisors email address and the general office email address as well as ringing up several times a day and leaving multiple voicemails. I have received just FIVE emails in response. It has been 4 weeks since I last replied to their latest email and I have still not got a response. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. They have already admitted that I wasn’t the first to complain about this particular tour that day and they also admitted their mistakes. They have stated that the tour guide was supposed to point out celebrity mansions but on the day of our tour, the tour guide was having a “off day” and rushed through this part. They have also stated that we should have got 1 hour at the Walk of Fame and that the tour guide didn’t make this clear but that was once again down to him having an “off day”.They offered me a $100 gift voucher and a $50 refund, 6 weeks after my initial complaint!!I said I wasn’t happy with this as I am unlikely to return to Las Vegas anytime in the next 3 years. 4 weeks later I finally got a reply and they said they’d authorise a further $50 refund.3 months after my initial complaint and I have still not received any form of refund.I booked this trip for my partners 30th birthday and they completely ruined the day and wasted a full day of our holiday. We will NOT be booking with them in the future and advise everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
The tour was amazing !! I highly recommend Tommy, he shows you all of the good spots around in L.A. California. You get to stop to make restroom breaks, food stops, and he gives you an hour & maybe 15 mins to go shop around. We got to see all of the upperclassmen’s housing. We even got to take a picture by the Hollywood sign! He even talk to you and show you what is what, unlike most tourist who are more quiet & quick to get there. And also, to elaborate more on the food stops, they were delicious such as the Bubba Gump right by the beach which we went after and In-N-Out which hit right on the spot while leaving back to Vegas. The pricing was reasonable considering how much we got to see! Love Love Love this tour!
I had a trip with tommy! May 1st and he was amAzing a long with the tour. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend this tour to anyone.. it was Las Vegas to Hollywood/ Santa Monica
Tour ok, could have been better, the free lunch is overrated, its a Chinese Buffet on the Hollywood walk of Fame, very horrible not a lot of seafood, no steaks or bbq as advertised . Staff at restaurant very unfriendly. We did not see any celebrities homes or hangouts. I wished we were able to see more things, tour felt kinda rushed. We went to Warner Bros studios to only take pictures outside, went to Rodeo drive to walk around, to look out hill to view Hollywood sign and to Santa Monica pier. Our bus not working properly, we had to ride in a Lincoln SUV. Driver really nice and knowledgeable.
The tour lasted 24 hours!!!!, not in a good way and it was definitely not as advertised
This was the worst tour ever. I do not recommend this company. I went on a tour march 30th. The brochure thry have on site is all lies. We did not eat lunch at warner bros ztudios. We did not get a lite breakfast. We did not have cold water. We were only offered 1 water all day. The driver Jose was horrible. You could not hardly see the hollywood sign. He gave us $14 to eat on hollywood blvd. We didnt get to walk down rodeo drive. He didnt k ow where any stars lived in beverly hills. AND IT WAS MID 80S IN HOLLYWOOD AND WE THEN WENT TO SANTA MONICA PIER WHICH THE TEMP DROPPED 30 DEGREES AGIN WE WERE NOT INFORMED...No guided tour...if anyone wants to see my pictures i took i will gladly email to you. Took 6 half hours to get bacl to las vegas..he took a different way back than we went. All the way dissatisfied. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. THEY DO NOT REUTRN CALLS OR EMAILS. ITD BEEN ALMOST 3 WEEKS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME3
Im being kindly when I give this tour company a 1 Star...In all of my days Ive never experienced a more unprofessional company than this..Whatever you do, do not BOOK them...They will not forward an itinerary to save there lives, nor will they call you back, answer emails..We Got Pick Up instructions at 4 A.M. in the morning that the driver would be there between 5:30-5:50 am ..The bus finally showed up around 6 am ...There were others already on the Mercedes Benz Truck(Just Kidding It Was A Beat Up Ford Truck)..The driver looked as if he had just rolled out of bed and the female who was with him seemed to be clueless..After we left from Treasure Island the driver had one more pick up to do, he proceeded to drive the wrong way into the Pallazio(Remember This)...After Finally Getting On the road we stopped off to get gas an hour into the ROAD TRIP FROM HELL..After Getting On the road I noticed that the tour guides were not using gps, the female was reading from some hand written instructions on some paper..After missing our next 2 exits we ended up at Warner Brothers Studio an Hour later without the driver ever realizing it(I pointed it out to them)...They were constantly on the phone with someone named Tony trying to get directions..After eating lunch at Warner Brothers we got back into the Scorching Hot Ford Fan where we asked for the AIR to be turned on because I guess our tour guides were oblivious to the 100 degree heat..We headed to Santa Monica Pier, after getting to Santa Monica the driver proceeded to try and go down the wrong street blocked off by 3 Orange cones as if the cones werent even there before being stopped by a traffic guide...After leaving Santa Monica we headed over to Beverly Hills, about an hour or so I noticed that we had not left Santa Monica at all,We had been driving around in a circle the whole time(Time To Call Tony),After our guides got off the phone with Tony we were on our way only to have this driver continue his reckless driving ways...After arriving in Beverly Hills the guides tried to offer us only a 15 minute stay which we protested. We ended up staying for about an hour..We then climbed back into the Very Hot Van and once again they were asked to do something about the air, the female guide(LOL) said she had to call Tony at the next stop to make sure everything was turned on correctly (I guess the driver didnt have a clue)....So we’re off to HollyWood BLVD,I guess Tony had instructed them earlier to use the gps on there Phone...Although asked on several occasions Theyre were only 2 or 3 instances of LANDMARKS being pointed out...We get to HollyWood BLVD and once again they tried to offer a minimal stay but we protested and got our way....THERE WAS NEVER AN OFFER TO TAKE US AROUND FOR A GUIDED TOUR ON HOLLYWOOD BLVD,AND THE LIES KEPT COMING WHEN IT CAME TO THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN !.....We Finally departed HollyWood BLVD after an hour or so,the driver decided that he wasnt gonna listen to the GPS once again so we get lost once again. He Finally pulls into a 7-11 parking lot, where he proceeded to call TONY once again....I guess after getting his marching orders from Tony he pulls into oncoming traffic as if the traffic wasnt even there(THIS WAS OUR 4TH NEAR DEATH INSTANCE AT THIS POINT)....We Finally make it to the freeway/interstate...As darkness comes I had dozed off only to be awaken by my fellow passengers screaming at the driver that his lights werent on, needless to say there was no more dozing off for anyone....The driver was driving like a maniac to try and get back to Vegas only to be slowed down by all of the traffic, also the driver had no intentions of stopping on our way back .If not for the passengers asking he would have kept going without being concerned of the well being of those he was transporting.....I could go on forever but I want...We Finally arrived back at our Hotel @ 1245 am (Some 19 Hours Later)!
Well interestingly, despite asking me to contact you, I have left numerous messages and still you do not respond. I have proof that you are the company who I originally booked with and interestingly you are not accredited to the BBB, are operating on two different telephone numbers and from two different business addresses. You have 12 complaints registered against you with BBB. What response do you have to that? I have also emailed you and you have not responded. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
Ask for Tommy, very kind guide and driver! The only thing, we didn’t have a lot of time on the Beverly Hills & Rodeo street!
