Our driver, Kristie, was amazing when we used Elite Trans for our wedding night in Vegas. She communicated well and was super quick in going between our venue and the hotel to get people to the wedding.The bus itself was amazing as well! We had the big dog and it was HUGE, super clean, and hooked up to bluetooth for music which was great.The price was honestly better than a lot of other places we looked into, as well. If there was an option to not give a star, I would have. The team at Elite Transportation was extremely unprofessional and shady. I booked a party bus for my fiancé’s birthday 4 weeks in advance. I received a call 5 days prior to the scheduled date to confirm our reservation. At that time everything confirmed was correct. The following day, 4 days before my reservation, I received a call from Bobby. During this conversation, Bobby informed that we would need to add an additional hour in order to keep our reservation for an additional $180. In addition to this, he also informed that there was an issue with having minors on the party bus — this is something that I initially addressed when booking the party bus to ensure that those who were underage would be able to attend and I was told that as long as there was at least one person over the age of 21 that minors would be allowed on the bus. Bobby told me 4 days before my event that Metro would have to approve the minors riding on the bus and each person under the age of 18 would need waivers signed by their parent. None of this would have been a problem if it was brought to my attention when I initially booked the party bus and specifically asked these questions. After telling my fiancé about the situation we decided to cancel our reservation. I made multiple phone calls to the company in an attempt to cancel our reservation and receive a refund back for the deposit that I had put down. Each time I called someone would answer and say that Bobby was on a phone call and that he would call me back in a few minutes. He never did. When I finally reached him, Bobby continued to pressure me into keeping our reservation after multiple attempts to tell him no.

In my daughters words the driver was cool and chill and did an incredible job of making this experience a very memorial one to always be remembered. Elite Transportation came highly recommended by my wedding planner and they were great! My booking process was so easy, too. I scheduled a party bus to pick up my wedding guests after my ceremony and take them on an hour tour of the strip before dropping off at my reception venue. They were punctual and very professional and all my guests had a great time aboard the party bus. After my reception was over, they picked everyone up and dropped back off at the Flamingo hotel. Overall, a great experience and will book with them again next time I’m in Vegas!

We had airport transportation and a party bus. Wen we made it to Vegas airport, Matthew met us! He was great! He was very professional and made sure we got to were we needed to be at the airport. So funny story - on my wedding night I was SO exhausted that I didnt make it to the party bus LOL but my groom and 40 guests said their bus ride on Elite Transportation was AMAZING! I would never ever rent from this company they canceled the day before my wedding When I rented our place on hold and they had my debit and credit card for over six months a week before my wedding I get a from them to Confirm the reservation in two days before my wedding I got a call to confirm the reservation and the day before at 6 o’clock at night before they close I get a called and told me the bus you put on hold we do not rent from this company anymore and you will have to pay $489 today or nothing at all when I was told over six months ago that it was only gonna be $250 for two hours guarantee that was not the case the woman I spoke to did not care but she said I’ll I will call her supervisor I’ll call you back 20 may then later I was told me her supervisor said he will not be in until Monday and that’s when he can call and talk to me about it and my wedding was Sunday Luckily I called another limousine company and they gave me two limousine bus for the price of one of there limousine bus Bad customer service did not care I don’t know why I rented from them before when I’ve had multiple associates tell me how horrible this company is or they’ve had experience with them in the past and all this happen aug 21 2021

*PROS:*- BEST PRICES IN TOWN BY FAR!!!- bus exterior & interior designed well- good music/sound system- adjustable lighting for any mood- sufficient space & seating- fun pole for dancing- TVs for additional entertainment- great party atmosphere- scheduling staff & driver were nice*CONS:*- driver showed up 30 mins late & said they would extend the ride 30 mins to make up for it but that never happened. They also still charged my card for the full 2 hours, never refunded me for the 30 mins we never received and due to that unprofessional rip off and poor way of business, I am only giving 3 ☆.

Communication, timing, and friendliness was great. The people that sets up the reservations and the call backs were very prompt and cares about their customers. I overpaid the driver cash (including the deposit they already taken) and he kept it and in the end he didnt turn it in. When I called about it they were really nice and tried to investigate but there was no proof. It was my word against the drivers so I never heard back. I wouldve given it 5 stars but I was certain I overpaid because I had to collect the cash from others on the bus so I know exactly how much I paid. I shouldve asked for a receipt so thats probably my fault but I feel it was hectic. That may be why they take payment in cash at the time of pickup.

A group of 14 went down to Las Vegas to celebrate a family member marriage. We then wanted a party bus afterwards. We had originally set time to pickup at 11:30 pm but we were finish with wedding and eating out early. When our driver Matthew called to confirm with me, I asked if we could push the time up to 10:30pm and he said sure. Everything about Matthew was professional, he was actually early waiting on us to come down from hotel. He stopped to store for us and stopped to let us out to use restroom. This night was 10 stars if I can rate it that much. I would definitely recommend Matthew to be our driver again. Don’t forget tip your drivers extra like we did. He was fantastic!!

We rented Big Dog on 2/13/21 for my husbands 50th and had the best time! Christy our host was fun, professional, knowledgeable and made the evening epic!

So Elite was recommended to us through our wedding planner. When I first called and spoke with Adriana she took our reservation for the bus The Big Daddy and took my credit card information and deposit. I received a confirmation email. I called 2 days before my daughters wedding just to confirm and she said everything was on go. And that the driver would contact me the morning of the wedding as he was to arrive for pick up before 1pm. As noon arrived and I had not heard from them I called and spoke with Adriana again and I ask about when the driver would contact me and her response was OH IS THAT TODAY??? I almost lost it, considering I had 32 people headed to the lobby! Then she proceeds to tell me that oh yeah the driver is on the way and did we have the final deposit $764 in cash! Wait what? You never told me cash and my confirmation email certainly didnt have that bit of big info on it. She then went into a long explanation of how the credit card companies charge them a covid fee now. Umm not my problem. But you DID NOT tell me cash and you had no problem taking my deposit by credit card, which I had to send you a copy of my drivers license and the card! At any rate I tried not to panic. A driver finally called my sister at 12:55pm to say he was the back up driver because the other driver didnt show and that he has to go fill up with gas. Then he calls back to say he is stuck in traffic and wanted to know which hotel he was suppose to come to. My sister just about lost it then! He was going to a completely different hotel! When he arrived he was not driving The Big Daddy that we had ordered but another bus called Bad Habits. At any rate He was very nice,, and it wasnt his fault, hence the rating of 2 stars. Weddings are stressful enough without having to worry about transportation for your guest that you booked well in advance. Warning: Use another company that is reliable and competent!!

Our driver KRISTIE was amazing!! She went above and beyond to give us a once in a lifetime experience. She knew all the best places for the classic Vegas photo ops. And the must see bucket list locations. We came to Vegas for a bachelorette party and due to Covid we were worried our bride wouldn’t get the “Vegas club experience”. OUTSTANDING !!!! My sis and bro-in-law arranged Elite Transportation service as a graduation surprise for our grandsons Conant HS graduation car parade. Elite went above and beyond decorating the stretch party bus with congratulations and participating in the 1/4 mile parade. They had a videographer take footage of the entire event and sent it via YouTube to our Texas family that had made the arrangements. Well done Elite party buses service. I wish I could remember my limo driver’s name because he was awesome. On time, communicative, and very accommodating. The best limo service that I have ever used. We had Joe as our driver and he was the nicest most professional driver. He was also very knowledgeable of places to go in the City of Las Vegas . We ordered an SUV limo to pick us up from the Golden Knights game and take us around the city for some nightlife. I love Elite Transportation! The driver Alan was amazing, and the bus is huge wicked! We were able to put on our own music, and dance on the dancing pole inside! The lights and music make it feel like your own personal club on wheels! Definitely will be using them again!

I can not for the life of me remember our driver 😞 but he was amazing! So nice! We used elite transportation to drive us 1 hr to our ceremony spot off the vegas strip and back to our hotel. He helped us setup our booth tooth to play our wedding music. He also helped keep everyone off the bus when my sister my maid of honor had to breast feed. We ran out of certain type of alcohol and he even gave us some of his free of charge! He was so accommodating and nice! I definitely would hire them again!

They also called the day before our reservation to reconfirm everything which was nice. The day of the driver gave me a call to introduce himself and go over how the night would work. 9pm rolls around and we are loading up on the “Bad Habit “party bus! My friends and I had the best time, the driver, Alan I think was his name, told us some cool bars to go check out downtown Las Vegas and we had a blast. Gotta say though the party was more on the party bus and we spent way more time wanting to be on the bus than in the bars! Will definitely use them again. I had the opportunity to rent the biggest and best bus “Bad Habit “ from Elite Transportation for my birthday party, and it was spectacular. My friends and I had so much fun partying it up, no one was sitting in their seats. To this day I still get reminded by my guest of how lit it was. We rented the largest party bus they had. A 42 passenger bus that was just awesome! It was for our wedding on 3.17.18. Mitch was a huge factor in making the experience amazing for us that day. We wanted to take care of a lot of our guests and we were not disappointed in any way. NO stripper poles, which was something that was important to us, having multiple kids and young adults on the bus. They were on time, always available via phone or email. The bus also had a bathroom in the very back and the AC worked great. Lots of TV screens and cool lights throughout the bus. We were able to connect our phones via Bluetooth and stream the music we wanted. The transportation aspect of the wedding was the one part of the wedding process that made me nervous. We rented a giant limo “Inferno “for EDC Weekend and we were so impressed with everything! Id actually never taken care of the rental arrangements for something like this and I was a little intimidated from the get-go, but their team was super professional and they really made everything easy for me. I felt like a goddess traveling around in that luxurious vehicle! I havent had the chance to rent from them again but I am hoping to for my birthday this year. The prices were fantastic and not having to worry about traffic is probably the best part.

This limousine company is hands down the best limo service I have ever used. Most recently we used Elite Transportation as an alternative to corporate limousine airport travel. Instead of picking us up at the airport, we booked party bus “Wiked” from Los Angeles (LA) to Las Vegas (LV) transportation to a convention and business roadshow and back again. Their executive car service was professional, timely and very convenient. The booking process was simple, and the driver very knowledgeable about the local area. We have used them in the past for everything from a formal chauffeured wedding limousine service to an informal party bus service. That is actually how we first met them. We were looking for a bachelor limousine to hold all of our guests and Elite Transportation suggested a party bus and a light went off - that was the ideal solution we were looking for. They gave us a memorable Las Vegas strip tour and stayed with us as we went on a wine tour and bar hopped around the city. Im having guests come in next month and Im trying to decide between a Hoover Dam tour limousine or a Red Rock tour limousine or maybe just a town car service. Elite Limo company is truly a diamond in the rough of all the inferior limousine companies out there. Whether you need SUV transportation, van service, bus or limo - we give them 5 stars!

We rented the largest party bus they had. A 42 passenger bus that was just awesome! It was for our wedding on 3.17.19.Meilin was a huge factor in making the experience amazing for us that day. We wanted to take care of a lot of our guests and we were not disappointed in any way. NO stripper poles, which was something that was important to us, having multiple kids and young adults on the bus. They were on time, always available via phone or email. The bus also had a bathroom in the very back and the AC worked great. Lots of TV screens and cool lights throughout the bus. We were able to connect our phones via Bluetooth and stream the music we wanted. The transportation aspect of the wedding was the one part of the wedding process that made me nervous. Elite Transportation came through for us and made our wedding day stress free and extremely enjoyable. Thank you Meilin and Alan for making our special day amazing! We highly recommend Elite Transportation and you can trust them for the most important and special day of your life like your wedding.

Elite Transportation turned out to be the Best Party Bus companies to work with when planning a Party Bus outing for my friends wedding day.. Mitch was a dream to work with...having efficient and timely communication. He worked with us through every question and issue.... Even as we started with a 28 passenger bus and over time, increased to a 48 passenger Party Bus called Wicked!! And it was Perfect for our group! Mitch even offered (for an addition cost) to stock the bus with some adult beverages that were already chillin on ice when the bus rolled up to our hotel to pick us up!!! Talk about Service!!! Mitch and driver, Robert, were timely, professional, and fun to work with. We had so much fun on the bus, we asked to purchase an additional hour.!!!
