The customer relationship with Authentik was excellent. Unfortunately my experience with Fox employees was catastrophic. First, a big smile and a warm welcome at the desk of the fox agency, then the tone changed very quickly. In fact, the fox employee insisted very heavily that we take out optional insurance ($ 400). The rental service by Authentik USA is efficient.In contrast, the vehicle made available by Cruise America in San Francisco was old and very dirty when we took it.Equipment down, poor condition of some indoor equipment (sewage gauges, kitchen suction, windows and mosquito nets, furniture), and especially cabin absolutely not cleaned. We had to start our stay with 2 hours of cleaning. Same for the second vehicle rented by my friends.We crossed other brands of vehicles (MinnieWinnie RV, El Monte, ...) all in much better condition.When we got back from the vehicle, we noticed that the checks only cover the fuel and gas levels. No inspection of the cabin. The RV is washed outside, the mechanics are verified and it starts again in the wake (found in the Denver agency on August 24).

We rented a Cruise America C30 campervan in Florida for 2 weeks via Authentik USA. I find the hiring of motorhomes in the US extremely expensive, but the prices seem to stand out from one company to another ...Arrived at the center where we get the camper, we had a very unpleasant surprise: the team of Cruise America told us that our motorhome discount was scheduled for 15:30 while on all documents sent by Authentik USA it was noted that we could pick it up at 1pm, so we arrived. With jet lag and 2 young children, we were obviously delighted to have to spend 2h30! We insisted a little, but the employee and her boss seemed pretty inflexible and told us that it was a lack of information from Authentik USA. Finally, a little later, seeing our distress, the manager arranged for us to pass earlier.The motorhome delivered was clean, comfortable and functional but the mosquito nets were not in good condition, especially that of the door whose sliding cover to reach the handle was broken. In short, unusable. For a trip in the middle of September to the Keys and Everglades, its a real problem.We had a problem with the air conditioning for one night. After searching the fuse box (placed necessarily under the bed of one of our children asleep!) We were able to solve the problem, but we were able to note at that time the inefficiency of the nets: we had to open the hoods time to fix the problem so as not to choke, and the mosquitoes have returned. I can not imagine the night we would have spent if the air conditioning had not restarted!Apart from that the camper was of good quality, comfortable and met our expectations.
