They diagnosed a bad power supply. The tech Bryan told me the part was in stock and it take 4 to 5 days. A few weeks later he told me he had changed the order from a middleman directly to LG and it would be 4 to 5 days. It has been a month, now and the tech is no longer responding. I only get a recording at the office. I finally did get a callback. She was nice but filling in with no computer access. She told me all parts are back ordered but could give me no specific status on my power supply. I asked for a callback from the Manager and have heard nothing back. This is no way to treat customers. This has all been resolved. The company followed up with regular communication. The TV is fixed and I am happy with the final resolution. The core issue stemmes from turnover of office staff. It is difficult staffing in todays environment.

The customer service was exceptional. The employees seemed to enjoy finding me exactly what i wanted. When it didnt work the first time they made it right and offered my money back. I turned down the offer because of how much i enjoyed their help.

Scott was amazing! The service that I received from him was prompt, efficient and friendly. Not only did he go above and beyond to repair my TV, he offered me such great deal on a TV that I not only bought one for my bedroom... I bought one for my Mother too! I enjoyed his company and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The next time I need assistance or have questions I will definitely be contacting him. DO NOT USE THESE RIPOFF ARTISTS. I paid $99 for a tech to come out and basically do the same thing I could have if I just called Sony support. He then said hed have an answer the next day. It has now been three days later and my phone calls now get ignored. POSS!!!

I live outside the city a little bit and they came all the way out to my home to fix my television that is still in warranty. They exceeded my expectations as the Tech was very friendly and most knowledgeable as so was their customer service ladies. The whole turn around period took less than a week and my TV pictures looks like it did the fist day i brought it home. They were GREAT!

I never been happy before I took my product to video Audio specialist, Customer service is very professional and very professional technical team knowledgeable. the price I paid was lot less then previous company.I am so happy I would suggest you to check with him, when any TVs or Projector before go anywhere else.

The service at Video Audio Specialists was excellent. Brian, our service tech, was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful in our home. He got the job done in a matter of minutes and did not leave until he knew the service was completed. Donna, was also very professional and helped in every way that was needed. Would definitely recommend them.

Very disappointing. I left my projector to be repaired. After a day I was told that technician contacted the manufacturer and was told that my product was no longer in production and they did not have any parts in supply. I contacted the manufacturer directly and ended up speaking with the same service rep that spoke with the Audio Spec. technician. I was told that they projector was still in production and that my product may still be under warranty. Unfortunately the cost was too high to fix, but I expect an honest answer after paying the $50 for a diagnostic check. I contacted a representative, who said she would get back to me the next Monday morning. Never heard from her.

Sony had me to go these guys to repair a TV that was 1 month out of warranty, ugh. Either way, heres the deal. Everyone I spoke to was nice. The lady on the phone, the tech. All friendly. The issue is this. They come to my house to fix the tv for $99 diagnosis and travel, ok fine. Oh we think its X part its going to be $600. Ok fine. Part comes, doenst fix it. Oh its Y part, $800. They take the TV in this time so they can work on it and try diff things. Part doesnt work. Oh its Z part, the panel and they dont make them anymore so the TV is dead.Ok, maybe Im out of touch, but why are we going through each part like someone that doesnt know what they are doing? Ive repaired computers before and you can narrow it down. You dont have to go and replace each part until you get lucky and pick the right one. Anyways, at the end of the day the part that really annoyed me is that Im being charged for restocking fees of parts that they mis diagnosed. Its not expensive, its just foolish. If you cant diagnose things properly, maybe youre in the wrong business.

Love this company. So dedicated to what they do. Scott came out did an awesome job. My kids LOVE him since now they can do Netflix once again. Great customer skills from our experience with this gentleman, love how friendly he is compared to others that we have delt with. Im not sure if these guys are even in business anymore. I wanted to have a Toshiba TV repaired. Over the course of a week I called twice and left voicemails during business hours - no answer or callback. I also tried their on-line service request page - no response. Lastly I sent a email to their customer service address - again nothing.

Scott from your company is a true professional! He arrived on time and repaired our 50 LG Plasma tv in no time at all. He was so kind and personable, even took time toshow my 2 year old grandson his tools! He took time to ensure that the tv was working properly and made sure that I was satisfied with the repair. I had my t.v serviced threw video audio specialist. they had excellent customer service when i called to set up a appointment for a specialist to service my t.v . i spoke with a lady named shonda who was very professional . she worked with me and had a specialist come the next day . i am very happy with the work they done .thank you video audio specialist. will recommend your service.

Wish i could leave 0 stars DO NOT BRING YOUR TV HEREgot my tv repaired a little over a month the video goes out i call to try and get it fixed since it should be under warranty but the woman working the front desk insist on asking the same dumb questionI tell her theres audio but no video and she continues to ask if Ive tried switching inputs i tell her you cant switch inputs theres no video I tell her Ive pushed the input buttons but theres no video ( I installed satellite for a few years so hashing her not comprehend me telling her there was no video and continuing to ask to change inputs was very frustrating)she hangs up on me because i was getting upset of her asking the same dumb question I call back and tell her look I need to get this taken care of it should still be under warranty and she says she had to wait for a technician to look over the claim I tell her if its under warranty why cant i just bring it in them she feeds me some bs saying to call the tv manufacturer to check on the warrantycustomer service here is horrible and I guess warranties dont mean anything to them either

If I could give this business negative stars I would. Through my warranty company they scheduled an appointment for the business to contact me in regards to fixing my 50 television. They did not call on the specified date, I had to contact them to see when they would be able to come out. Finally scheduled and the day of the appointment a very old gentleman came out and reeked of smoke. My television did not display the problem right on the spot but you would think that he would atleast look at the tv to figure out what was wrong with it. He didnt and instead directed me to take a video when the problem happens and send it to them by email which I did 2 days later. I have since gone back and forth with them and to make a long story short they informed my warranty company that they dont see the problem when clearly the video shows a problem with the tv. Unprofessional, not consistent, doesnt return phone calls and the technician did not appear to be competent.

This company has terrible customer service. RC Willey sent them out to repair my TV. The tech thought it was a certain part and had to get approval from RC Willey. A week later, he came with the part but it didnt fix the problem. He called Samsung techs and they had him do several voltage checks and he was able to locate the correct part that needed to be changed. Why he didnt call Samsung the first time is beyond me. So 10 days later, he comes back and installs the correct part. The TV was fixed and as he plugged in the HDMI cables, he tells me one is snapped and broken. I tell him that he is the only one to touch them. He says he doesnt recall breaking it. He calls the office to tell them what has happened. He ask if they want to talk to me and obviously she said no because he didnt hand me the phone. This was shockingly rude because I was standing right there. He left and I called the office. The clerk told me that they have never had one customer problem and the tech didnt recall breaking it. I asked to speak to someone in charge and was told she was out of the office. I left a message. I never have spoken to this office manager but when I called several days later, I was told that they were not going to be responsible for the broken HDMI cable. Now I am angry. I tell the clerk that I will be calling RC Willey to complain, leaving a negative review and possibly call 8 On You Side to get some resolution. I get a call the next day asking me if it is okay for the office manager to call me. I cant believe this. Of course I want to talk to her. We have been playing phone tag for 2 weeks and I have still not spoken to her. Even when she calls and leaves me a message and I call back, she is not in. She is never in. She calls me from a restricted number so I can only call the office. I am done with company. What a joke. From now on I will read reviews before agreeing to have any company do warranty work.

Just got my tv fixed by Video/Audio Specialists. I was fortunate enough to meet 2 techs. Im sorry I dont remember the first guys name. He came in and did a diagnostic and found out it was one of 2 possibilities that couldnt be fixed on the spot. He informed me it would take about a week to get the parts and they would be in touch with a new appointment to come back and fix the tv. Everything basically went right on schedule and then I was able to meet the second tech scott. Both people were very professional and worked in a timely matter. Scott had the tv up in running within 15 minutes of arriving. I asked for a business card to make sure I could be in touch again if I had any other issues. Highly recommended. and after my experience I wouldnt do business with anyone else... Thank you for fixing my tv guys.

Customer Sucks Big Time !!! When you are trying to talk to them they have no personality, dont listen, no empathy!!! How they stay in business I have no clue. I had a part shipped to them they lied and said repair had to be done in 2 weeks, I talked to the parts supplier they said they have 30 days.I told the parts supplier to have them ship the part back and find me another repair company. Dont go there you will be sorry, until they hire some people who are actually people and not so robotic !!!

This company is a joke purchased Extended warranty from RC Willey for 55 TV .TV required service They called todayfrom Video specialties Asked if I can help their technician service the TV i explained to them that I was disabled theyasked if I can get a neighbor to a assist there technician ..What legitimate company would ask the customer to assist their technician in doing there job.way to go RC WillyYour really looking out for your customers NOT.
