There is no phone number to speak to a representative. If they had one, I could ask questions like, is this $57 offer I saw from a YouTube add legitimate or a scam site? I couldn’t tell and I emailed support who directed me to the website...that I obviously already looked at. I’ll take my business elsewhere due to lack of customer service...mainly a phone number.You guys would have much more success to hit your growth goals if you implemented that.Update per response:Thank you! Customer service phone numbers are usually not 24/7 but definitely need to be there so people can talk to a human vs email back and forth. Any program you follow through will work. I’ve always known how to see gains for my body type. I like the concept of heavy lifting with burn outs. But following a program, is so much easier. I absolutely love this company and their products. I use Burn, Burn PM, Test Boost, HGH Boost, Turmeric, and Creatine and they are all fantastic products. I am especially enjoying the Creatine lately. I read reviews of other brands and people complain about stomach bloating and upset stomachs. I can tell you that I have a sensitive stomach and I have had absolutely no problems with this Creatine. It tastes delicious and is not powdery.In addition to their products this company has a stellar team of people. They are always available online to answer any questions. They post free workouts and tips. The facebook group is also full of friendly supportive people that are very helpful.

Unethical company! I ordered a diet and fitness plan from V Shred, but declined the supplement add on. The company charged my credit card for the add on. I saw the charge and immediately contacted V Shred to let them know I did not authorize this purchase and to cancel the add on. They did not cancel, but replied that if I did not want the supplements that I could return them for a refund minus shipping. WHAT A SCAM.Since that reply I have canceled my fitness plan and refuse to do business with a company that has unethical practices. Buyer beware. Find a reputable company for your fitness needs.

I can speak for my experience with BURN once I got my thyroid in balance. BURN really works!! The effects of a twenty minute cardio are outstanding overall & it’s the only thing that keeps me with results.
