Worst service.Firstly it was hard to contact them, I call every 15m for almost 2hrs so they can answer their phone, then they said that you NEED an appointment to go and pick up your car. Today at 9am we when to pick up our car that they took yesterday when we where sleeping and when we arrive you CANT notice this place because it doesnt have any sign of ZANE, then when I found the right door, you enter to a dirty office, trash full, carpet nasty, all dusty, and the person in front was her 3rd day at work so she didnt k ol to much, so every 3 min she goes to the person on the back, that btw she was always behind the computer almost like hiding. When they finish with the paper work they took a bin with all our personal stuff, that they took from the car. So when I was looking at my clothes they were all dirty like they just throw it up on the dirt and obviously a lot of our belongings were missing, cell chargers, money, glasses. When we ask for them they said we need to fill out paperwork si they can investigate then when we got our car back, it was really bad from the inside, trash everywhere, our car was damaged, they remove the break release and didnt out it back, it had scratches, bent, event the front lower protector was damaged. Over all its a nasty, dirty, ugly place. We understand sometime people lose their car, and never pick them up, but at least they need to treat other persons belongings with respect.

Unnecessarily hard to find the entrance.Other than that, no complaints. Look at the pics, nothing was taken, not the cash, not the phone nor $300 unopened camera sitting in the back! I added a pic of the entrance too.

Went to retrieve my property out of the vehicle they repossessed. I had numerous items stolen including sunglasses, a jacket, some nba jerseys, and some weapons. When you mention it to them, they tell you to file a claim. The claim is handled by their owner!?!?Of course he isnt going to do anything about his employees being thefts.They never had the key to get into the car, so they broke into the car to do this as well.I hope these guys know that karma will come back to get them.

This is not a hot headed review. This is my experience. 2 days caking no one answers the phone they have these options to push to schedule appointment etc. and nobody answers the phone even during normal business hours there’s no way to leave a voicemail and you know that they tracked the phone calls coming in and out and nobody calls you back. Went to pick up belongings not all my belongings were taken out of the car. They were nice and to go to the car and retrieve rest of the belongings after telling them where they were at. Yet I was told that they thoroughly checked the car and look for everything. Never checked under seats seat backs Or in the rear seats. The building is not labeled. Then when I was down there some homeless looking guy was circling the cars wondering in and out of the building. When I asked who is this guy told me they did not now. Then I said you do not know who’s walking in and out of your building riding a bike. Oh he’s here to cash his check. I thought we were at Zanes investigations but apparently they do check cashing too. I have reported it to Carmax. This incident had nothing to do with me. Wasn’t even my car just needed belongings

This has been a nightmare! I went to get my personal property because I had medication that I take daily in my car and the lady failed to give me correct directions or even the correct business name when I finally figured out where I needed to go I went down there because the hours listed on here were wrong they close at 5 p.m. not 8 p.m. even though there was a lady in the office she refused to help me or she wouldnt even get my medication for me!! And even though it states and even though theyre not supposed to charge you they and thats not even the worst of it they want to charge me to get my property which theyre not supposed to but the loophole is they say that theyre charging to store my belongings!? Well I didnt ask nor did I want them to store my belongings! I needed my belongings my daughters car seat and my medication that Im supposed to take daily also because they took my car on a 3-day weekend my financial institute was closed and I was unable to get a hold of anyone until Tuesday so I had no clue where my car was until today therefore Im having a really hard time understanding how they can legally charge me storage fees for days that I didnt even have access to my things!

I feel like this place is shady Ive been calling every day for a week to schedule a time to get my things out of the car. Tried 2 numbers no one picks up and cant leave a message. Im about to go to the police for fraud and theft on this company

Retrieved our property with no issues, staff was friendly... yes, I know the reviews say otherwise but Im assuming most of them came in hot headed and with an attitude and I dont blame them for that. Plus got free candy out of basket from the front :)

The people are great. Myra is one of my favorite ppl there, and Cooco, he is cool too.

This place towed my car and stole my business merchandise out of my car. When confronted they immediately tell you to file a claim, the claim is filed with the owner of the company who does nothing. The scam is the driver will pull over slim jim to steal what they want then take it to the yard as if nothing was stolen. Several people have had their personal items stolen from this company. They do not help you get your personal items back, they argue distract and try to confuse you with words as if the consumer is lying about their merchandise.They do this all the time... WARNING TO ANYONE WHO CAR IS TOWED THEY STEAL, ALL MY MERCHANDISE WAS STOLEN I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTIONS.

I SUED AND WON MY SMALL CLAIMS JUDGEMENT OF THEFT AGAINST ZANE INVESTIGATIONS, THE OWNER MARK ZANE APPEALED THE DECISION BECAUSE OF HIS POLITICAL CONNECTIONS, THIS WOULD LOOK BAD FOR HIS NAME. WELL BECAUSE I DID NOT SUE HIS CORPORATION I SUED MARK ZANE INDIVIDUALLY, THE JUDGE OVERTURNED THE JUDGEMENT.I WILL BE REFILING MY JUDGMENT AGAINST THIS COMPANY WHO STOLE MY BUSINESS MERCHANDISE ON 2/16/18 AND I AM STILL FIGHTING FOR JUSTICE, THIS IS A CRIME. #BOSSLADY CONTINUES TO MAKE CONSUMERS AWARE

The next time any of these employees trespasses in our gate community. i will be arresting ANYBODY Who works for these crooks. last time they took my SuV. they stole a $500 pair of Ray bans. told me to fill out paperwork. it should of been an indication when they saw my LAPD badge in my SUV to not steal from me. but its ok...I got friends in the IRS/Franchise Tax Board/State Board of EQ local LVMP. all of my buddies are well aware of this place. lets just say one of those agencies is launching a formal investigation and indictments will soon follow.ZANE INVESTIGATION...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED WITH A NO TRESPASS INTO Lynrook Community. next time one of your employees breeches in this private property. Worst ever.. they made a bad situation worse. Not only did the driver who I have on video cut my locks but the tow yard staff are morons. Half my stuff is still missing..

They won’t even answer their phone so i can see about getting my car back or at least obtaining my items.

They kept some of my property. CDs and other items. Looks like to time warp business hillbillies of some nether world.

Horrible, they sent a driver to my house and ended causing damage to my moms car. Now they wont own up to it and not respond to my email. Just continue to ignore the situation. IDIOTS!

Funny how all the reviews are bad. Pay your bills and they wont come repossess your car. My only dealing with them is working near by they always are profession to us.
