10/19/2020 I brought my Nissan Frontier in because the engine light when on. Employee that helped me was professional and informative. I mentioned I received a mailer from Nissan recommending 90,000 miles service and I ask about the 15% off on any service. I was told Id be taken care of. I left my truck and about an hour later I received a call. The guy helping me said that a repair would be needed. The repair and service maintenance would cost $2,800. It was explained that the repair needs happen as a safety precaution especially if I plan to travel and the service maintenance is well over due. I agreed to the repair and service needed. I picked up my truck and notice that theres still a light on the dashboard, not the engine light but another light. I called guy and I was told to bring my truck in so I did and the technician said that its nothing concerning and I would be safe to drive. I also asked the guy why I didnt receive the 15% off and was told that the parts and service didnt qualify. That was a bit concerning that I wasnt honored the discount at all. The mailer did say savings on any service. I should have gotten some sort of discount. I spent nearly $2,800. Whats the purpose of the mailer I got that came from Planet Nissan when it cannot be honored. When you inspect you inspect... the other light was obvious and who am I to know its not related to the check engine light. I was not completely satisfied. I dont feel safe driving my truck knowing that there are still problems. I plan to go to a different dealership in the future for any service. Consider reporting a complaint through the BBB. Thanks!

A preety decent buying experience. Though after a week of driving in my new Altima. they wanted to resign the contract that we had allready signed to give me an extra 1% interest on my loan. Definitely won’t be going through them again for a vehicle. They were just my stepping stone out of a very upside down loan from carmax.

Its ok. Other than the fact that Ive purchased 2 vehicles from this location and their repair guys find something funny about me and kept looking and laughing. This was about 3years ago, but its still hurts. Its the main reason why I bought my next 2 vehicles at a different location and only get maintenance done there as a last result. Ive actually had problems with 2 other locations for various other reasons.

Made an appointment a week earlier for a Saturday and was told it wouldnt be seen till Monday also no loaners available also suggested repairs that were not needed.

Extremely busy, in regards how they did with my vehicle, it will be updated once I get it back.
