Real Psychiatrists that do real diagnosis. I had to meet with my psychiatrist a few times and did a test in order for them to properly diagnose me. Pretty standard from what I’ve experienced earlier in my life. There are a handful of psychiatrists that will just give you anything because you ask for it. I’ve always thought that was a dangerous game to play when it comes to your mental health. Mental health should be thoroughly examined and consistently re-evaluated because life changes, right? You certainly don’t want to be setting yourself up for failure or worse dependency. If you care about your mental health be fair to yourself. Do research, find the right doctors and listen to the results. I love this place and I do believe that they are putting my well being first. I will continue to come here

Everyone at the Clinic is super nice and helpful, communication is the most important thing.I only have an issue with the charge for some paperwork like other people have said, but the staff (Lucas, Jose, Laksmy to name a few) and provider (Dr. Chioma Anwukah) are excellent and very helpful.

I had to find a new doctor due to my doctor wouldnt responded to my calls or texts and Im out on short term disibility. Contact Telemind and got a appointment very fast and was told they would be able to fill out forms but at the time wasnt able to answer me on the cost.My appointment with Sarah Fedak went very well and she was great and understanding and I learn a few new things about my illness from her. So I would recommended them if you need help to control your illness.But I would not recommended them to do any paperwork of you the cost to have forms filled out is unreal they wanted $200 dollars to fill out my short term paper. I have never heard of any office ever charging that much the most I have ever paid was $35.00 dollars.Also they dont return emails when I ask about the fee and the cost and all the people I talked to couldnt answer the question either. But as for care again that was a good thing.Please keep in mind the low score is due to the cost of forms to be filled out. I would like to stress to your company please please when a person ask about what a cost is at time of the first call have that information as some people need to have forms filled out and cant afford what you want to fill them out. I would never of made appointment and was in a spot where my on doctor that I have been with for 5 years wasnt responding to my request to have these forms filled out which yes I do pay for them a fee of $25.00 per form.I dont even know if the office staff passed on the information also seeing how we have to email them.Please also look into your cost the most I have ever paid was $50.00 what your asking is greed.Please note they did call me within a few hours to try to fix the problem which was do able but I had already made other arrangements to get the infomation I needed by going thru my short term insurance company. I do take a respect to a compnay that can call and try to fix the issue.

This clinic will never take feedback. I called several times asking to be seen by the same provider consistently & to be seen for my full 15 minute appointment window since I’m a new patient here and want to establish a professional relationship. That did not happen at all. My last providers only spent less than 5 minutes with me and kept changing my medication without actually taking any time to really know me & my mental health needs. My last call with the doctor barely hit the 3 minute mark! They also change appointments without asking which I find really disrespectful. I can work with rearranging my schedule but only if I’m told about it! It caused me more stress and anxiety coming here than it was relieving. I definitely didn’t feel like I was getting proper care here and it made me feel worse. Make sure you read the other reviews before actually coming here.

The practitioners are nice. Thats the ONLY good thing. Telemind is not good. They constantly change who you are talking to without notifying you. My appointment was confirmed with someone days before my appointment tomorrow. Then I wake up this morning to a completely different notification saying I have an appointment with someone ELSE who has no idea what Im on or whats going on.And none of their doctors communicate!!Talked to one lady once or twice and explained my situation, THEY SWITCHED MY DOCTOR, talked to one guy twice, started me on a medication, THEY SWITCHED MY DOCTOR AGAIN, next doctor had no idea what or why and I had to explain my ENTIRE set of problems A THIRD TIME!For your mental health, Id suggest fining something better if you can.

We are a military family and during this difficult year my daughter was struggling emotionally. Mental health providers are overwhelmed this year and difficult to find. I found Telemind clinic on psychology.com where they claimed they were providers for our insurance and once I called for an appointment they claimed that they were preferred providers for my medical insurance. My daughter has been receiving online services from a PA since April and now it is the end of July and I noticed charges on my credit card after an email from Discover. We have had several issues with this practice, however being difficult to find providers taking new patients we continued. After I noticed charges on my credit card in the amount of almost $75, I called the office. The man I spoke to said my medical claims were denied. This practice has NEVER contacted me to let me know there was an issue with insurance billing and charged my Discover card for the full amount (ALMOST $700!) as a private pay patient without notifying me or asking for approval. Had they called me, I could have called my insurance and tried to rectify so they can resubmit the claims. However, they never should have scheduled us once, let alone 4 months of appointments without notifying me that they were not providers in my network! I have since learned that asking to secure a credit card on file is ILLEGAL,, I have proof from psychology.com and telemind website that they are providers for tri-care insurance, I have NEVER received a call OR email from the this practice other than to schedule or confirm appointments even when we were having issues with getting my daughters medications FOR WEEKS! I spoke to their office this morning and they were supposed to email me all of the billing statements and claims and now it is evening and I have yet to receive an email. This is NOT how you treat people, this is NOT how you treat military families, this is NOT how you treat anyone struggling mentally and emotionally!DO NOT TRUST this company for anything related to mental health!!!!

Terrible experience had multiple appointments to help get my adhd issues dealt with via prescriptions medication. After 5 appointments and 3-4 months i didn’t even get close to getting any medication to help me. They kept asking me to take test after test talk to this person one appointment to setup an appointment with someone else weeks in advanced. That person will then see what problem you have. Then they will set up another appointment for weeks later. So you can then finally take a test. After the test you’ll have to wait weeks to get the results. Then another appointment to finally get a prescription weeks later. There is no faster way you have to literally wait months just to get some help. Then they will randomly charge you for appointments you never went too. I got charged for apparently 3 appointments back in January on the same week. $55 each mind you. I never made nor agreed to these appointments so obviously i didn’t go. I even called them before this point to notify them i wouldn’t be doing buisness with them anymore due to how long there process is for you to actually get help. Again it takes months to get help from this place. So then they charged me $55 for each. How is that even possible when y’all don’t schedule appointments within the same week you schedule them weeks out so now some how i had 3 appointments in the same week. You guys won’t get away with stealing my money.

My family member sees NP Sarah Fedak for ADHD and the accompanying emotional and psychological effects of it, especially previously un and undertreated ADHD.We have seen tremendous growth in our family member. Sarah believed them and their symptoms and also gathered as much data as possible on this specific young person; there is a preconceived notion that meds are just thrown at everyone, in an effort to see what sticks. That may happen somewhere, but it DOESNT happen at Telemind. I felt reassured that Sarah sought out the most current medical literature and medications for this patient. Sarah also has helped them feel even more heard and seen as a partner in their health care team. Things are so much more stable and workable now. The convenience of Telemedicine visits makes such a positive difference in the process.Dany in the office is always very helpful, friendly, kind, and efficient with any needs we have. I’ve been under the care of Dr. Caroline Mose since November 2020. With the stress of the quarantine and other things my mental health was deteriorating and it was with her care and attention that I can see a huge improvement in only 4 months. Dr. Mose listens to my concerns and is compassionate.The staff has been compassionate and professional too! Lucas has been confirming and setting my appointments without any issues and if I had a question regarding my treatment, Lucas gets it to Dr. Mose and I get an answer by the end of the day!Teleminds has been so convenient for me not just because of the Quarantine but because I’m the type of patient that does well with remote communication. It’s very convenient and I’m very happy that I found them!

I’d like to express how thankful I am for the staff at TeleMind Clinic. Every place I called I left a message and I am still today waiting for a response. Jose called me back while I was leaving a message. I explained my situation and struggle and he immediately offered to schedule a meeting with a psychiatrist. The 1st available appointment was 2 weeks out, however due to a cancellation I was able to speak to my Dr. right that same day 15mins later. My meeting went well, we discussed my symptoms the current medication she put me on a good plan of action and I feel confident that I WILL get back to who I was enjoying my life with all it’s ups and downs.

Caroline and her staff are very compassionate, understanding and extremely helpful. I feel as if all of my concerns are heard and addressed. I really appreciate the assistance I receive here. Its always a great experience.

Caroline Mose has been so compassionate about my care. She truly seems to care how I am getting through my treatment. Just when I feel broken down and all hope is lost she gave me new hope. I try not to write bad reviews, especially considering the pandemic but there is nothing positive to be said about this place. The lack of professionalism is insane, not to mention the constant empty promised of calling back.My first appointment was a 20 minute evaluation before they asked me if I wanted to try medication. The other reviews calling it a pill clinic are absolutely correct.They then scheduled me a follow up appointment that I missed due to work. Not shortly after they charged my account 50 dollars and when I called they told me if I scheduled another appointment they wouldnt charge me.After making the second appointment (which only lasted 2 minutes after telling the doctor that I still dont want medication) I received a 150$ charge for that appointment. Not only did I not go for the full thing but it should have gone through my insurance.When I called them they told me my insurance bounced and theyd call me back after they called my insurance company.When I didnt receive a call back I called my insurance company myself. They let me know that Telemind hadnt even filed a claim and called them to clear it up.After calling Telemind again and asking why this was the case he gave me a bunch of excuses, told me hed get his manager then call me back.I never received a call back.Dont trust this place! Its a pill clinic after your money. I dont know how those people sleep at night.

I had a bad experience which is unfortunate after reviewing their process, asking about their intake process and especially after reading these reviews. When I contacted them I ensured to ask the process, how many appts, price etc due to the fact that I’m disabled on fixed income . I don’t have insurance yet since my disability was recently approved. I feel as I was hooked and scammed so to speak . I was mislead ! During my appt I come to find out that I now have to pay additional cost and visits in order to obtain medication for my adhd and narcolepsy when I was told differently in advance . Then I offered to the provider my medical records to show proof of my medical history and also for continuing proper treatment, and that was declined . I called back their facility to speak to an office manager who is out of the office conveniently . All I could be told is that even though I was lied to they could set up a payment plan . I took a leap of faith using my savings because it is costly. I was told I would receive a callback. Well see if they make it right by waiving these unnecessary fees .

I started my mental health journey in November 2020 and found Telemind 3 months after having to change from my previous doctor. I was diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, and depression at 25 and was honestly on the fast track to an early death. Constantly having my heart race, blood pressure skyrocketing, not in control of my emotions, and with constant depression since April 2020, I was the most suicidal Ive ever been in my life and in desperate need of help.ADHD impacts your executive functions, so tasks like finding a new doctor that works with your insurance and having to call to make an appointment causes me SEVERE anxiety. To add, I had JUST quit my job and was running out of time before my insurance lapsed. I was in crisis.After doing all my research, I called to check my insurance and set my first appointment. Almost every time Ive been helped by Danny - setting appointments, getting reminders, having insurance issues, and relaying information to the practice from my therapist. He is very cordial, professional, kind, and helpful, immediately putting me at ease whenever I see their number calling me. The same goes for Lucas. All of their admin staff have been so wonderful to work with!Worked with Nurse Sarah Fedak discussing my issues and she is always very intuitive and understanding, while also making my comfort with my treatment process a priority. With her help and her recommendation of Thriveworks for therapy, Ive gone from a constant state of anxiety, depression, and fear with anxiety attacks lasting over 24 hours, to only having rare situational anxiety that is completely manageable and my thoughts are now controllable again, all in 6 weeks! Well, there was a significant improvement after my first week, but by week 6 I really felt in control of myself again for the first time in months.Thank you, from bottom of my heart, to everyone at Telemind. The virtual visits work great for my constantly changing work schedule, your entire staff is a pleasure to work with, and I never feel that I am being taken advantage of or recommended treatments that I dont agree with. You all saved my life and helped me get back on my feet when I needed the support. My quality of life has drastically improved and I couldnt have done it without your entire team.And for the legal document requesting that [Yelp] review be taken down - defamation is a legal tort and is extremely damaging to ones entire livelihood. Dr. Fisher and the team have worked years developing their skills through education and experience, and the inherent frustration of the patient coming in painted their experience completely in a negative light. There is a clear difference between voicing your frustration and defaming ones reputation by making accusations and using your feelings as factual evidence. As a financial professional familiar with legal suits, I agree that their legal team went about this in the appropriate manner.

My experience has been great the receptionist are always available to answer you questions and any need you may have the doctors are great they are attentive to every detail and do the best to there knowledge to figure out and treat to the best of there abilities the communication set up is very easy the whole process is I highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor via video chat service’s

This place has the WORST service I have ever received from a medical facility. It 100% a money grab. Nothing ever gets resolved, instead they see you for 5 mins and say see you in two weeks. Absolutly horrible, you get to a point where youve already paid them over $300 so you cant just switch doctors. Really sad especially for a place that deals with peoples mental health... I hate this place

Fraud Warning, I don’t recommend this place, they take money from you w/o your consent. The front desk is very unprofessional ( Danny) Once you give them your card number they will never delete you from their system. I asked the Manager Jose back in January to delete me from their system because they are charging me for appointments I never had and I wanted to discontinue using them for my mental health needs. He said ok and Supposedly canceled any other appointments and today I got charged another $50 and I’m not even a patient of theirs anymore. Again they keep your info and will continue to charge you. I had to call my bank today and had them blocked from any furniture transaction and reported fraud to get my money back. Once they charge your card they will not refund you for appointments you didn’t make, you will definitely have to get your bank involved. This is not the place to help you with your mental health.

Not the experience I was hoping for. Not much evaluation of my situation. It was just a video call & I dont feel like thats an adequate connection to feel comfortable to get the help you need. Was really hoping Id be able to speak with a doctor in person or at least sit down in an office and discuss my issues more in detail.

My experience here has been nothing but positive. I’m going through the most difficult time in my life. Jose, the receptionist who answered the phone, exceeded my expectations more than I ever thought possible. He made it easy to set up my appointment with the doctor I need. I can’t thank you enough.

I have absolutely had it with this office. I’ve had four different doctors since I started here. Without warning. I’ve called every day this week for them to refill my prescription and haven’t done it yet. They’re telling me a new doctor, the fifth one, hasn’t read my profile yet. Well it says exactly what my prescriptions are so what’s the hold up?The last doctor I had had me stop Lexapro cold turkey. If anyone knows what with drawls from Lexapro are, they’re absolute torture. She switched me to Wellbutrin and now I’m having with drawls from that because they won’t refill my prescription. She told me she would refill it for 90 days and they Claim they can’t do so until I get a new doctor. Also, all the other doctors they had me speak with told me Lexapro does not cause weight gain. I’ve gained 20 pounds in less than a year and the last doctor I had said it’s common knowledge that lexapro causes weight gain. Hence the reason why she had me stop Lexapro.This isn’t the first time this office hasn’t refilled the prescription for me like they said they would. Now I’m having with drawls from the Wellbutrin while still having the withdrawals from Lexapro and they couldn’t care less. They need me to wait for another doctor to look at my file.They keep offering me to give me a prescription for an anti-histamine which I’ve told them doesn’t work for my panic attacks. And I don’t need an antihistamine because I’m not allergic to anything. I’ve told them this antihistamine does not work for me.I’m also tired of having surprise appointments being dumped on me. I’ll get a text message two days before saying I have an appointment in the middle of the afternoon on a workday without confirming that appointment works for me or not.The first time they did this to me they offered me half-price appointment. Which of course they never honored. The first time they had another turn around of the entire staff and completely forgot about refilling my prescription.Now I have to find a new office and build up a new relationship with a new doctor. But it it’ll be better because since tell her mind loves to book appointments every two weeks they’ve been getting $300 a month from me on random appointments I’ve never asked for. Don’t go here if you actually want to help. Go here if you want them just to take your money get you addicted to drugs and then not offer you them anymore

Update: Issue was satisfactorily resolved, insurance billed and out of pocket charges refunded.The providers are really nice, Nurse Sarah is lovely and such a good listener! She refills my medication promptly, and I always look forward to our visits. However...The office staff keep overbilling me, which I have a problem with. I have been billed almost $300 in erroneous out of pocket charges, even though Im covered, and have called my insurance mulitiple times to verify, and that they have verified by calling my insurance.We figured out the system was mixing up the customer ID and group number of my old and new insurances, thats why it was showing me as not covered (not sure how that can happen, but okay?) Id been assured the issue was fixed, and they rebilled the visits to my insurance, only to recieve another $75 charge for my most recent visit. And not only that, my insurance says the visits the office claimed were rebilled, were NOT billed, they have recieved no claims for my last four visits. I have been a patient here for about two years, and have never had an issue with billing until the last several months. I am very keen that Telemind fix the issue.

Ms. Most has helped to take back control of my life, we were able to come to a diagnosis and begin treatment. My only regret is not reaching out sooner.

Telemind is horrifically unprofessional and their negligence can lead to serious medical consequences for patients. After prescribing large dosages of anti-depressants to patients, they ignore them when they need to have their scheduled refill, causing painful and unnecessary withdrawal symptoms. Avoid this clinic at all costs, they’ve been recently reported to the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.

I felt compelled to write about the experience I have had thus far with this clinic. It has been about a month between clinical assessments and the TOVA testing. I was diagnosed in college with ADHD. I was on meds in college and then in NYC in grad school as well as working prior to having my daughter. I went off for awhile to get pregnant, breast feed, etc. I am now working again and between work and having issues just fulfilling domestic responsibilities I decided that I needed to find a doctor in Las Vegas where I now live. After researching and reading reviews, I found this one. I have had an excellent experience with the providers and most recently Caroline Mose. She is extremely experienced and empathetic. I had some serious trouble with the diagnostic testing but she was able to suggest some alternate provisions. She certainly is well-versed regarding ADHD and that is what I am looking for. There was a medication issue with the med going to the pharmacy and two individuals were incredible, Danny and Leon, who are point people that you will communicate with regarding appointments, insurance, administrative issues, etc. These 2 gentleman have so much care and compassion, I would personally hire them to work at my own business. They follow through and honestly ALWAYS answer the phone, which is extremely important when you are running a business, let alone psychiatric-related. I highly recommend this practice. I have been scene by providers in Utah and NYC and this one certainly is exceptional.

So I’m currently in mental health crisis and am looking for a psychiatrist to get back on meds. I found this place. Thought “oh cool they ONLY do online stuff. I’m in.”So I’ve called a couple times over the last few days trying to make an appointment. Pressing 2 as a new patient... it would ring once and sent me to a voicemail.So I called back and pressed 1 for existing patients and was answered immediately. Cool. So I tell him I’m new and want to set up an appointment.He takes all my information immediately name, dob, address, email... and that’s it.He then goes into some kind of script about how they have two GREAT drs that make all their patients feel better and everything is great and tells me that all the appointments are online video calls. I said “cool sounds great.” So he continued his script about how the first appointment is 10 minutes long.. and I stopped him. I was like “dude what? First appointment is only 10 minutes?? Are they going to prescribe meds or just do an assessment or something in 10 minutes?”He then asked me what I have like what am I looking to treat.. I said “I don’t know I have depression. Have had it for nearly 20 years. Also some drs have said I have bipolar, schuzoaffective disorder, borderline personality, and possibly high functioning autism. No one really knows what’s wrong I guess??”So then he says “it all depends on the first visit what will happen okay?”So basically he can’t even tell me what will happen in the 10 minutes of seeing my dr the first time. So now I’m kinda sketched out thinking this is all weird.So he ends up setting my appointment for later this month. And I asked him “so you guys take insurance right? I mean I’ve been on the phone for 10 minutes and you’ve set my appointment and haven’t asked anything about insurance or told me anything about the cost of this..” so then he takes my insurance info and goes into seemingly another script about their cancellation policy. I’m sitting there for like 3 minutes listening to this dude tell me how the first appointment has to be canceled before 24 hours or I have to pay $75 and all other appointments are $50 if they are missed. And then he tells me to give him my credit card info.I don’t have a credit card... or a debit card... I use cash.I told him this he apologized and said that it is required. And I was like “okayyyy.... then cancel my appointment I guess? I don’t have plastic money.” And he then asked me to have someone else “help me out” and wanted me to give a friend or family members card info.. I was like “lol no dude. Just cancel the appointment. I’m hanging up now.” He continued to try to keep me on the phone telling me about the policy and telling me it will be really hard to find ANY office willing to take patients without a credit card.I hung up. Called another better rated place and got right in with no card.This place is so sketchy!!! And now that I’m reading the reviews!!! Omg this is a scam dude.

I was first given the wrong information by a new employee. I then spoke to Karla the Manager who directed her staff the right direction. I was really stressed out when I spoke to Karla and even might have been a little rude towards her. Karla was very professional the entire time and apologized for the inconvenience. I was on a time constraint and the paperwork usually takes 10-12 days to be completed. but Karla took it upon herself to go above and beyond for me and made it happen the very next morning. Over all I had a great experience and I am very happy and will continue to do business with Telemind. Thanks again Karla i appreciate you and your business very much.

Ive been going here for almost 6 months. The doctor is great. My issue is with the front office staff and scheduling appointments. There have been numerous times where they schedule an appointment with me and then change the appointment without telling me. When I show up to my appointment, they say I missed it and I have to call and reschedule. They still charge my credit card every single time. Thats a shady business practice. Id like to say I hope its an innocent mistake but its happened multiple times and Im done.I have no issue with appointments being changed with advanced notice.

Tele-mind went above and beyond the call of duty! To be sure; having called for an urgent appointment just two days prior; I was put on a waiting list for an urgent medication evaluation. Having suffered from a debilitating PTSD episode and struggled for over 5 years for a diagnosis and having tried multiple meds and combinations thereof; I was finally put on a med 2 years ago that gave me my life back. Unfortunately, nowadays it is near impossible to get reestablished without waiting for months and running out of medication that saves one life. We moved from Alaska and was shocked how nearly impossible it was to resume a medicine that gave me my life back. The only alternative was to suffer and struggle for 8 weeks until Tele -mind told us to come in; they would do all they could to help resume a fulfilling life. Thank goodness for Tele-mind, their empathy; and caring. I have a renewed sense of hope at once again being able to live life and enjoy friends, and family. There are still humble and caring doctors that care about their patients. This is the first review I have ever written but considered it so very necessary. Thank you Doctor Fedak for your dedication to your patients quality of life. It gives hope to all who have struggled for many years. Words are not enough; but thank you for the chance to live a wonderful life again. As a disabled; retired vet, the last 3 years have been so very difficult just to function normally. Dr Fedak aggreed to see me on short notice and has given me hope. So nice to still believe there are doctors who truly want to help and restore a quality of life. Very grateful

I was a little intimidated of Telemedicine when I first booked this but Nicole Powers made me feel so welcome and like I was in a safe space! She was able to assist me with my needs and genuinely felt like she cared. Thank you, Nicole for your wonderful service today and taking care of me. I’d recommend to anyone!

(!BEWARE!) The doctor was nice and understanding she listened to all my concerns only issue I have is when I cancelled my service they billed my insurance and billed my card 150 they said they would issue a refund but after calling for the status a few times they hung up on me only 2 Stars because the doctor but billing system beware!

Very unprofessional i went in for help got instantly prescribed medication that had suicidal side effects. Then when i ask for what i am used to or have been prescribed they told me i would need several test and they dont just give medicine. Smh horrible staff money hungry just wanted to schedule as many appointments as that could until i caught on. I would never recommend them to any in serious need of mental or psychological help they dont care!

This practice is beyond terrible. The staff at Telemind is the most unprofessional and rudest people my wife and I ever dealt with. We have to constantly remind them to submit the prescription on time to the pharmacy, they ignore our calls (and we know because we call from a different number and they answer), and right now we are fighting with them because they charged our card again stating it was from a previous appointment that was unpaid which is a bunch of BULL because they always make sure to charge our card at least an hour before each appointment otherwise the doctor will not see us.Not only that - but the doctor does not show up in time for the appointment and is always at least 30 minutes to an hour late for the video conference THEY set up. When he DOES decide to show up for the call, it will be only a 5 minute visit but they end up charging you (or your insurance) for a full hour.Carla is one of the rudest person working there, she will mock you whenever theres an issue she just hangs up on you or she will say we will call you back - days will pass with no phone call back from this office. WHAT A JOKE!PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEEASSEEE do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, these people can give two sh*ts about you - all they care about is money. When we said we are cancelling our visits with them and are going somewhere else, there comment was Its not that easy, that I needed to fill out some paperwork which is not true.(See my review on yelp or actually what people are saying since most of the reviews here on google is from them rating their own practice)

My daughter had a dr that was only availble on Thursdays after 4pm. I was very skeptical about finding a new psychiatrist for her because some of them in the past have put her on numerous medications that we both felt was not necessary. The one we were seeing put her on 1 medication that was perfect. Though i had no issues with her current dr, 1 day after 4pm being the only time he saw patients did not work for us. We even tried doing a phone appt but no one called us with them! I want emphisize i am talking about my daughters previous situation, NOT telemind. Anyhow her primary dr. Referred us here. I was extremely on edge about having my credit card on file. I was afraid of having the same thing happen here with no call and then being on the hook for a credit card charge. So i took things into my own hands and called to confirm on the day of. Their system here is AMAZING!!!We were texted a link and when we clicked on it we were brought to a virutal waiting room. We spoke with Caroline Mose. She was amazing!!!!! She took her time with us and listened to everything we had to say and she even gave me information about my daughters condition that not a single person in the past had explained to me. In my opinion she is better then any dr I have spoken with in the past! This is the second nurse practioner I have dealt with that has surpasses the tile doctor. I am so glad I took the steps to find this place! Its very convient to have video calls. I much rather do it this way considering the covid situation. I am still not comfortable with my credit card on file however its quite simple to deal with. They text us our appointment times and also email. All I do is call to confirm the appointment. Its really that simple. I have done it twice already. I havent had any issues yet. As for scheduling appointments my daughter was asked if she wanted to be check up on in 2 weeks or if she felt 1 month was ok due to us figuring out if her medication is working or not. When figuring out medications and doses youre gonna need to make more appointments to see how you are doing. At this point I do not feel that they are trying to make as many appointments as possible just to make money. I am only making this reference due to reading some past comments. We all have different experiences so I just felt the need to throw that in there. Therefore i am giving this place 5 stars. If things keep going this way we will most certainly stay. Again I really really like Caroline a lot! She gave me a piece of information that really helped me understand my daughter and see her in a different light now.Which is extremely important because I didnt know how to feel and now I am totally at ease.

I want to give a personal shoutout to Sam Cortes at Telemind. I forgot to ask what his title is, but he took my call this morning and helped answer my questions quickly and efficiently. He even took the extra step to verify that my contact information on file was correct (it wasnt) and fixed it. Total 180 from the experience I was having up until this point - blows my mind that a mental health facility doesnt prioritize customer service, but Mr. Cortes is the exception, so a special thank you to him and whomever his supervisor is.

The staff is friendly. Dr. Fisher listened intently and made recommendations based upon my needs. I am pleased with his disposition and genuine nature (uncommon in my experience). I feel hopeful and I’m looking forward to a new lease on life; more fulfilled and less anxiety ridden.

Very interesting never been to a psychiatrist before, but it was modern in the fact that it was videoed and i dont blame him. you get the video of the meeting in case of an out of an out of control patient. pretty cool. knowing he just in the next room. this should be a model for other physicians regardless of the discipline. especially in todays technology, who wants to fight traffic and spend money and time on gas. so hats off. Hats off to Sarah Fedak > she has to be one of your best! so nice, personable and knowledgeable. Nice speaking with her on each appointment.

I’ve only been once to this location. When you arrive the first time you’ll have paperwork to fill out it’s approximately 15 minutes of paperwork. That does cut into your time with the doctor so be prepared to write quickly. I will be meeting the doctor next week for the second visit; I’ll update at that point.Well I just went back yesterday.Very nice the office is clean Miss Vega behind the desk is lovely every time you come on she greets you with a smile. The waiting room is comfortable they have a television for you to watch while waiting. There’s not a lot of time that you’re waiting in the waiting room so you don’t really get to enjoy the sofa and the tele. Dr Fisher is very easy to speak to. I’m glad I found Dr Fisher and his office.

Amazing place. Very friendly staff. Dr Fisher is great. He took the time to understand my situation, and what I was struggling with. He genuinely cares, which makes me feel like Im not alone in this. The office itself is incredible. Very peaceful and soothing environment. I feel at ease when Im there. And the staff are very sweet and caring as well. Plus, I never have to wait long to see Dr Fisher :) In only a couple of visits hes given me so much hope on my road to recovery.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Fisher today. The experience was wonderful considering its hard to ask for help when you are going through issues in life. Ana was so wonderful and kind. She works at the front desk. She was attentive and pleasant. Dr. Fisher listened to my issues and was caring and sensitive very professional. I am grateful I have them to help me.

Strict 5 minute no show charge. I was 8 minutes late. Another appointment wouldnt be available for another month.You get the money back if you reschedule but it feels manipulative at that point.Its hard enough having a mental disorder. I dont need more punishments for it. Ill go somewhere else with maybe a little more understanding.I guess the moral of the story is dont be late.Edited to add: Owner replied to review on yelp saying the grace period was 10 minutes after appointment time. I arrived at 8 minutes after appointment time and was told that the grace period was 5.

I appreciate being able to start having tele-visits as my anxiety makes it hard for me to go out. I have met Dr. Fischer in person twice and I really like him. I am going tell now and I will still be dealing with him. The front desk personnel I met today was very nice. The waiting room is comfortable.

TeleMind clinic is the best place I have been to so far. I switched from my previous clinic because they did not care about their people and they were rude. TeleMind is not only super nice and friendly but they seem to genuinely care about their people. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

My experience with Dr. Fisher has been great. Very efficient and straight forward. I recently heard some schools along with their nurses are doing the tele” medical” visits. It is the future. With the shortage of doctors they will have to fill in the vacuum. Great experiences with the staff and physician.

Sara Fedack was my doctor and was very attentive to my needs. She asked improtant detailed questions in order to better undestand my concerns. She was very knowledable and addressed in very specific terms her advice and diagnosis. I was apprehensive when I came into the appointment due to my specific concerns, however after talking with Doctor Fedack, left feeling very reassured and confident in her ability to help me. I am still in process of therapy and look forward to psoitive results. I would definately recomend doctor Sara Fedack and Telemind to anyone.

This is the way healthcare should be delivered globally. Being able to speak to a professional on-demand from your home office via video teleconference is so much more rewarding than wasting time with the old school methods for such visits. The federal government could learn a lot from Dr. Fisher. Thankfully, Im 100% confident we are on the track to success. Dr. Fisher is on the path to solving a 35+ year condition for me that no other professional seemed to care or had the knowledge to diagnose. For that, I owe my life to him.

Dr. Anton Fisher and his staff are AMAZING!!! I have dealt with depression issues for many years and all the Doctors I have seen just seem to not care. They rush their diagnoses and just shove meds down my throat. Not seeming to care about me or my future!!! I had seen Dr. Fisher for the first time about 2 months ago. At first I was a bit skeptical about seeing him on a big screen but he was amazing!!! He is kind, caring, calming and attentive. The meds he has giving me are not addictive and so far seem to be exactly what I have needed. I cant thank him enough. I feel like I have a chance for a good life again. “I met with Dr. Fisher & his staff They have been amazing, and there have been no surprises, which I like. All in all, I would recommend Telemind clinic and also Dr.Fisher, his clinic has such positive energy and beautiful office swell and anyone who is contemplating doing it should really go for it. Their services are amazing and Im glad I finally found a doctor that truly cares for his patients, not just someone gives out medication without knowing them.

Appointment was 20 minutes; Dr. Fisher had the personality of a brick wall. Completely disregarded confidentiality as I’m a minor and he told my parents about everything after he made me bring them in. Prescribed me a higher dose of the same medicine that didn’t do anything for me. Don’t come here.

Anton Fisher is a great doctor and was the first one to actually help me with anything Ive been dealing with. The atmosphere here is great and relaxing, and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended!

First visit this morning. Beautiful office and very kind front desk staff. Had a short wait to see the doctor but not excessive. Was a little startled to be shown to an office facing a giant screen (where the doctor then called in a teleconference), but it didnt take long to adapt. I have had issues in the past with psychiatrists seeming cold, rushed, and dismissive, but Dr. Fisher was kind and patient, and I felt heard. Left feeling more positive about the future (re: mental health) than I have felt in a while.

Great place! And love the friendly staff and the office manager Arthur passing great customer service and makes you feel really comfortable and you could feel the positive energy. Dr. Fisher was a great and really helpful and really Experienced. I would recommend this clinic and the doctor 100%

I had an online appointment scheduled a month in advance, and when the time came for it, they never sent me a link. I was still charged for the appointment, and I called back three times to no avail.Dont waste your time here.

I find it very weird and suspicious to ask for a credit or debit card over the phone just to set up an appointment. If you have my insurance information, why would I give you my card information before even having an appointment? Why would I need my payment information on file before even having an account with this company?

I never ever wait for an appointment, and if I do its only about 5 minutes or less. Dr. Fisher is honestly one of the best psychiatrists Ive seen here in vegas; Ive had bad experiences with many of them. He always listens to what I say and seems like he genuinely cares about my needs.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is no help to someone in bad metal health. They only want to make money. Barely talked to me for 15 minutes, no eye contact felt very unfriendly. Doctor prescribed me something I told him gave me really bad side effects and doesnt help me and would not prescribe amitriptyline which I said does help me. Waste of $200. I feel worse now than before I went there. Avoid this place if you can. A much more qualified doctor did prescribe my amitriptyline as I get serotonin syndrome from ssri drugs. And I was 15 minutes early for my 7:30 appointment. Do better, you took a hypocratic oath. Make sure to look at their Yelp page....

I think he is cold fish who does not make eye contact or keep his word just read off paper our 1st meeting TV screen weird said taper off xanax 2wks later he said come in person he still seemed afraid no eye contact got up & left cause I was exhibiting anger,anxiety,stressed asked me if I was thinking of suicide I wondered why signs I reading after leaving even more positive not 4 me coming off anxiety meds taken 4 yrs.Said bring in rest of meds still no prescription 2 ease my withdrawal so I asked another dr. said go see some1 else. I never felt so invisible or unvalued.
