Dr. Akindele Kolade is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Kolade also doesn’t know what he is talking about. He prescribed me naltrexone and told me to take it that night knowing I used that morning, which would send me into precipitated withdrawal. I asked him questions which he had no idea about. He doesn’t even know the difference between Suboxone and Subutex. He should not be prescribing this medication which he knows nothing about. It’s obvious he doesn’t care and just wants to get through as many patients as he can. Everything else was okay had no problems with the front desk workers.

My son has been going here for about 6 months now, Every month he has to have a follow up appt to refill his medication for his ADHD, Every month i have to call and make the follow up appt, which usually 90% of the time i have to leave a voice mail requesting the appt. I NEVER get a call back to SCHEDULE the follow up appt. They just put me on the calendar!! then i get calls the DAY OF asking why i no showed the appointment!!!! WELL IF SOMEONE WOULD ACTUALLY CALL ME BACK AND CONFIRM AN APPT DAY AND TIME!!! I dont have the luxury of staying home so Im not available 24/7 to just do a follow up call for my sons refills. Im getting really annoyed!! the communication with this office is absolutely awful!! no structure with this facility what so ever. VERY unprofessional!!

Terrible office staff. I had paper work that I needed filled out for school and it took the office Manager Ellace 3 weeks of lying about giving my paperwork to the doctor and for me to finally get them back. Not only that they have changed my appointment times with no warnings. The whole entire office staff is rude and will not give any names or personal emails for the doctor so I can inform him about how unprofessional his office staff is. Not only has his office staff lied on multiple occasions but if you ask for something that they don’t feel like getting information for they will keep you on hold for 10 minutes on PURPOSE and then your call gets transferred back to the main line. The doctor is also very terrible. He doesn’t listen to what is going on and his appointments are literally 5 minutes. He seems to also get annoyed or downplay your symptoms or what’s going on with your mental help. Don’t waist your time go to an office with a doctor who wants to get you better and an office staff that is willing to help you.

My Daughter had some paperwork that need to be fill out. The front officer manager Ellace had the paperwork for about three weeks and never give it to the doctor or discussed it with the doctor to fill it out. My daughter couldnt get them to fill out the paperwork they wouldnt answer the phone, they hung up on her, they put her on hold and didnt come back, or talk to her about the paperwork. I had to call the office and I talked to Nesha and she advised me that the officer manager is the person who fills out the paperwork. BTW the office manage wasnt in the office. Nesha advised that she wouldnt be in the office until the next day. I ask if I could speak to Dr. Kolade about the situation and they said that I had to make an appointment to talk to the doctor so I did. I ask if she could have the doctor fill out the paperwork and they wouldnt even ask him. (I dont know if they are scared of him or what.) we have been waiting on the paperwork for three weeks. She would lose her disability help if we didnt get the paperwork in on Friday. We called back on Friday at 0900 when they said that the Officer manager would be in the office, she wasnt in. I called every 15-30 minutes until she was magically in the office. She did fill out the paperwork, but why did I have to call several times to have something done? They had the audacity to tell us in a letter that we were rude. Yes, I was bold and blunt but never rude. I think if you had to wait three weeks for paperwork to be filled out you would be blunt and straight to the point too.

The Doctors and and staff are so helpful and nice! I have not had any problems with how I am treated when i visit. Now since this awful pandemic they offer FaceTime appointments !!!! I don’t have to leave my home and still get quality service 😎I am very happy!

Dr. Kolade is completely unprofessional and rude! Apon asking him to reconsider my medication that has not helped me in over 4 months he became defensive and agitated lashing out at me and attacking me about my lifestyle choices when the Dr. Has not even read my file to understand my case (at all) but literally in front of his entire office staff began to publicly belittle me for bring disabled. I wish I had it on video! Absolutely disgusting! Go anywhere else if you actually need help! Its completely obvious that the Dr. Cares more about cycling through as many people as fast as he can for the insurance money than actually helping the clients hes seeing.

The best place. Never a problem when it comes to appointments and always works with me and my schedule. People behind the desk are awesome as well.

1st visit: Very attentive and really listened to my s/s.2nd visit: I really wonder why people give bad reviews. Jean is so nice and she really cares about how things are going and asks questions about how I feel. She really allows you to be in control of your mental health and lets you choose what is best for you. Many providers don’t really ask you questions like that and just tell you what to do and what to take and send you on your way. I had a prescription that was expensive and she allowed me to switch to something cheaper. Overall, she cares about the whole person, not just medical issues. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Jina takes the time to get to know you. She hears your concerns and uses her professional experience to help guide you. The office staff are friendly. This is a great specialist to have. Great job!

I moved back to Vegas from California and had to find a new dr which we all know can be scary! But I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Dr Gina! She’s Great!!!

Im updating my review of this place. The doctor doesnt seem to truly care about his patents.

Very easy to work with and they really care about wanting me to feel better.I love the fact that they listen to what i had to say and worked out a plan that worked for me.

Seriously, I tried to make it work! And, really, do not waste your time! The intake person was so distracted with her phone and stayed on hold with somebody throughout the entire initial evaluation (I thought, okay, it must be an emergency). I spent two weeks making phone calls to their office and nothing got accomplished. The staff were basically unresponsive. I returned for a visit with Leesha Bitto, and brought it to her attention (thinking something would get resolved). Nothing. I finally got a denial letter from insurance, and I called in several time. No answer. I finally left 2 detailed messages. Nobody returned my call. The solution is simple, and I brought it up to them. Nothing. Im so done. I feel sorry for anybody who continues to put up with their garbage. Wheres the accountability? Wheres the oversight, seriously?

This place is an atrocity to healthcare. My first visit I was in and out in 10 minutes. They slapped an anti-depressant on me and said come back and see me in three weeks. During the sit down my psychiatrist didn’t even make eye contact with me more than a few times. He sat perpendicular to me looking at his computer for most of the 10 minutes. The second time, today, I was scheduled for a 9:45 AMand was still not seen by 10:15. I asked the receptionist why they are allowed to cancel on us if the patient is 15 minutes late but if they are 30 minutes late it’s acceptable? I think not. So they are 30 minutes late for my appointment when this is a reschedule because on the 19th they canceled my appointment with barely any notice.

Worst!!! Worst treatment ever. We didnt even get into 5 min of a therapy session. The owner my goodness, I was shocked to learn when I went to the office staff to complain about the therapist I had only to find out he is the OWNERR??!! You cant go anywhere else after knowing that except the door. This is not a place you want to go to when you want to get help for any ailment. The ...lol owner, has the empathy of a statue...non.

Horrible forst visit, I went to him to see if he could help me with what Im suffering with. I spent more time filling out pointless documents then taking to him. He spent less than five minutes with me and prescribed me two very addicitive medication, saying there was no way I could get addicted.He didnt even want to talk to me about my past problems or what I went through. He was also checking email and sending them as I trying to tell him more about me.I wasted my time and never want to go back, Im also not taking the medication he gave to me. I know that I dont need the level of dosage he gave to me.
