My sons therapist is the worst therapist I have ever worked with. If you have any other options i would definitely choose elsewhere. I couldnt transfer fast enough. I definitely think us being a part of the African American community played a big role in our treatment.

So I was trying to request medical records and historys of my assessments and dispute monies that was taken from me illegally. This company continued to charge me out of pocket costs for services and bill my insurance as well. When I asked to speak with an office manager or supervisor I began speaking with a woman by the name of Melissa. She was quite smug and rude and was not professional. She stated that she was in fact the owner and that she herself had no access to confirm any treat or access to my records... then she changed her story and said that I would need to submit an email request. After I asked if she could obtain the payments that I paid out of pocket she immediately said the same thing. But if you are the owner of this practice how do you as the owner not have access to this information.

I have had the pleasure of working with Melissa for over two years. Both she and her staff of dedicated professionals at Red Rock Psychological Health are incredibly committed to helping their clients, especially the children and families they serve. Both Melissa and Stephanie never hesitate to respond to a request for help. I would highly recommend RRPH if you are in need of support.

Redrock is at the top of my referral list when it comes to child therapists. They have so many therapists that its impossible not to find someone your child can relate and open up to, which is crucial in this line of work. They also have a dedicated play therapy room, which is invaluable for the very youngest clients.

This place is great! They really care about the community and the welfare of their clients/victims. I wholeheartedly support their presence in the community, working with a vulnerable population.

I have been to a few counciling places over the years and I have to say redrock psychological Heath is by far the worse experience. Psychologist spent half the time on phone and when he was not on the phone the only thing he wanted to speak about is for me to come more often even to the point that he became threatening saying there would beConsequences for my actions. We even had this conversation on my 1st visit and explained what I could afford each month and if he did not think he could help me with this schedule I would go somewhere else. He agreed on the schedule and when we finished he scheduled the next appointment. I really thought we would move onto what I’m paying for. Nope. What a waste of $ and time. Do not go this facility.

My family had a wonderful experience here today. This practice is extremely professional and caring. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
