When I scheduled the appt they are sure they told me to be on time, then they called me the day before to again make sure I was on time again. I was there early and I still waited an hour and had not been called yet. I dont understand how Drs offices can say they will charge you for not being on time or not showing up but turn around and waste your time. I wish I can send them a bill for my time. Do they think their time is more important than their patients?

I chose this provider because he talked with his patients until he had a clear understanding of their issues. Hell ask clarifying questions and expain things in detail. While your in session with him, his attention is only on you. In your next visit, a month later, hell do it agian and have a vivid recollection of your last visit. These are traits that I see as importat and needed as a patient. I fully excepted and planned the fact he may very well run over his time with patients. I had just come from a provider that couldnt remember my name let alone what medication he had prescribed me the month before. Im happy with my provider choice and I am more than happy to wait past my appointment, knowing that if I need extra time I wont be rushed out the door.

Jay Sommers is absolutely awesome he knows his stuff! he is efficient and your appt.s are quick and thorough he really is great my kids love him!
