The office staff provided false information regarding their participating status with my health plan. Therapist named Joe Dentice also provided inaccurate information regarding participating status with my health plan. I am now 100% financially responsible because of the ineptitude of the staff at Neubauer Health. I would not recommend this facility to a friend due to poor service experience.

I had an appointment scheduled for 12 or 12:30 but never received a call during that time. The week prior, Maria advised that she wasn’t always punctual, which I understood. I called the office around 2:30 and left a message that I hadn’t received my call. Maria texted me maybe an hour later and said she was behind and would call soon. She didn’t call until 5:00. I can understand being pushed back some but I had an appointment and if you’re behind, communication goes a long way. Had I not called the office, I’m not sure she would have reached out. Don’t waste your time with this place.

I would give 0 stars if possible! If you value the safety of yourself and your family members DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS FACILITY!! My 11 year old daughter and myself were knowingly left alone in a waiting room with a vagrant man who was consuming alcohol and acting erratically. He proceeded to ask for money. I texted the counselor and knocked on the locked door for at least 15 minutes with no answer. The person passed out in his own lap and fell over and out of his chair knocking over the table, his alcohol, and my daughters water. He then gathered his things and left the building, but paced back and forth outside the facility. I was still pounding on the door. My husband had to come down to the facility because I was so freaked out and scared! The counselor brought my 9 yo daughter out at about the same time my husband arrived, and asked if everything was okay. I explained the entire situation. My husband told her we would not be back unless they made changes to their security. I talked to the counselor today, and was told NO CHANGES will be made! And they basically just blew off my incident!! We definitely will not be back! If you consider your safety, and the safety of your loved ones important, DO NOT COME TO THIS FACILITY!!!

This place is a JOKE!!!I called twice to make an appointment, the recording says they will call you back within 24hrs, 2 days later and no one called me back.. hence calling a second time.After the second call, a man called me back saying he had told the therapist, Jessica Colarco, to call me.. obviously she did not... he said that he would again have her call me.... now here we are, several days later and I have yet to receive a call.Clearly they do not want to help me or want my business.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!Especially with Jessica Colarco.

The building isnt the best its totally outdated but I do love this place and everyone on the staff is extremely nice and helpful.

I have called multiple times and they never answered the phone they called back once ask a question and then said they would call right back but never did call back. People will commit suicide before they get help from them.
