Carolina is so great! She has helped me immensely. She is great with my schedule and if I cant come in physically I can do my session virtually.

Leeza is absolutely incredible! She is the therapist for my middle child and hopefully my oldest soon as well. She has helped him with his confidence, his attitude, and helped him to deal with his emotions when he is worked up. I would recommend Hope counseling services to anyone who feels like they just need someone to talk to! The staff at the front desk is also super friendly and caring!!

Very disappointed with the lack of consistency amongst providers. The agency has so much turn over that Ive been bounced between at least three therapists. Makes continuity very difficult.

I am a patient at Hope counseling and the staff is amazing my counselor Carolina is an amazing counselor she is very adamant and shows interest and understanding. In this short time she has helped me cope with many different situations and continues to show me different steps and techniques that have been very helpful and useful in my situation. Great place - my counselor is well trained, empathetic, and provides great tools and activities to aid me in my day to day stress. She’s been amazing at helping me manage my ptsd, anxiety, and depression symptoms.

The services I received really helped me get through some tough times thru divorce and loosing my kids. It was very hard to reach out for help, but I am glad I did. Im thankful for the treatment I got. I felt like I was listened too and all the tips I have learned helped me reconnect with my children.

Hope Counseling service is one the most complete caring Agency .I had the opportunity of completing my Masters Practicum under Katherine direct supervision . I learn so much and several years later in my own practice she remains my mentor . Katherine truly has a heart for helping other as a therapist and is shines through the staff I personally have met and or worked with HOPE Counseling service. I give 5 stars for the CULTURE OF HOPE at HOPE Counseling . Katherine truly has a servants heart. In addition, the entire staff is great. I highly recommend HOPE Counseling to my clients and have the highest respect for this agency.

I completed their intake packet 2 months ago for my daughter and still waiting. I would have never completed the paperwork had they told me upfront that they had no psychologist at the time who took my insurance. In fact they told me my insurance was accepted until after I called to follow-up on an appointment. I decided to look elsewhere finally on Saturday because I was told that they were getting a psychologist next week and that I would get a return phone that same afternoon to schedule an appointment; however, I have never received a single phone call from them.

Do not choose this office. I’ve been trying to get on calendar for months. I was going to this place to get help but because I had a flood and my mom assaulted my child I had to miss 2 sessions. Now instead of working with me they decided to drop me when I need help the most. Worst therapy experience I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t deserve this at all. Somethings happen and just because I was dealing with life didn’t mean I deserved to be dropped as a client.

Both my kids have seen someone at HOPE Counseling. My daughter is now seeing someone at the Ann location and we absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly & my daughter absolutely loves her therapist! I would 10/10 recommend to anybody needing to speak with a therapist! ☺️

My son was referred by his pediatrician to HOPE Counseling Services in April of 2020. Ms. Leeza’s Virtual Appts were a godsend thru the pandemic. After a while he needed a break from Virtual since distance learning kept him glued to a screen all day. Well…time passed & he felt it was time to go back. All I had to do was send Leeza an email & we got back on schedule. Thanks HOPE.

I had met mrs moldovan at a family intervention and was very impressed with her knowledge and compassion, so when I didnt know what to do, I thought of mrs moldovan and I called her and she didnt hesitate to talk with me and listen to my cry for help. The front desk lady, Leslie, has been great too and very friendly. We have had a lot of issues with LV medical offices but H.O.P.E. Counseling has been great and I would really recommend them.

I was referred by another agency because they could not service children. Adriana (intake coordinator) met with me alone to discuss my sons needs. She was kind, attentive and very supportive as I went through my past and talked about his fathers death. She praised me on how strong I was and how I am doing all The right things for my kids... I can only hope the therapy staff is as wonderful as Adriana!!!

This place is decent and get the most services done. It is convenient place for people to get some help such as family issues and need life guidance. My counselor Alex Boupha was great but he is not for me though because his method of talking is meaningless and not helpful at all. He is too friendly but I am not here to make friend. You have to find which one is click with you or else...find some where.So far, they are motivational but it does not work for me who have issues with self. However, Mental Awareness helps the most versus them talking about personality, etc. I realized that I need to accept myself versus people talking about it.

Very unprofessional staff. I inquired about becoming a new patient here and was told to send an email with my insurance card attached. Did this, and heard nothing back for a week and a half. Called back to follow up and kept hearing “yeah we’ll right your name down and call you back” now almost three weeks later. I have yet to receive a call back regarding becoming a patient here. This is especially discouraging because of the great reviews, I was extremely excited to start counseling here. Looks like I’ll have to research and find somewhere else.

Originally I would give H.O.P.E. 5 stars, but lately there have been a lot of changes at the office that lowered my score of them. I originally started with them a year a go and it was amazing, I started out filling out paper in their office balling my eyes out because all i thought when answering questions about myself was that i wasnt a good person. I met with a therapist that was sweet and helpful, giving me handouts of breathing exercises, and feedback of how the way i thought of myself was incorrect and that i can always combat the negative in my head. Unfortunately after quite a while of seeing her, she had left. Currently I went with a therapist that when mine was out wasnt a good fit for me, it was more of what you see on tv mmhmmm, i know how you feel, why do you think that? it felt like sometimes she didnt know how to help me, so i requested a switch. The newest therapist there that i started to see only talked more about herself and what she was planning to bring to H.O.P.E. and what she was trained in, i was taken into my appointments 10 minutes or more earlier than my appointment started, but even at that rate, appt time for me was always an hour, and I ended up leaving the appointments earlier and started to feel worse about myself again. Like H.O.P.E. no longer had time for me, granted i had difficulties making appts sometimes, but still. When i would call to ask for Supervisor, i would be interrupting conversations where the receptionists pick up laughing and not understanding my name, very unprofessional. They would talk so fast sometimes i couldnt hear them when they left voice messages. Since being there a year, these last three months I have never seen so many faces behind the desk at the office and its a little nerve racking. H.O.P.E. is changing, and I was asked to leave and find an office that better supported my needs over the phone instead of being asked to have a sit down and discuss my concerns in person. Maybe this isnt the type of place for that.There are a few Good opportunities with H.O.P.E. Adrian who offers Neuro feedback, is very kind and seems genuinely concerned about your needs and is very attentive to helping you get past traumas you have had in your life. I would recommend him to anyone. The other Pro at this time for me is that they are located in a office that has a lovely walk around for people who just need a moment to walk and have a moment of peace. Waterfalls and Fish Pong with a few Gazebos.

I already let out a good amount of stress my first day meeting Hannah, I really feel like I’m going to like it here and I’m going to get along with Hannah. I can relieve myself and rant, talk about my problems and hopefully think positive instead of bottling everything up and taking my anger out on my brothers and family.

Everyone I have met here has been absolutely amazing. I have used many of the services offered and recommend them to anyone in need of a little assistance.

I wanted to share with everyone some of my heartfelt gratitude towards H.O.P.E. today as I celebrate my 9th year anniversary with this awesome Agency. From day one I was accepted as a family member and not just an employee. I started as a QBA and with the help of founders Katherine and Adrian grew to be a QMHA. I was given the opportunity to get free training and guidance so that I in turn just like the Agency may become an advocate/provider to many in the community who are in need. I also find myself honored to be part of an Agency that is celebrating a decade of service in this community and has grown to become the Agency of the year. In addition I always feel that I can approach the executive director and my direct supervisor Faye any time I need help or assistance. As she would say my door is always open for my employees.As a pastor in the community I also thank H.O.P.E. for her advocacy for my own congregation. Some of my church members have benefited from the Agencys resources such as family counseling and clinical advice.I just want to say that I am thankful to God for this wonderful organization that continues to bring hope and healing to all in need without discrimination of color race or background.

This is our first time here and the staff Immediately greeted us as we were walking in the door. They have entertainment for the kids and the office is clean.

I started therapy here a few months ago and the entire staff is really nice, caring, and most important professional. Started my childs therapy sessions several weeks ago with H.o.p.e as well and this is the first time my child is willing to speak to a therapist.

I cant really rate this place other than the experiences that we have had in the 1 visit. Upon sitting in the lobby( which was cold), you have to fill out a tremendous amount of paper work, and they wanna know everything under the sun including information; if your not the patient(example:parents ever had sexual abuse,crazy question).Which i found rather invading.Are we there for our love ones or are we there for ouselves.....hmmm...There was a dirty napkin under the chair my daughter sat on. The counselor seemed to be promising, The only reason why i am writing a review is because they had a sign that said free..... without an inquiry to it .Upon trying to get a free...., I was told, oh you gotta go on line a write a review and then show us the review. So now i need proof i did it. Hope you like honesty❣oh also we tried calling on the weekend to leave a message and when they say monday through 9 am to 6pm. They really mean it, because i was unable to leave a meassage their answering service would t allow me to.

We now come 2 times a week to do neurofeedback and that is working well with my son. the counselors here have always been so good with him and his needs

Great place. My very first session went well and I was comfortable speaking with my counselor. He gave me some homework and helped me to commit to getting some things done by a certain time.

I normally dont write reviews, but this time I just had to take a minute and write a few words about H.O.P.E. Counseling. As everyone in need of such help going trough a difficult time separating with my wife I found comfort with the counseling specialist that was assigned to as and it was of extreme importance for our kids as my Boy started to show disturbing behavior. It wasnt much of waiting in the office and paperwork was handled well. After not even a week I started to see a difference and felt better about the whole situation! For the first time in a month I felt HOPEFUL instead of hopeless.I would like to thank everyone involved in helping my broken family get back to normal..I highly recommend your service to everyone in need!

H.O.P.E. Counseling helped my family through a very difficult time. We were enduring domestic crisis that impacted the behaviour of my young son. He was mimicking violent behaviours witnessed in a domestic violence situation, including attacking his parental figures and threatening others with violence when he did not get his way.My partner and I entered him into H.O.P.E. Counselings Day Treatment Program in place of preschool, to address our fears that these violent behaviours would continue into his interactions with children his own age. We also began a psycho-social skill rehabilitation program where a skills teacher came to the home multiple times a week, as well as one-on-one and group family therapy with a therapist.The entire program worked fantastically at addressing the post-traumatic stress suffered by both me and my son, as well as helping him understand the reasons for his violent behaviour and the reasons why that violent behaviour had to cease. We have had no violent incidences in over a year.Our son is now functioning well within an advanced studies program at a Magnet school. He has made friends with a number of his classmates and has grown to be an empathic, loving, and compassionate child who dislikes bullying and who does not threaten to get his way.I could not be more thrilled or more thankful to H.O.P.E. Counseling.

My husband had experienced a traumatic near death experience and for the first month of recovery he refused to seek help but after a little bit of persuasion he took the steps to seek help and h.o.p.e counseling was the first step in the right direction I see a change and anticipation for counseling he feels better to understand and have new coping mechanisms through his PTSD

DO NOT even think about working here. If you are 3% happy where you are [which is horrible], stay there! The owners here are greedy, dont care about their employees, and dont care about their clients. Do yourself a favor and ask around [do your homework] - Hope Counseling has lured so many wonderful people here from stable places of employment - and have simply abused and tossed them away. You are soliciting employees to write reviews... and because you have such favor with employees that you have positioned as your snitching eye spies, there are one or two there that actually will.
