I spoke with Alma who was extremely nice and detailed. She answered every question I had. Gabriela and Carmen came out to the house to clean where I was quoted 5 hrs for a move out clean. These 2 ladies worked quickly and extremely thorough had it cleaned in 3.5hrs. I would highly recommend Molly maids especially Gabriela and Carmen who went out of their way to get this job done. Above and beyond!

I’m putting my house on the market and needed a move out cleaning service. I asked at least 5 people in the real estate investment community, all of them said Molly Maid. They exceeded my expectations and I will use them for all of my flips. Prompt, fast, professional and made my house look brand new. Ultra impressed.

I have been using Molly Maid for about five years. They have worked with my schedule as well as addressed concerns that I may have had through the years. Caitlyn and Alma are ALWAYS VERY kind, professional and helpful.

Had these ladies come in to specifically clean some dirt spots on the wall while I was out of town, I had cleaned most of my small apartment myself before I left so they honestly didnt have much to clean themselves. I get back and notice the spots I specifically requested to be cleaned were still there, and when I call to complain about the service all I am met with things like I dont know what you expected. What I expected was for the few spots on the walls to be cleaned. Never calling this service again, charged me $170 for what I ended up doing in 5 minutes with a magic eraser and some water.

This is an excellent company. First, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ivan to set up a cleaning for a move out. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind & helpful. 2 ladies phoned 30 minutes prior to arrival. They were equipped with all of the necessary cleaning supplies/equipment. Kayla & Valescka were amazing. They actually left the house cleaner than when I first moved in. They really did an amazing job. I am truly impressed with these two ladies & with Molly Maids. The ladies do a wonderful job. I have used this company before and they do a superb job, so superb that is unbelievable that they can do my bathroom and make it look brand new and my husband also wonders how they make it so superb, when he tries with manpower, it never looks as good. It must be the products they use and how they are trained to clean some heavy duty things.They also got my kitchen looking beautiful as well. I wish I could afford to use them on a regular basis, but unfortunately I cant.It is well worth spending the money for certain situations when you need your house cleaned up to look like it sparkles.When they left the house, it was like my bathroom was redone.My place sparkled, it was another superb job done by Molly Maids!!

The two women were very excellent. They were wonderful and did a fantastic job. If they do your place, tip them well. They deserve it.

Undercharged at first. The time was recorded incorrectly. So they tried to over charge me. The management that I spoke with was unprofessional and insisted that I was being dishonest. I have time stamps on all calls to know when the cleaning started and stopped. Very disappointed. I do not recommend.

Very attentive to details. I switched from an independent company after one year of service. It felt that things were getting missed or the quality of service was not as expected. Hired Molly Maids 3 weeks ago and the first cleaning was what I thought was a deep cleaning. They moved my couch and cleaned behind there!! They also did blinds, window sills, cabinets, made beds. It was fantastic. Little did I know they would be doing that each time they visited. I signed up for the bi-weekly and pay less than I did for my weekly with the other company who did not do nearly what this company does. A true cleaning service. Excellent job and will definitely recommend. Thank you.

Nily and Irma are wonderful, smiley, hard working ladies. They always leave our home sparkling clean, and are attentive to details. Molly Maid office manager Alma always gives us a courtesy call to let us know they are on their way, even though we have a 2 hour window. They are always on time. We also get a follow up call every-time, to voice our concerns if we have any (we havent so far). I had to reschedule one appointment three times and I feel that Alma was very accommodating and nice over the phone. Customer service is important to us, so we appreciate being treated nicely.I would recommend Molly Maid even though I was reluctant at first to use a franchise. But so far so good. We have used their services 4 times (regular every 6 weeks). The cost is reasonable for 2 1/2 hours two people and especially because of the results. I enjoyed our baseboard being cleaned every month and a quick clean of our sliding doors, our smooth floors, spotless stove, shiny stainless fridge, mirrors and so much more. Thank you Nily and Irma, you are the best we have had in a long time!

I have had the ladies from molly maid service come to clean my house several timesAs a matter of fact I had them coming every two weeks for several months now because me and my husband work in the medical field and own our own business, recently my brother who was diagnosed with a medical condition has come to stay with me so I can help him through this tough time, (he also watches his children during the day might I add). Today the ladies came to my home and my brother let them in and left not ever 10 mins later my daughter called me and told me they left because they had an emergency at their office so I called and one of the ladies told me that they would not be servicing my home anymore and when I asked why they said because the ladies don’t feel safe when I asked why not she stated because the ladies saw my brother smoking weed in the garage and that they found blood in my homeI explained that weed was not illegal in Las Vegas and that as a matter of fact it is medical marijuana and I asked where was the blood? The lady kept going on about kids being in the backyard with no shoes on in the winter time and other things of that nature so instead of arguing with her I told her to have a great day and thank you for your service. Needless to say my brother is a black male and I never had a problem until they saw him which this was the second time they ever saw him because he just moved in. I will be contacting their corporate office because this is truly ridiculous and sad. I’m still confused as to why they made up a story about seeing blood, maybe that was the only way of getting out of our contract, to say I’m afraid for my safety smh it’s a shame that black men are treated like criminals even in their own home when they haven’t done anything wrongMight I also add that the first two cleanings were great but after that they didn’t even clean half as goodI later learned it was because it was a different franchise who cleaned beforeI honestly just needed the house to be tidy because everyone in the house is extra busy

Worst cleaning company Ive dealt with so far. I waited for over 2 hours for them to show up for the initial cleaning and nobody ever showed. I called, left messages, etc because Id been waiting all day for them. When Monday came and I called customer service they said The ladies showed up and I wasnt home. FALSE! I EVEN HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS ON MY HOME TO PROVE OTHERWISE! The customer service person was rude and said because I wasnt home they wont service me again. Their loss. I had quite a bit of business lined up for them with the exception that my home looked good. Now Ill be taking my business elsewhere and encourage the person that referred me and others to do the same!

There is no customer service. There is no criticism with this office at all. If I were corporate I would take the franchise title away from them for poor service and absolutely no respect for the customers that keep them employed.The first thing was they had two people take 3 hours to clean an upstairs. When asked, she was so great with her customer service skills to say I cant help it if you are that dirty all the time. They called and said that downstairs would take the same. At 80 an hour there is no way I am paying that for two people to clean. Also, they kept mentioning that they were looking for a cat they kept hearing but couldnt find. We have cats, but they came with us when we moved. They must have spent a significant amount of time on this phantom cat, because the time they spent to clean was astronomical. Professional cleaners? Sure. Very professional.After more discussions on the phone, and more talk about the phantom cat, they left the smelly garbage in the house. My realtor confirmed it was in the house. Alma said the girls told her they put it in the garage. I trust the person trying to sell my house better than ghost cat chasers.The last and most disturbing aspect of this was that our house keys went missing. The girls were allowed to use the garage door code to enter, so they would not have needed keys. Mysteriously the keys went missing after they cleaned. When confronted with this, Alma (without having been there at all) said that they didnt have the keys. There are a significant amount of squaters in Las Vegas. We are not living there as we are selling the house. This means that now the keys are free to be used by who knows who for whatever reason. Again, my realtor is not going to take keys and say they are missing. He is selling the house, not sabotaging it. I will have to update this to see if police need to be involved due to the concerns of squaters.I had to go to corporate level to even be heard at all. The corporate person was understanding, but the franchises are locally owned and operated, and they cant forced them to do anything. i will again update if this gets any better resolution. I am thinking not, as Alma is not exactly a reasonable person.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning service. I had 2 ladiescleaning my 950 sqft condo (small place right) for a rate of $70 an hour for the two. not bad ok. well they spent an entire hour in my master bathroom which was pretty clean already, then they just vacuumed the master bedroom and wiped the blinds. then moved to the guest bathroom and spent another hour on that! and that bathroom was even more clean than the master bath. I had to cut them off after that bk I could see they were ripping me off badly. I walked through the area that they supposedly deep cleaned to find that the mirrors had streaks and water spots, the floor boars were never wiped down, the window sill below the blinds was still dusty, none of the cabinets or drawers were cleaned out, basically everything was half-assed all around and it cost me $140. If I were cleaning everything alone I could have accomplished more in half the time than two of them did in 2 hours. I suspect they were just doing everything they could to take as long as humanly possible and accomplish the least amount as possible in order to rip off the customer. I told them before they started to clean that I would like a basic and quick clean of the bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and kitchen and they completely ripped me off. and as they were nearing the end of the second hour I told them that my wife was most concerned about cleaning the hardwood floors and the kitchen and their response after wasting my time doing about 30 min of work in 2 hours was that if they were only getting paid for 2 hours then they only have 10 min left... Total robbery considering a friend of mine has his entire 3 bedroom house cleaned every month by one person in 2 hours for $70... and Molly Maids couldnt clean more than a couple small apartment bathrooms in two hours and cost twice as much. We also gave the management an opportunity to correct the situation by explaining it to them and they were also unaccommodating. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Save yourself the head ace and spend your money with a different cleaning service.
