The company had good reviews, so I also wanted to clean my house, so I set a cleaning appointment. But the day she was supposed to come, she didnt come, so I sent a text message and got a reply saying that she couldnt work because she was sick. I contacted her the day she was supposed to come and only then... she said she was sick, so I understood and told her to contact me when she started work.Then she sent a text message saying that she had started working( never contact me when she should work but, contact me when she needs a job), I set an appointment for 3 weeks in advance and asked to do in the morning. However, I did not receive any contact, so I contacted her first again, and she said she would come in the afternoon even though I had asked her to come in the morning in 3 weeks advance. She mad at me and she texted me “why you demand me”, and she texted me again sarcastically, Have a good day.Looking at other review, it seems like she is preparing to move to Texas, so she doesnt have to do well in Las Vegas anymore, so I feel like she is doing whatever she wants with no sense of responsibility or business mind.It was an opportunity to realize once again why we need customer reviews.

I really liked the reviews on here so I’ll try to give it a shot and call this company and when I called this company the lady that is answer there phones today have a Really nasty attitude really rude now I do not even want their services

We hired Happy Hands Cleaning for the move out cleaning and carpet cleaning services. We were very pleased with the entire process. Not only was Shana quick to respond, answer any questions, and give me a quote, but made it easy to make an appointment. She was professional and friendly and the communication was made so easy. The job itself was done extremely thoroughly and we couldnt be happier. We definitely recommend Shana for all of your cleaning needs.

Happy hands cleaning service was recommended to me by a friend of mine.I contacted the owner of the company for appointment, she was accommodating with the date and time, she arrived to my house on time.I was pleasantly surprised she brought all her own supplies, she spend 5 hours in my house and I have to say my house was sparkling after she left. No one ever cleaned my bathroom so well. I think when you are trained by professionals your cleaning style is better. I have learn that the owner learn her skills at the best hotels in our city.

In this case, I am happy to report, the service was exceptional...plus!Shanas responsiveness to my initial request was immediate. My situation was unique in that I needed same day service. After moving some things around, Shana made that happen. I found her positive attitude, professionalism, competency and award winning personality to be quite refeshing! It goes without saying that she performed to my expectations and that I am a satisfied customer...what sets her apart from others, and my reason for posting this review, is that she actually LISTENED to me, showed me RESPECT and seemed to genuinely CARE that she pleased me!!! That is so rare these days! She was pleasant to be around which also seems to be a rarity these days. She didnt spend time talking on the phone like so many do, no, she focussed 100 percent on the job she was doing. She periodically requested that I inspect her progress to make certain that she was meeting my needs. Shana is a hard working, intelligent proffesional woman with a lot of moxi and a lot of class! I had a wonderful experience with Happy Hands. Very professional and quickly responsive to my request for a quote. Flexible dates of availablility, even when my date changed. Team of two drove quite a distance to my job site, and arrived on time. They worked hard all day cleaning a commercial kitchen and bakery after construction. It was so nice to see the finished kitchen so clean! They washed all tools and equiptment, floors, etc. They even washed out all mops, brooms and buckets used. Not happy at all with the cleaning,she burnt the chrome handle on my stove,also discolored my granite kitchen counter,didnt clean my kitchen cabinets,very messy and poor cleaning...not recommended at all..now I have to buy the spray paint to fix the handle,to fix the kitchen counter and hire another company to do it right...smoking breaks?...crazy....I am very upset
