They are very thorough and the same ladies have been cleaning our homes for years.We were using them when we lived in Las Vegas for several years and we moved to Boulder City in 2017. I called last month to see if they service the Boulder City area, thankfully they do.Our new home was beautiful and sparkling clean for their same reasonable price.I am a very loyal customer of Absolutely Spotless and have referred them to everyone I can. If youre looking for a general, light cleaning, the youre too busy with life and work cleaning, a move in/or out cleaning or the occasional DEEP CLEANING. You can schedule a deep cleaning but also specify other small projects if you like and they have ALWAYS delivered for me for at least 7yrs now.I give two very enthusiastic thumbs up for this company. I have team three and the team leader is Elizabeth. They always arrive on time and they do a wonderful job cleaning. I recently had a leak in the kitchen and now I do not have a kitchen. I do have sink in the garage and they use that even though its rather inconvenient. They are a good team and clean very well. They do things for us without being asked. I definitely rate this team five stars.

Crew #1 has been cleaning my home on alternate Tuesdays for more than 7 years now, 5.5 years at my current home and 2 years at my previous home. The ladies are very methodical and follow their same routine on each visit. They are friendly, thorough, and do an excellent job. During some recent remodeling, I temporarily suspended the maid service and was concerned we might be assigned a different crew when service was restarted. I was excited to see Crew #1 return that first Tuesday after construction was completed. Office staff that handles my occasional calls to reschedule around travel dates is also very accommodating. I can honestly say I have NEVER had an issue with the quality of service provided by Crew #1 and the rest of the folks at Absolutely Spotless in Las Vegas in the 7 plus years they have provided maid service in my home. I strongly recommend them to clean your home too.

We have used them for our homes and for our offices. The ladies who do the cleaning are very good, but the owner clearly has an attitude problem and atrocious customer service skills! Based solely on his poor attitude I will never call this company again! At the very least, he does manage to employ people who are good, but that is the only remotely nice thing to be said about him. I would recommend you take some courses on how you treat customers, you are in the customer service industry! (You have to click at least one star to post, that is the only reason you are being granted one).

I hired Absolutely Spotless to clean my condo after I moved out, I was pleased with the overall job that they did however when I did my walk through inspection with the management company it was brought to my attention that the shower door was broken in the master bedroom. One of the wheels on the top of the door had fallen off and the shower door was just leaning up against the other door so you couldnt tell. It was something minor they could have called and told me about considering I was doing all of this in order to get my deposit back from my Landlord. It ended up costing me more money because the management company had to replace it rather than being able to fix it myself. When I called Absolutely Spotless I got the voice mail recording which I always got when I called but this time they werent so eager to call me back. This was almost a month ago and I still havent heard from anyone.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! LIARS THIEVES!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!They didnt clean our home. They stole items. They went over the allotted time and charged us more than quoted but did not clean the house at all. They stole items from our home. The owner told us he would refund us but than changed his mind.Every single person who works for this company Dave, Yyeria, Leslie, Daisy have a terrible attitude problem. No customer service skills. I have no idea how theyve been in operation so long.

I run a small property management company and have used Absolutely Spotless for all my moveouts for years. They get the job done quickly and professionally at a much higher quality than the local cleaning lady. They get things clean that I didnt even notice was dirty until I saw the difference. Their carpet cleaning was amazing, too. They got pet odors out and saved a carpet replacement job. Dave took extra time to make sure the job was done right! It is so hard to find competent service these days, it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Thieves! Used this company to clean a vacant house that I was moving into. I had already started moving some stuff in. They were supposed to do a deep clean of the house (1100 square feet) in two and a half hours with two housekeepers. I asked them to clean the bedrooms first, followed by the living room, and then the rest of the house. Two hours later when I returned they had cleaned the kitchen and the master suite. I was frustrated and asked them to move onto the living room so I could have my movers unload all of the boxes in there since they didnt clean all of the bedrooms. I noticed my 50 dollar shower curtain missing and when I asked about it they told me it was in the trash. The housekeeper then rushed through the house and slammed my garage door in my face to prevent me from seeing her get my shower curtain out of her van. I expressed my frustration at the house not being cleaned more in two hours. I asked them to sweep and mop the living room so the boxes and furniture could be unloaded, instead they mopped over the dirt on the floor. They proceeded to clean two bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room, and hallway in twenty minutes. The bedrooms didnt get vacuumed and it was obvious they didnt do a thorough job on the bathroom. I called the office and complained to Daisy, she said she would call the girls and ask what the problem was and call me back. I never received the call back. I told the housekeepers I was unhappy with the service and wouldnt be signing for the charge. After they left I noticed so many items missing from my home. These items might seem petty but they were things that I owned that these housekeepers did not have a right to take from me. They stole a decorative trash can, bath mats, a huge assortment of bath soaps, shampoos, conditioners, bubble baths, body sprays, a Victoria secrets bag, airwick air fresheners, a wireless router, a cable modem, a cabinet full of sandwich bags, aluminum foil and various different cling wraps, oven mits, dish towels, and a prescription bottle of muscle relaxers. When I finally got a hold of the owner, Dave, he was a complete jerk to me. He said I was lying about them stealing. He was very condescending as another review stated. As a business owner he should be a little bit more concerned with the integrity of his employees. Do yourself a favor and find a different company. This company should not be allowed to continue operating. I have filed a police report as well as a complaint with the better business bureau.

Very Rude and unprofessional owner! I left a msg explaining the poor job that was done on my carpet and he spoke to me in a very condescending manner, as if I was not being truthful. I told him to send a tech out here to sniff the carpet and smell the odor that was left behind an he was like yeah ok. This is the first time I have heard of that kind smell being on the carpet! My carpet was not cleaned fully! The previous owners of our new home had dogs and were train smokers. Our carpet still smells like dog urine in some spots, even though we were charged $75 for a special solution to remove the pet urine and bacteria on our carpet. Our downstairs area smells like cheese on the carpet! I have no idea what the cleaners did wrong there. Total waste of money! I choose this company based on the reviews, but I have sadly paid for my misjudgment. My advice would be to watch the carpet cleaners clean your area in your home, make sure all spots are cleaned and all smells are removed before they leave.
