1st time using a cleaning service and I have to say the outstanding customer service started with the initial phone call, inquiring about services. They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #7 showed up. Claudia and Barbara were AMAZING. They were quick, friendly, very detailed, and work great as a duo! 😀🙂 they asked me how I liked the cleaning every time they were done with a floor before they started the next level. These ladies left my house looking and smelling new (considering I have many pets, ha!) Hands down the best cleaning company leading the way for cleaning miracles.

They provided what they called a “thorough” cleaning and billed my credit card the full amount of that estimate as a temporary pending entry on my credit card account. When I asked about the actual amount they were going to bill me it was satisfactory based on the number of people and time spent. However we were unable to communicate with the maids due to their lack of English language. Their work was adequate and we will use them again provided the communication problem is resolved and there is no more ambiguity in the price I’m going to be charged.

My client was impressed with this cleaning service company. Their place was practically spotless. Shout out to team #2, Merlyn and Maria! Thank you for your excellent service!

The initial scheduling was a little inconvenient but I could make it work as long as they showed up on time or close enough to it. They provided me with a 3-hour window in which they would show up to provide an estimate and cleaning.Not only did they make me wait and not show up, but then they tried to charge me for it.When I finally got them to agree not to charge, he said he was doing it as a courtesy...I cannot in good conscience recommend this to anyone else, and I hope that this is only reflection of this particular franchise and not the company as a whole.

Wonderful cleaning experience. 2 maids showed up with cleaning supplies including their own vacuum and mops. They left my home sparkling they wiped down cabinets, and overall left my Holme sparkling clean. I highly recommend them.

The women that come to my home are a team that have consistently come to my home for months. They are kind, and know their job. They are responsive to direction. They are friendly and always professional. I love my Molly Maids team and would recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

DMolly Maid was excellent in cleaning however when I asked for the works including carpet cleaning I was unaware that they didn’t do carpets except vacuum. They did do a great job and I would recommend and ask for their services again.

For 2 cleaners who stayed in my home for over 2 hrs and I was charged full price my house is still dirty especially the floor the chemical they used left it greasy looking and when I take a wipe n wipe the floor it is black so did they really clean it.. looking around the house I could of cleaned better myself. We had numerous cleaning companies provide cleaning services for us and very rarely was I pleased with the work. However, Elena and Carmen were at our house for over five house and did not stop for a moment! They kept going and house looked amazing when they were done. For starters, theyre less expensive than other maid services we used, while providing better customer service. Today my home was cleaned by Team 3, Elena and Delia. Upon arriving, they asked if there were any specific areas that needed special attention. I told that I just wanted everything cleaned! They did a very thorough cleaning. This is the team Id like for every cleaning. These ladies are very thoughtful, kind and respectful of my home. The house feels great!

We had Team 3 assigned to do a move-in/move out job for our new place and they performed exceptionally. We were impressed about how stealthily, efficiently, and thoroughly the job was done. It was like having fairies arriving and waving their magic wands and the before-and-after was just amazing. The window blinds, any crevices and inside drawers were cleaned and sparkly. They were polite and considerate of the surrounding space. We’re now returning customers and are requesting for more jobs from Molly Maid of Central Las Vegas. We look forward to continuing our business with them.

My very first time using a cleaning service, it was a wonderful and easy experience. I work from home, so I was in the office the whole time. I met them at the door, showed them around, and this horribly dirty stereotypical bachelor pad is looking absolutely stunning. They asked if they could come two hours early and we where so happy that they could come early and finish early. They did an outstanding job. I am a clean freak so when it comes to cleaning I want the baseboards dusted and the hardware dusted even the bar that holds up your closet shelf. They cleaned every nook and cranny. Our house is move out inspection ready. So the next military family will be super pleased to find they don’t have to clean when they move in to their new home. 💚Ps they even wiped down all the blinds for me. The team did an awesome job. They arrived during the time that was set, started on the house right away, and really paid attention to detail. Also, we were originally given an estimate of 3 hours but the house took almost 6 and we were not charged a dime extra which was wonderful. I will definitely be using them again.

Weve never seen attention to detail like the service they offer. Even the in home estimate was perfect, the gentleman was patient and attentive to all my questions. I work very Long hours and come home exhausted. The free time that I have I don’t want to clean, I love the fact that Molly Maid does background checks so it makes me feel secure on who I’m letting into my home. I gave them access to my home via door code. I’m on a weekly basis and it’s AMAZING! I love coming home to everything done and now having to worry about it- huge stress reliever. One additional service I add on from time to time is have my clothes organized. Some of the things I really like about this company is their customer service. I’ve had companies before in the past and their rude, non flexible and completely unprofessional. Molly Maid is the complete opposite and I would HIGHLY recommend people to try them out.

Simply amazing. My family is ecstatic. Normally Id write a lot but its hard to explain. You have to EXPERIENCE this kind of cleaning. I had Lani and Frida, team 4 on Saturday 2/16/2019. They cleaned my 1350 sq ft home for almost 3 hours; they were prompt, professional, detailed and polite. Above and beyond kind of service. I thought I kept a clean house; until I had Lani and Frida clean today. They showed me what clean should look like. Definitely will recommend to friends.
