What a pleasure to finally find a truly professional cleaning company! We sold our home and needed it to have a good cleaning after moving out. I chose Desert Maids mainly due to the Google reviews I read for them and they did not disappoint. Even though I called early on a Saturday morning, Robert gave me a quote which was reasonable and gave me several options for a service date. When I called him back to schedule, the price did not change. I received several text reminders for the service date and price which was helpful. Then, Paulina and her crew came and kicked butt on the house. It absolutely SPARKLED!!! A small refrigerator part was broken during the cleaning but Paulina advised us of the issue and said that a replacement would be sent to us by overnight shipping and IT WAS! AMAZING SERVICE!!! AMAZING PROFESSIONALISM! Have already recommended them to everyone I work with! Hoping once I am settled in our new place, we will be calling them again!

I needed a house cleaned last minute, we were moving and the day after we moved Krista came and did a great job, we asked the new homeowners and realtor if they were happy with how the house was cleaned and they we very happy. Desert Maids are wonderful! I love Kylie, she works so hard at making sure my house is clean! On days I need a deep clean Kylie and Krista will come together and leave my place spic and span! I recently had Desert Maids come out and clean my home before move in . They were so nice and fit me into there schedule at short notice. Krista and Matt were on time and were so pleasant to deal with . They did an outstanding job and went above and beyond. I was so pleased ! I will be using them in the future and I would also recommend them as well !

Really good service. I had a team of 2 over to clean the downstairs of my home including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and bedrooms. Both were very friendly and had a professional attitude, which is sometimes hard to find. I showed them around and they started right away, each person in a different area which I liked because I was still able to work in the office without hearing them talking and chatting like previous cleaners did. My biggest concern was my off-white tile floor which is pretty hard to clean without leaving streaks. After mentioning it to them they took extra care to make sure the floors looked spotless. From the ease of booking online, the reminders that were sent 3 days and 1 day prior to the appointment, up to and including the cleaning itself, the service was detailed and professional leaving my home sparkling clean!

After a party, we were left with a mess, not a crazy mess but a mess nonetheless. Desert Maids answered within a few minutes and squeezed in an appointment for the next day. Our cleaner was punctual, detailed and friendly. We will definitely use them again.

Excellent and professional service. Everything was cleaned top to bottom and i cant even tell you the last time i had a cleaning service that was so thorough. They also returned items to their proper place and made sure pictures were straight on the wall, something i used to have to go behind my old cleaning team to correct. Incredibly awesome! Elizabeth and Kylie arrived on time and were very friendly. I showed them around and explained my focal areas that I wanted addressed. They paid great attention to these areas (especially bathrooms) and left my home smelling fresh and cleaner than it had been in years! I will definitively hire Desert Maids again and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
