Just wanted to share a word of caution with you about using The Cleaning Authority to clean your home. A team came to my home on Saturday and was specifically instructed to clean for 3 hours. They pushed for 4 upon arrival and I pushed back for 3. This was a normal cleaning (vacuum, dust, mop, clean showers, etc.) and the house was 100% picked up prior to their arrival. No dishes, no laundry, nothing. They charged me for 4 hrs 45 min totaling $400, for a 1700ish sq ft home. This is MORE THAN DOUBLE what I have paid with them in the past for the same exact cleaning in the same exact home. When I called about a partial refund as I did not authorize that length of time (nor did the condition of the home warrant that much), I was told that there’s nothing they could do and they can charge and stay however long they want, even if you specify not to. EVEN IF you don’t authorize it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not only that, but they left things totally unorganized (baskets on top of and blocking the cat box, clocks taken down off the wall, rugs overturned and put back in wrong places, bins not put away as they were before). The owner of the company refused a partial refund and said there’s nothing they can do. That their team told them the home was really dirty, justifying the cost and that they believe their employees over the customer. 😳 I told them I’d be leaving this review along with never using their service again and they said “Do what you need to do.” There was 0 effort to make the situation right and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had the privilege of finding the cleaning authority as our new cleaning service for our home. I was having difficulty finding professional, customer-focused cleaning services for awhile now. Always settling for unresponsive texts, having to constantly confirm appointment times, and inconsistent arrival times. I was over it!!!!I found The cleaning Authority through an advertisement in our mail. I immediately liked their professionalism in the virtual walk through to assess our home to give a price. The price is a bit steep, but worth the quality work and professional communication. They have an app you can download to know when your next cleaning date and time are scheduled. Also, each cleaning service includes a rotation of a deep clean in 1 of 4 areas of the home: living spaces, sleeping quarters, kitchen & dining, and bathrooms (I think I got that right 🤔)I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority! I already do, to my friends and family when asked who we use☺️

Team 5 were great ! They were professional, organized and efficient. The house sparkled when they left. Im very pleased with this first service and cant wait for them to come back . I usually clean my own house, as Im a bit particular about how my house is cleaned, thats all come to a pleasant end since I discovered The Cleaning Authority. Triple thumbs-up, they are wonderful

Just signed up for Cleaning Authority for a monthly service and the first experience was great. Two professionals came in and we sorted out what the biggest concerns were for me and reviewed again what I could expect from them. The interaction was great and very professional. The finished product was a sparkling clean house! After just four days, I want them to come back!! I will probably change my service to bi-weekly instead of monthly.

They have done a pretty good job over the past few years. Honest and responsive when we have any issues. Sometimes we do see certain teams that are not as thorough as the other teams, but in general the women working for the cleaning authority are always polite and hard working.

They did a great job and paid attention to detail. I look forward to having them clean my house again.

I have used TCA for many years (9) on a bi-monthly basis. We have had so many service issues and I keep giving them another chance to make it right. I was at the end of my rope when I asked about their teams vaccination status and I was met with apprehension and they cancelled my service. I asked for time to find another service and my request was denied. The reviews tell a story.UPDATE 07/29/2021: Your recollection of the conversations is untrue. After I inquired about vaccination status, it resulted in YOU terminating our service. Period!

They are very professional and do a great job. We had an issue in the past with a few minor things. The company reached out to me and today Jay stoped in to check in. Jay checked surfaces and bathrooms to be sure everything was satisfactory. We are very pleased with the service they provide.

My brother has been using this service for several years and has been very happy so when I decided to hire a cleaning service I was happy to call them. I spoke with Spencer who told me that the first cleaning would be hourly, which I agreed to because, yes, my house was a mess! After that, he could have my house cleaned (1 bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room) for $150 a month. This is the same price my brother pays for 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room and kitchen. It was higher then the other quotes I had gotten but again, my brother had been happy with them so I agreed.The first visit was expensive but they did a fantastic job and I was happy to pay it. It just my young daughter and I and I was excited that the newly cleaned house inspired a new level of overall cleanliness in both of us. I received no follow up call to schedule the next month so after 5 weeks I called them. A different pair of ladies came and this time was very different. They were slow, they did not clean as thoroughly as the last pair and I was shocked when they gave me a bill for over $200!?I called the office right away. Spender wasnt there. The man who answered the phone agreed that I could pay the $150 I was quoted and that he would have Spencer call me back. I never heard from Spencer but the gentleman I spoke with did call me back.He said the ladies told him that my house was very dirty and thats why it took so long?! I was told that Spender would call me back. He never did.Today I called to schedule my monthly service because again, I had not heard back from them. Spencer called me back and informed me that I didnt get a call back because, we had agreed to part ways. This was news to me. I expressed my frustration over him not honoring his original quote and he got very defensive about the last appointment costing him money. I was very confused and asked him why he was not honoring his original quote? He kept saying that the original women didnt finish the job the first time and so it took longer, twisting my own words around and using them against me. I attempted to have a reasonable conversation with him but he was very combative, defensive and kept making it out to be my fault somehow. I found the entire conversation, shocking, quite frankly.My final words to him were that I was grateful to have social media as a platform to express my frustration over this situation. This is when it got really interesting, he said that if I gave him a bad review he would stop cleaning my brothers house! WOW! What does he have to do with any of this other then to give him a referral?I wish I had read the other reviews and it seems that misquoting is the norm for him.As another small business owner I have a few words of advice:1) Your word is everything. If you are going to quote someone a price, stick with it.2) Stand by your people. Dont throw them under the bus.3) Dont threaten your customers.I wish you better luck in the future. You lost two customers today.

We’re used to a team that knows us. With that being said, we had to switch to a new team due to my husband’s new schedule. The Master bathroom floor was was not all the way clean at all. My husband’s clippers were knocked to the floor and are now broken and will need replaced. Lastly, you could tell little attention to detail things were not done like blanket and tissue foldings. Also, not all bags were replaced in trash cans and countertops were not properly wiped down. Just not a thorough clean in my opinion.
