We had an item that was scheduled for delivery between noon and 3:00pm. When we checked the status through Amazon there was a notification that stated the delivery had been rescheduled at our request. Absolutely untrue. When we called Pilot we were informed that yes it was still scheduled for delivery but the time changed would be from 3 to 6:00pm because our house was on the route for the delivery driver on his way home. The item an exercise bike/elliptical was to be placed in our front door. The delivery driver put it in our driveway, knocked on our front door and said it is here, its in your driveway. No paperwork for us to sign, delivery driver said he needed to take a picture of it. Avoid this company.

Youd think when you leave instructions for the driver to call or text before delivery, since its a no brain job, that someone might be smart enough to actually text or call so the delivery isnt completely screwed up and have me waiting all day for an order that never showed up. Between the dispatcher and driver, they couldnt figure it out, even with notes and instructions. Ill be picking my order up personally since this company has nothing but incompetent workers who are overpaid to screw up deliveries.

The company is around back from the streets main entrance, southwest side of building. Shipping/receiving access is next to dock door 1. My delivery went smoothly, I was in and out in an hour.
