Very bad customer service at Maryland Pkwy LBC in Las Vegas branch. I am a 1st time customer of LBC and about to send boxes to Philippines due to their cheaper rates. Was so Excited to try their promo. Unfortunately, since last week, they weren’t able to pick up my 4 extra large boxes till today. I called the LBC customer service and their branch office here in Vegas, gave all the details they needed, and told me the date and time of pick up (They booked a schedule for pick up last week but didn’t give me a ring or text that they can’t pick up my boxes. I waited until 4 o’clock in the afternoon, not one of them from their office called or texted me. So, I called them what happened and the lady in the office just simply told me that they can’t pick up my four boxes, so she’ll schedule for pick up on Monday, July 20. Nevertheless, cancelled all my errands this afternoon coz’ I wanted to wait for the LBC driver to get all my boxes. But then again, no one showed up. No text nor call from them. At past 12 o’clock, kanina, I called their office and so this man answered and told me to call the LBC driver and gave me the number. I was hesitant at first coz why should I be the one calling the LBC driver? Well, I still called the LBC driver and asked him when is he picking up my boxes. Guess what? The LBC driver told me that since yesterday evening, (so July 19 yun) the LBC truck’s tire exploded so he can’t pick up the boxes, and he said that I should call their office and tell them about his truck and he’s currently in the car shop fixing the tire. I don’t know what’s going on LBC Pero ba’t parang ginawa niyo na akong messenger? Anyway, so I called again their office and this man again answered the phone, told him about the driver, the tire and the truck. He just simply told me that they don’t know about the problem and that the tire exploded. They don’t know about it coz they’re just working in the office. WOW. I was so done! I got so mad and this man handed the phone to his lady co-worker. I guess he just can’t handle a very irate customer. So this lady heard all my complaints, I was so mad, really furious and very frustrated of their service that this lady put me on a mute mode, waited for few seconds and she hung up. I know she purposely did that coz I clearly heard the mute button. (Call center agent po ako dati). But then again, I dialed their number and the lady answered the phone, and told her why she hung up coz we’re not done yet. She said, “nako ma’am buti nga tumawag kayo ulit kasi ang napakaganda po ng boses niyo”.To make the very long story short, I guess they just don’t get it! I am a just a customer who’s waiting for the right words from them or shall I say, THE MAGIC WORD. And that’s “s o r r y”.Wala akong narinig na sorry sa inyo.Sana po, sa mga nakausap ko kanina, Ma’am and Sir ng LBC, mapick up niya na po sa July 24 2020 between 1 o’clock to 4’oclock ng hapon. Kung wala pa rin, itetrending po natin ito.

I use LBC Primarily for remittance of O. F. W. me,Funds to my,significant other. Really good exchange rates *USD/ P H P I have always had great customer service..I was actually thanked by Salamat ...I felt the warmth of the people of the Philippines 🇵🇭

My first and will be my last!! I sent small package to Philippines and someone tampered with it and stole the shoes for my daughter. These people have no heart at all! When i tried to complain in their office they said i need the list of items and receipt which is ridiculous because they have it on file and in their system already, so why do i need to still provide those?! I have the tracking number and they were able to see all they require on their system. I hope the entire years that youve been stealing from your customers will come back to you 100x worse (karma).

I have been a long term customer. LBC had always provided good service both in Vegas and to my destinations. Recently, however, was a disappointment. I had a pick up for a morning appointment. I called the main line after lunch to follow up and was told morning appointment was 10am-2pm and to contact the branch directly so I did. I was told JC was my driver and he had 8 appointments that day, all morning so he was going to be late. Late in the afternoon, still no JC. I decided to contact someone I know. I was told JC was new and to tip him because he would complain about not getting tips or getting small tips and that his wife was not working and he needed money and that JC would pick and choose who to pick up.Tipping was never an issue for me so I tried to see if someone can contact JC durectly. Needless to say, No JC, No call, No show. Wasted my day waiting for JC. A couple of days later, tried contacting someone to reach out to JC again but was told that JC said the LBC truck was broken. A week later, still no JC, no call, no show. Part of me says, do not let one person be the reason to make judgement on the company, the other part of me says, why would LBC keep someone like JC? Now, I have 5 boxes I am trying to ship and I dont know which courier to use.

NO CALL.. NO SHOW..Office costumer service are even worse. No training on proper costumer service. I called from 930am no answer, finally answered around 1250 telling me they are too busy. My pick up time was 9am-1:00pm. They have 4hour window No courtesy call.If I can put no STARS at all I would. Whoever is the CEO and quality control of this company are Morons...cant maintain quality service.

Standard LBC. They have a different number than listed on Google maps. As of now, sending a box by boat is approximately 45-60 days, Visayas approximately 60-120 days give or take. Delivery to your destination is delivered by truck or your family will pick up at an LBC branch. There is an LBC EVERYWHERE in the Philippines, you can not go wrong shipping with LBC.

Very poor service. Scheduled a box pick up 2wks ago only to find out the day itself that no driver was assigned to pick up my box had to reschedule it 2wks later since i didnt have any other available schedule called them again today to confirm and they told me my name wasnt on the list. I had to cancel my plans today just to wait for them to pick up mu box and still nothing. Please fix your system!

I dont who is worse LBC or their competition Atlas. Neither one knows how to keep a schedule and pickup packages. How do you people stay in business? I have had three no shows to pick up boxes 2 from Atlas and now 1 from LBC. They left a notice on the door but did not ring the bell or knock. I have been waiting all day and now get to go to work on zero sleep. Thank you for a crappy EXPERIENCE LBC YOUR COMPANY IS TERRIBLE JUST LIKE ATLAS

If i can rate zero star i would!!! Ive been scheduled twica already for pick up!!! No call no show!!! Been calling then 50+ no one is answering m annoyed!!!! U guys better fix the issue!!!! Lacked of employees??! Not my problem anymore dont schedule someone na hindi naman mapipick up u guys wasting my time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dropped my package off at the lbc Las Vegas, office on December 28th, and was told by that office that my package would leave that office on January 3rd, and the package will be arriving at my Philippines, designation on January 17th, around 2 weeks later. Now I just tracked my package today January 11th, and lbcs tracking shows that my package has just left the Las Vegas office on January 10th, which is yesterday, which means that the package will not arrive until 2 weeks from the 11th, so means around the 25th, which will be TOO LATE for my family member, who is be leaving for abroad on January 20th.THANKS A LOT LBC, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR NOTHING, YOU LIED TO ME, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY EXPENSIVE, FOR NOW ON ILL JUST SEND WITH THE USPS OR FEDEX, HELL THE PRICE IS AROUND THE SAME OR MAYBE SLIGHTLY HIGHER, BUT MY PACKAGE WILL GET THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I just had an encounter this last thursday that one of your crew members was not professional what so ever saying things like how old are you? May boyfriend ka? Sino ang mas panget ako o boyfriend mo? To my girlfriend and said other things like if i was your boyfriend id call you every morning and say good morning mahal my girlfriend was uncomfortable being around your ground person and all she could do was ride along his topic of conversation being that she was alone in the house that day... if thats what your company calls professional that very wrong and very discouraging to use your services coming from Las Vegas LBC please have your ground crew refrain from those type of personal questions.

I WORKED HARD FOR MY MONEY BUT THOSE LOW-LIFE THIEVES STOLE A LOT OF ITEMS FROM THE BOX THAT MY WIFE SENT.SHAME ON THEM.THE FIRST TIME WE SENT A BOX,ONE ITEM WAS MISSING AND I LET IT GO BUT THIS TIME 15 ITEMS ARE MISSING.SHAME ON THEM...THEY DONT HAVE CONSCIENCE.TO WHOEVER STOLE FROM MY BOX...SHAME ON YOU ...I AM NOT HAPPY FOR WHAT YOU DID,I WILL NEVER USE THIS CARRIER AGAIN..TO THOSE EVIL PEOPLE WHO STOLE FROM ME...I HOPE YOU ROT IN HELL.THEY EVEN STOLE 5 CANS OF THE SPAM LUNCHEON MEAT WHICH WAS AMONG THE ITEMS MY WIFE SENT.I HOPE THEY GET CHOKE WHEN THEY EAT THOSE STUFF THEY STOLE FROM MY WIFES BOX.THAT WILL BE BAD KARMA..

They will get the job done if you can contact them. Try calling them and you will not get an answer. Tried several branches no answer. Finally after several attempt someone answered.
