Im SO glad to have found Dallas White Restoration, theyre absolutely amazing! When I first suspected mold from water damage I started calling around. Most places either didnt answer or were very robotic in their explanation of services. 4 calls later I got to Dallas White & wish Id called them first! I spoke to Debbie & she was so kind & understanding & gave me step by step info on the entire process & what to expect. She set it up for Chuck to come test for mold & he was prompt, professional & so very courteous & patient w all my questions. I felt like between Debbie & Chuck helping me, everything would be okay, and it was! They were really flexible w scheduling the repair crew to come out and those guys did a great job as well! Communication, promptness, pricing & general kindness are all very important especially in these situations, and Dallas White Restoration TRULY earned all 5 stars! Highly highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend using Dallas White. We had a toilet leak which flooded our upstairs guest bathroom and two adjoining bedrooms. Dallas White came in and their crew took care of everything. The quality of work was exceptional!

We had a flood in our upstairs bathroom that was leaking through a light in our dinning room downstairs. DALLASWHITE came in and did an initial inspection and brought in a plumber to fix the leak, once the leak was fixed they dried out the area tore out the floor board and the bathroom counter inspected for mold and started on the repairs. Our bathroom is now leak and mold free and is more beautiful than before. They professional, knowledgeable and very punctual. Thank you for everything.

We found mold in our laundry room when replacing our washing machine. I spoke to 3 companies regarding getting rid of it Dallaswhite’s estimate and full explanation of what was involved we knew they were the company we could trust. The showed up on time and went to work. It was almost like no one was there. I hope you never have mold in your home but if you call them first. Highly recommend this company.

Our property had an accident, where the vehicle crashed through a concrete wall and hit the back of a home. This was very serious and we needed immediate help. I called DallasWhite they came out within an hour notice and secured the home, while giving me an estimate to repair the said damages. After Hurricane Sally went through our area with winds over 120 mph, our house was intact but water had penetrated the exteriors walls and soaked many rooms in our house. Fortunately our neighbor recommended DallasWhite to remove everything that was wet. What a job! DallasWhite used moisture detecting technology to find moisture that was not visible.They put our furniture in the middle of each room and wrapped it with plastic to protect the furniture. They removed wet carpet, sheetrock and insulation to open up the wet walls. Then they removed tubs, toilets, ceiling fans, light fixtures, cabinets, appliances and even all the nails and screws. They sprayed anti-mold chemicals on the wood that showed signs of mold, just to make sure that the mold did not return. Our studs and plywood floors still had some moisture in them. DallasWhite put high speed fans all through the house and used moisture reducing dehumidifiers to dry out the house. These guys are water hunters...they found the moisture and removed it.We thought we had a minor job but because of the moisture that Dallas White located all through the house, we had a major job. Water mitigation is serous work for skilled experts.Had we not used DallasWhite for our water mitigation work after Hurricane Sally, our house would probably have had mold and mildew problems indefinitely.They are also very neat and continuously swept up, cleaned up and gently removed all the nasty material from our house. When they finished, the floors were clean. Their guys respected our house and treated it well. Their crew was very professional.Added bonus: Afterwards DallasWhite completed all the documentation for our insurance claim and sent the paperwork directly to them. They documented their work with photographs and descriptions of the scope of work.We appreciate DallasWhite.

We had a terrible flood in our upstairs bathroom and ceiling in our dining room downstairs, DALLASWHITE came in the same day we called them and dried everything and started the demo the next day within a week our bathroom and dining room was as good as new. Great job and very professional.

DALLASWHITE is amazing, we had a pipe burst in our kitchen and it flooded our kitchen and den. Their technicians came in and out in no time and did beautiful work.

What a great experience after another company came out and did not dry home properly. I contacted my insurance company and asked if they could send out a professional company to check my home to make sure it was dry and there was no mold. Chuck from Dallaswhite inspected my home and found what looked like mold. He contacted the adjuster a asked to test for mold and covered the area with plastic. The next day the results were in and there was mold. Dallaswhite went into action the same day and removed the mold and scheduled testing to make sure the mold was gone. 24 hours later there was no mold in my home. They completed the estimate and worked with my adjuster to get the repairs to my home completed. I did not know how to get all the work done or who to call. I would not have known how to work with the adjuster for payment. Dallaswhite made me go from worried to very happy within minutes. The work in my was in 2 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, and living room. When they were complete with the repairs my home looked better than it did before I had the water damage. I will call them first if this ever happens again.

I give absolute praise to this company. My sister had a kitchen fire that destroyed most of her home. Her and her family were devastated by this. But this company came in and made us feel like everything was going to be alright. Not only did Dallas White get my sister and her family back into their home in a timely manner, they also gave her hope. They even helped her to get the resources that she needed to help her and her family get by. They displayed nothing but professionalism in their work. She was very grateful to have them. These guys are great. If you have a bunch of furniture, hire someone else to move it, as I did. They do exceptional work and are very professional. No need to talk with anyone. Let them do their job and if you have any issues afterwards (I didnt) tell them. The guys at the shop and project manager are very friendly and knowledgeable. I even tipped the guys and my wife fed them lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this company to smart, honest people. Theyve been around for many years as top competitors for a reason. Dont believe the hired reviews. See for yourself. I personally guarantee them.

They were recommended by our insurance carrier after Hurricane Michael . Were charged for work that was never done or completed Damaged our floors during deconstruction phase. Refuse to address the problem. Have paid them in full for the signed authorization amount .Still refuse to release AOB Are holding our AOB hostage..They refuse to communicate. I would recommend not using this company There business practices are very much in question.I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, they are a dishonest and unscrupulous contractor

They responded quickly and set up fans and worked with my insurance company to make this portion painless for me. We also had Dallaswhite put our house back together. The communication was great with Eric and our repairs turned out great.

Horrible company! Run away! Omg they take forever to do anything and NEVER get back to you. They charged me for floor cleaning but I NEVER got them cleaned ( got sick of waiting on them to come- so I cleaned them myself) it’s been 4 months and I’m still waiting on a damn refund! Oh but when they wanted their money they sure got to me then! This company is a joke- go somewhere else!!!!!

We are very happy with mold tearout team! Daniel started within 2 days and was very informative and helpful. Jonathan and Arnell ran the tearout and didnt get frustrated from all the questions. The utmost quality Ive ever seen. The customer service was impeccable and very appreciated.I came home to a river of water coming threw the ceiling. I called 3 companies and DallasWhite was the only ones, that called me back and immediately sent their guys out and dried my home. I couldnt believe the quick response and how professional they were. Chuck was my guy and every time i needed a question answered or just needed to verify something, he was very responsive.My home is now back in one piece, Chuck explained that they would make me whole again. Very bad company, no pride in their work and to make things worse, very dishonest. It is a good idea to never use them for anything. I hired them for water damage mitigation and restoration. The restoration dragged on for about 9 month. A lot of excuses and lies. After their so called restoration work I ended up with a lot of collateral damage – broken stairs, broken furniture, permanent stained floors and a lot of hidden dirt everywhere.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. They were sent by my insurance company for major water damage, they damaged more of my personal property than the water did. They moved my furniture out and stored it improperly. They scratched up and or damaged multiple pieces of furniture. They dont communicate with you. They rarely return your call. You have to go down to their office to get anything done. PLEASE save yourself the headache and dont use these people!!
