The guys from restoration one responded quicker than they originally told us on the phone, which was awesome. Sean and Martin were spectacular! They were the first to arrive, immediately assessed our situation and got right to work before the rest of the restoration one team arrived. They have been extremely responsive to our needs and did what it took to ensure our living room is dry again. I highly recommend them and will use them again should the need arise.

Had them out to clean the carpets before the new baby comes. They were very fast, efficient, and polite. They took about 45 minutes from the time they started to finish. They got stains out that I never thought would come out. Fantastic job highly recommend and will use again!

Their employees, especially Shawn was a great communicator and worked so beautifully with our tenants. Their workmanship, attention to detail and their turnaround time was amazing! They were able to work so that our tenants were able to stay in their home and we were able to keep the house rented at that time! We recently purchased a home and unfortunately had a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom. Restoration1 was at our house within the hour! Their team was very thorough in reviewing the damage, and were sensitive to the fact that we just moved in. They were extremely fair in cost, and even extended their service by a day free of charge to ensure everything was 100% taken care of. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Restoration1 of Las Vegas has been wonderful! Everyone at their company has been caring, helpful and just all around fantastic. We had a terrible “flood” in our home due to a plumbing issue that surprised us late one night. Right from the start Sean came to our house late in the evening - mind you even though it was late - he still showed up within 30 minutes. He dried up the mess and marked up the spots that would need to be taken care of the next day. He was very informative about all the steps that would be taken to make sure any and all water damage to our home was properly cared for and he was able to deal with our insurance company directly. The next morning he sent out a crew and they began the process of demolition and clean up/dry up. They worked so fast and were so helpful and really just an amazing team. Our insurance adjuster had to come out and meet with us and Sean from Restoration 1 made sure to be there with us and meet with the adjuster as well. He made sure that he had a list of everything the adjuster should check and brought up points I would have never thought of. Sean pretty much had a full report already written up before the adjuster arrived. So it helped the whole process run much more smoothly and it helped me feel at ease and know we were in great hands. Once that part was over Sean put us in the hands of Martin. Martin and his team have been awesome. They are making sure every detail is taken care of. They are keeping me up to date with every little step they take along the way. Martin is making sure to keep me well informed and thinks to ask me questions on things we would otherwise overlook. We are so happy with the way things are coming along and we are actually going to get back into our home with it being built better than when we left it. Martin and his team have a wonderful work ethic and as we’ve seen things at the house along the way - we have always been very impressed.All in all. Sean from Restoration 1 responded immediately to my urgent call on a cold snowy night in January, After calling many restoration companies, I never received a call back. I had a leak Monday afternoon and it was huge. Restoration1 showed in 42 min and ready to help my family. It was seamless and easy. Helder was the ultimate professional, very knowledgeable and kind. He followed up early tuesday to make sure everything was ok. They showed in the morning to check everything. I have had a leak in the past and they were beyond efficient and handled everything well. The work was done well and now they are doing a great job putting everything back. My wife are very satisfied and impressed.
