Weather you own or rent these condo lofts are the best in the Vegas valley. Everything is commercial grade and the community is very safe. High end to say the least. Massive balconies and thick walls. Rarely hear a neighbor. Only 40 units. Rentals go quick when they hit the market.

Beautiful interior in common areas of building, awesome open-air pathways throughout complex. However, water/drainage for plants makes SLICK conditions on floor of pathways with no warning signs. Slipped a few times!! Loft apt interiors and amenities are awesome. Rooftop communal deck is stunning-- just need the one fireplace to be repaired if not already!
