Great Condos. They overlook the strip and the stratosphere. If you are in one of the highest floor, the view is amazing and it is peaceful. Very elegant apartments located NORTH Las Vegas

ALL these reviews are lies except for the one that says this place is a JAIL!! Allure is the worst place to ever live I would not ever recommend this place to anyone unless you are 75 and all of your relatives and friends are dead! They monitor and record you send you screenshots and videos of you doing the most minor things because they seem to have nothing better to do! I do NOT recommend this fancy jail to ANYONE! Ex: when a guest arrives they have the resources to allow them up to your floor their computer system allows them to press the floor your going to without barley lifting a finger and because you need a key fab the person would not be able to stop on any other floor BUT they insist you come down an get every single guest every single time. And that is just one example of the backward weird way they do things around here and they do not tell you they have all these strict rules until AFTER you sign your lease and move in so now your stuck in a dysfunctional place to live. Allure is controlling and overwhelming!! I do not wish the stress of living here on anyone save yourself the trouble

Staff is exceptional. Security on point. Front desk knew all the answers and were a terrific information resource.

Been here almost 4 years. The HOA staff is helpful and caring and strong security system.

I live here and it is amazing...great amenities, HOA and security.

This use to be an amazing place to live. Fast forward to the great virus of 2020. gym closed. pool closed. grill closed. hot tub closed. Finally gym opens and pool opens (hot tub/ grill closed still) and you are immediately threatened it will be closed again if you dont obey rules, as if you arent a grown adult paying 500+ a month in HOA fees to stay here. Gym and Pool are constantly under threat of being closed if you dont obey every communist rule set forth by the HOA. We are now approaching the 1 year anniversary of the grill being closed as well as the hot tub. Mind you there is nothing saying grills must be closed per covid mandates. You will still be required to pay HOA fees for reduced amenities however. Why is it you cannot implement a reservation system for the hot tub or grill since you are still required to pay for it? They still advertise it as an amenity. Once the mask mandate was set into play they sent out a very nice email threatening unlimited fines if you do not wear your mask. Understandable ... Other than the fact the also included in that email there was ppl who tested POSITIVE FOR COVID and they never made us aware of that until they wanted to use it against the ppl living here to scare us into wearing masks. Thats disgusting and should be illegal. I suggest you stay away from this place, any amenity you read about can and will be taken away at any point without your input by the HOA and you will be fined for disobeying. what a shame. The staff is really nice however.

Friendly Neighbors, great staff, beautiful views

Very nice Condominium with great security and front desk staff. This Condominium also has a Valet that is free, they only ask that you tip them but not required. Each Condominium has a great view of different parts of the city, depending on which side youre on. I was just visiting a friend and fell in love with his condo. When I decide to sell my current home, Im definitely going to look into buying one of these units first.

I like it but its to secured. In a way its good and bad. If youre visiting and the lease holder is not there you cant leave out without them because the elevator wont work without the blue chip. So thats the o my reason I give 4 stars. Other than that its a nice building equipped with everything, pool, gym, media room etc.

I love this place... just recently moved in.. A super nice HOA - wonderful staff... and my condo is amazing..floor to ceiling 180 views from downtown to the strip.. Awesome gym and pool... and they very pet friendly

Conveniently located close to Downtown, the freeway, convention center and the Fashion Show Mall / North Outlet Mall.All of the amenities are located on the 6th floor. They have a killer fitness center and the common areas are modern and clean.

Nice high rise complex, but at the moment the valet sucks with a long waiting time due to some works in the area.Pool on shadow for a lot of hours during daytime.

I know a couple of residents here as I have visited this location many times . The staff is always helpful, well maintained. The pool area is a lot of fun and great work equipment.

The safest place to live in Las Vegas, I️ lived there few years everyone was great like a big family, great HOA president and stuff as well as security and Maintaince together with people who lived in the building . Main yay is dog friendly no random people walking or visiting through property, convenient covered parking great view and affordable place ... it was great place great friends and professional friendly stuff.

Great floor plans and amenities but a little far from everything if you a walker.
