Hi everyone ... this is my first time posting a review for anything. Tomorrow is my graduation in phoenix and I bought a small graduation gown for my 14 month old son too. But the gown ended up too big for him so I thought okay I am not gonna make him wear this and let it go. But then as the time approached I felt bad and started calling all these alteration shops at the last minute. May be I called 3 or 4 alteration shops this morning and everyone turned me down asking for 3-4 days or one week time. I am so lucky and I thank God for Renie when I called her she even said I can come to your house and take the measurements and she did and everything and was taken care of in a blink of time . I am so impressed with Renies customer service, dedication, and most of all I can tell she enjoys what she does. In future I am planning to take some stitching lessons from her. I cant wait!! If I could give more than 5 stars definitely I would!!!!

Renie was awesome! Polite, professional, Very flexible with pick up and delivery, I had my suit pants hemmed and she did a 5 star rating! I will be using her again in the near future.

Fast! I was impressed with the immediate turn around, I had 2 pants and a shirt altered in only a few hours.Quality! My garments I had done needed to function at a high level for my job and that was accomplished. I havent had a single stitch out of place.Customer service. I felt like I had a personal tailor she will come to you or work with what ever your personal needs require to get the job done!Ill be taking all my future alteration needs here for sure!

After reading the positive reviews for The Rolling Stitch I gave them a call hoping to utilize their services. Im not sure who answered since all she said was hello. No business introduction or any indication that I was speaking with a business owner. In the midst of giving the lady information on what I needed altered she cut me off to say, Im sorry, Im completly booked! This is wedding season! She didnt even know when I needed the work done. Very disappointing.
