Dry cleaner stretch merino wool sweater to the point of putting holes in it. The sweater was stretched to the point of frayed fabric. When I brought it to their attention they said it was moths in my closet... Moths ate holes in my sweater between the dry cleaners and my house... Up huh. BTW I havent had a moth in my house in years I own three cats...Very displeased with the response, but even more disappointed I really wanted to like these owners.I will not be doing business with anyone who cant at least apologize for their error.

I had the worst experience with them plus very expensive. For narrow they will charge $35, and I went other place and paid $20.

They cleaned my wedding dress beautifully, but it took me a while to get it done because they kept jacking up the agreed upon price.

Staff seems nice enough and the quality is fine, but they miss-quoted me over the phone for cleaning dress shirts and are more expensive than other dry cleaners in the area.
