To start off, during the pandemic I was not able to find a cleaner. I found C/C and after several trips one of the ladies suggested Delivery and pick up. (woo hoo). My then boyfriend was ironing his own uniforms and I took over. Oh yes, quickly I had C/C start doing them and with the Military creases and starch.(after all I wanted him to look crisp and sharp!) So now he wanted his PRO Club T-Shirts Military creased and folded over hangers. They did great! We also had them do several comfortors and shams a month which they returned to us in heavy clear bags with handles and were hung from long drop hangers over the door NOT touching the ground (like from the door knob) nice touch. We were married in December and my husbands white wedding suit had make-up residue (from hugs etc.) but they removed it ALL with no residue! Thank goodness. To top it off... I asked them to clean my wedding dress and Veil.....When they returned it to me.....not only did they clean it they PRESSED AND PRESERVED IT in the most BEAUTIFUL box with a clear front so as I can still see it! THEN they DISCOUNTED THE COST! and on the receipt stated the discount was for LOYALTY CUSTOMER DISCOUNT! NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!THANK YOU ! From a LOYAL CUSTOMER!

After being their customer for 20 years, I decided to just walk away, as I was fed up with them due to their unprofessional and irresponsible customer service. This company ruined the decorative pins on the sleeves of my dress while cleaning in October 2018, and I’ve been trying to reason with them for the last 4 months. First they claimed they weren’t responsible for destroying the pins, even though they never told me about the risk and did not ask me to sign a waiver. Then they offered a partial monetary compensation for a minute, which quickly turned into store credit. (Why would I go back there?) Lastly they offered to replace the pins they ruined with buttons. When I saw the buttons they picked, my jaw just dropped. The seamstress had simply put two tiny white buttons that you normally see on men’s buttoned up shirts. It was a disaster. I am tired of with these people!

Gus is the man! He knows his stuff, and explains the best ways to clean various items. I use them for everything from my french-cuff button-downs to comforters that our puppy peed on. :-D

Very professional and always friendly and the best prices. I know they have other locations. I been to them all, but this location is my favorite one . The clothes arrive always on time .

Amazingly good customer service. A neighborhood cleaners with reasonable prices and a willingness to go the extra mile to help. I wont go anywhere else.

Would never recommend anybody.They have destroyed my shirt and acted as if nothing happened.Not going to them any more.Worst experience.

Ive been coming here for years, all I can say is WOW what a transformation the new owner has made. Everything looks clean and new, and as usual all the employees are still friendly and helpful, keep up the good work.

Never even got the chance to find out if these folks were good or not. Could not even get them to answer their phone.
