I ordered this service because the receptionist said she could get someone out that day after I told her that I would rather look around elsewhere for another company that would be able to come in and do a move-in cleaning within the next day or two since they had no openings in their schedule for a few days. I was really happy to hear that she could get someone down here in the same day but the cleaning was not what I was expecting. I ordered a move-in cleaning service and it seems like they gave me just the standard cleaning package because it seems like they just dusted and then quickly wiped it down. On their website, it states that the place is thoroughly cleaned, leaving no traces of the previous tenants but that is clearly not the case. I also asked if they could clean the refrigerator since it was really filthy, it was still left dirty after I looked in there. I understand that they wanted to accommodate me with service as soon as possible but I would have been better off finding a different company who could come the next day and have a team come and do a proper cleaning like I wanted. Now Im all moved in and still have a halfway dirty home.

Amazing detailed work. We needed a move out deep cleaning and they went above and beyond. I scheduled the wrong day, completely my fault, I explained this to them the morning I needed the cleaning and they got together a team last minute ( including one of the owners) to clean my house that morning. The cleaning itself went super smoothly. We booked them to clean our office. The place was spotless and my boss was really impressed.

We have 2 dogs and a cat. And, our schedule is pretty hectic that we dont have the time to clean. I called them a day before the scheduled cleaning day and I was impressed! They did a very good job with a one-time cleaning at our house, on fairly short notice.

My bedroom and living room needed a deep cleaning. With 3 toddlers and 2 dogs, I really need a pro to do the deep cleaning. The stubborn dirt on the floor has been removed, I told them ahead of time that I needed someone who can do magic on my floors (gums, crayons and whatelse!).
