Im a happy customer, very satisfied with the quality of work and service they provided. It was fast, clean and organize. Not to mention the equipment is insanely powerful and top of the line. They even had a water softener system to treat your carpets instead of tap water. All it was done in 20 minutes time. I would recommend it to anyone trying to get their carpets and area rugs clean.

Ephraim is a consummate professional. He’s extremely thorough and exacting in his work, and there’s no arguing with the results he achieves. From the preliminary phone call, through the inspection, and during the work, he took the time to explain everything in detail and his obvious experience and knowledge was confidence inspiring. As someone who’s never dealt with pet odor remediation before, that was important. Most importantly, my home no longer smells. He also did an amazing job cleaning on our grout downstairs. I was looking originally for a carpet cleaning service I wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg so I called around and got quoted 300 here 400 there. And then I called arcane and let me just tell you they are by far the most professional polite diligent workers I’ve ever met! Originally I was just looking for carpets to be cleaned the first time I had the experience and they got all the P stains from the dogs out of the carpet and made it look like we had just moved in then my Child spilled grape juice all over our gray carpet and my husband tried to use peroxide to clean it up and they were able to remove all of the damage that my husband had done! I told them that I would always keep their number I don’t call anybody else to get my carpets done. so today I got my couch clean and my mattress clean and again very respectful very hard-working, extremely punctual! amazing customer service honestly you won’t find another company that treats you so well! I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

I made an appt several days in advance. The gentleman that helped me make the appt was nice and sent me a confirmation. The day of my appt no one showed up. I waited several hours. No one answered the business line and I never got a call back. Super disappointed. I wasted a whole day!!!!

Ephraim Contreras of Arcane Carpet Cleaners is highly unprofessional and vicious. First of all, he has a problem listening and will talk over you. Secondly, he spilled some Gatorade on my carpet because he was upset that I was not back in time when he finished my carpet cleaning. I have proof for this as I hired another carpet cleaner the next day who had to take out the wet stain that Ephraim spilled the day before.I was only late 10 minutes and tried to explain to Ephraim on the phone that I would be back shortly to pay him after he finished the job, but Ephraim started screaming like a raving lunatic and wouldnt give me a chance to speak and reassure him that I would be back shortly so I had no choice but to hang up on him.Ephraim can do good work, but is a loose cannon and because of this, I would urge others to stay away from and use another service.
