After bringing my F-150 in last week for some work done on the mirrors ( which was not done because the price of $180 jumped to $800 just to diagnose the issue), I received the truck back and the the key pad no longer worked. I have been trying to reach a service provider for 4 days- absolutely nobody has returned my calls. I will continue to leave this type of review until the issue is solved.
The Team Ford Service department, along with the general manager are horrible with communication and when you stand up for yourself and demand better service, they choose to refuse service. I have been going back and forth with them for the past year trying to resolve issues with my vehicle, which I leased from their dealership. There were things I complained about in the beginning that they said they couldn’t duplicate, so there was nothing they could do, then a recall would come out for the exact issues. They returned my vehicle to me one time with less miles on the odometer than were written on the paperwork, so they didn’t really take my car out and test drive it to find the issue. One time they worked on my brakes and then when I got the vehicle back, it began making a humming sound when going in reverse and they said that it’s just normal for that vehicle… then why wasn’t it doing that before they worked the brakes? I was almost in an accident because of the vehicle not accelerating when pushing on the gas, intermittently, and had complained about the problem back in January. The general manager told me to open a claim with Ford and have my vehicle towed into the service department because it was unsafe and that he’d tell Ford that he didn’t want any of his employees test driving the vehicle because it was a liability… then I was asked to go drive it with a technician. When I told them they’d need to write up a legal document stating that if anything happens to me, the technician, or the car, that I will not be held responsible, they decided to refuse service and just give me the car back claiming they couldn’t duplicate my concerns. I do NOT recommend you take you car there unless it’s something superficial that can be seen with the blind eye and fixed easily.
The team at Team Ford was wonderful. Ben Trujillo was always in contact with me regarding updates and since my car took much longer than expected he was always available for questions. The experience was so great we will be coming back again!
Mark McDaniel is very knowledgeable and experienced. Mark and Rocky (manager) tells you like it is and never lead me astray or tried to be untruthful about any aspect of my deal. Definitely will be using Mark again and recommending him to everyone I know. Team Ford has been my dealership for 6 years and I will never go anywhere else. And I absolutely LOVE my new Ford F-150!

Ernesto was great. Very prompt and efficient. I brought my truck in because my driverside window was not operable. Within 3 hours, it was resolved. Regulator installed, oil/filter change, windshield water jets & new wiper blades installed. Keep up the great work !! 😊
Im usually treated very well. Stephanie is my service advisor, and she is top notch. Things get weird when shes not there. The first time, the manager was just plain rude and rather unhelpful. Most recently, Ernesto helped me. He got the job done efficiently, but some of the paperwork didnt come home with me. Stephanie gets 5 stars, the service department as a whole gets 4.5.
The service was excellent! My service advisor made sure I was informed and made sure I had transportation to and from the dealership. She also deserves a five star rating.
Please acknowledge the great workmanship performed at this last service. With the current work load for the service department, the diesel mechanic performed a major warranty repair job in less time than expected. The battery replacement was recommended. To my surprise, the electrical hookup for my airbag system was reconnected in better condition than I had done.Thank you again for the those that worked on the F250.
Very unhappy. They replaced my new $150. battery that I bought in March. It was under warranty with auto club. They tested it and paper work said it was good. And they replaced it!After leaving this review, I received a message to call. The message has disappeared. Please send again.
Came to Team Ford at the end of the day to just look and possibly come back the next day to purchase, Michael was super friendly and got us on our way for a test drive quickly. After our test drive we didnt feel any pressure to make a decision and always felt like it was out choice and not pressured at all. We ended up buying that night had a smooth wonderful transaction. Could not be happier with how we were treated and would highly recommend.

My wife and I had the best experience with Ali Modjib and Team Ford. Everything that could have gone wrong seemed to but Ali and his manager were on top of it every step of the way. We ended up walking away with a beautiful 2020 Ford Explorer ST at an excellent price. We have had to bring it back in to service a few days later but the team immediately fixed the issues and actually went above and beyond for a few other things to. Ali even met us at the service department to make sure things went smoothly, he really goes the extra step to give a good experience. We highly recommend Ali and Team Ford.

Took the car in for a simple oil change. Id recently changed the air filter, cabin filter, and battery (with a better battery than stock) myself within the last month or two, and havent driven the car more than a couple hundred miles since due to COVID. They text and tell me that they need to replace my battery, air filter, and cabin filter. Then say maybe theyre using different testing equipment.I know their job is to sell stuff, but have some integrity.
Ended up at Team Ford on a whim, while trying to locate a used For Flex, but ended up purchasing a brand new Explorer instead. In a time when all local dealerships are marking vehicles up $10,000 over msrp, Team Ford is refusing to take advantage of potential customers by employing such practices. What you see on the sticker, is WHAT YOU PAY! My salesperson (David), was very helpful, and actually helped down-sell me into the Explorer, as a Lincoln Aviator had originally piqued my interest. I felt less like I was being SOLD a vehicle, and more like I was being aided in FINDING a vehicle. The overall experience was simple, and hassle free, with my only gripe being that, I wasnt able to use my Ford A-plan discount, but in todays market, I wont complain too much about. Team Ford has earned my business for the foreseeable future.

DO NOT take your car here to get serviced!! They have had our mustang there for over two and a half months to replace the alternator. It is finally ready to be picked up but oh now the battery is dead.Yeah it sat there for two And a half months and now we are suppose to pay for a new battery. Our service agent also quit at some point. They also do not return calls because they no not want to answer your questions. They send you to voice mail and they never call back no matter how many messages You leave. They couldn’t replace the alternator earlier because the only person that could do it broke their hand. They are just a mess. Take your car anyone else to be repaired. The SVT sign in the front does not mean anything. Again DONT DO IT!!!! The have one star because I had to.
I promise Rob Badenhop is the man to see when your buying your Lincoln or Ford in Las Vegas!!! I definitely did my research but to be honest he gave me a different perspective and I went with the 3.5 eco boost he literally had me approved and finished up in no time at all. I actually had my heart set on the V8 but I fell in love with the drive experience of the Ecoboost thanks to him. Thank you Team Ford for living up to the amazing name!!!! I was in Las Vegas for a brief visit when my brake fluid low message came on, and the brakes weren’t working correctly. The reservoir was empty, because we figured out there was a leak in the line, at the right front wheel. We took the 2015 Fusion to Team Ford where Jesse took care of us. After the diagnostic, they quoted a price to replace the lines at both front tires so we’d be sure to be safe. They did a fine job as quickly as could be expected on this pandemic world.Thank you Jesse and Team Ford.
As always, consistently excellent service at Team Ford! My AC quit in my F250, called Chris at Team Ford and had a 7am appointment the next morning. Quick drop off. Chris called back within two hours with the bad news, taking apart the dash and deep diving the engine compartment to replace AC components and he needed the truck overnight. He gave me a solid estimate and recommend they service the truck as well. Next day I picked it up, the bill was less than the estimate, my truck was fixed AND washed and detailed, no charge. They also reminded me of a discount for Veterans! Great place to buy a vehicle and find superior, no hassles service. Thanks again Team Ford.
Couldn’t be happier with Team Ford! They made this purchase so easy. They beat my credit union’s already low rate, they had excellent communication throughout the reservation and ordering process for my new Bronco and they seemed just as excited as I was when it came in. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership and I will be recommending Team Ford to everyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. It’s the way new vehicle purchases should be!
I would’ve gave them a five star, but on a estimate they told me it would be $180.00 to check to see why my mirrors wasn’t working. Later they told me that was to check the switch and motors. Then they come back and said the switch and motors were good but now they said it was in the wiring harness and that would $800.00 to diagnose the problem. I think they should’ve been honest and disclosed that information from the beginning. Other than that I was very pleased with the service. I will not be buying another Ford though. This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve had electrical problems with.

I knew the maintenance department was very busy but Stephanie, Service Rep, took care of me. I was able to bring my car in for routine maintenance, dash message reset, and battery replacement. All completed the same day that I called and was able to pick up car same evening. Only complaint was car wash did not happen even though the paperwork showed that it did.
The service manager NEVER ONCE responded to a single call, actively avoided any interaction and sent the assistant manager to discuss things with me AFTER I had specifically asked to talk to her, was told by the service department multiple conflicting stories (was told part was in 2 weeks before finally getting my car, which was in the shop for well over 2 months, then when I went in to ask when my car would be ready a week later was told they just got the part that day, AND THEN AFTER GOING BACK AGAIN 2 DAYS LATER WAS TOLD THE SAME THING), was never given a rental car when I was told that I would receive one (only while the car was actively being worked on, that’s fine no biggie but I was never contacted when the car was being worked on. The only positive about the entire experience was talking to the assistant manager, she should be promoted and take Rachel’s spot. Rachel (service manager) clearly avoids confrontation at all costs, to her detriment, as every time I was transferred to her by the service department her phone went straight to voicemail (which btw promises that she will call back by the end of the business day or the next day, which never happened). This avoidant behavior served only to make me more frustrated by the day.
Stephanie Rhodes and the service team at Team Ford are great. They have always taken care of me and my cars. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.
The service department here is a joke. I made an appointment to have my transmission checked out. I get there and was turned away because they said the appointment I made online was not for their service department but their quick lube service. Weird because I specifically clicked SERVICE APPOINTMENT on their website and clearly stated in the notes I was having transmission issues. I then asked when they could check my vehicle and I was told it would take days before they could get to my vehicle and that in the meantime it would just sit in the lot waiting for a tech. I said OK, give me a loaner. They said they couldnt provide me a loaner. I said OK. Give me an appointment with a tech at a later date so he/she could see my truck, as this is my only vehicle and I cant be days without a vehicle. They said they couldnt give me an appointment with a tech, that I would have to leave my truck there and it would get checked when they have time, which it could take days. Wow... really nice to know that I am basically screwed and cant have my vehicle checked for transmission issues. This is by far the most unorganized service department I have ever been to. Avoid this place

Brought my 2006 Mustang Gt in for repair on AC blend door replacement parts. I was totally shocked to learn that it was going to be 1500.00 to change all three of the blend doors. Parts I believe was 150.00 dollars. That means labor 1350.00. Sorry but that’s highway robbery. I drive a. Mustang not a Porsche. I’ve been doing business with Team Ford but not anymore.
I retired from Ford with 35 years of service. I’ve driven Fords the whole time. In Las Vegas, I’ve dealt with all of the Ford Dealers, but Team Ford is the one I have settled on. I always feel like I get the most honest and trustworthy appraisals, followed by excellent service. I now live in the southwest corner of Las Vegas, but I drive all the way up to the Team Ford dealership, because I trust them. My last visit, I dealt with Buck for some repairs. He was excellent. I also give him 5 stars. He’s friendly, thorough, and keeps you in the loop. Your best bet for service is Team Ford.
I bought the Millennium Falcon 17 years ago...The Falcon has travelled over 220K miles. I have completed oil changes every 5K miles so I dont trust shops to work on him unless its absolutely necessary...Since moving to Nevada, Team Ford is the Falcons Spa. Superman Mike Morrison is very professional and treats the Falcon as if was his own...The Falcon shall be back very soon after a long trip to Colorado fishing. He loves Mikey and the work Team Ford associates does to make him fly...
From start to finish very professional. No pressure and treat me and my family like their family. Had to wait for our vehicle to come in because of pandemic shortages and popularity of vehicle but was kept up to date on where and when to expect it at all times. Did look at other dealerships but quickly stayed with Team Ford as they weren’t trying to capitalize like others and over charge for demand. Willing to negotiate and great experience. Couldnt have be happier!
On Aug 28, 2020, I bought a 2017 Chevy Impala with only 28,000 miles. I traded in my 2014 Chevy Cruze ECO which is a high demand car because of the gas mileage it gets. At first they were only going to give me about $3000.00 for the trade. But they uped it to $4107.00 because of the excellent condition it was in and they gave me the monthly payment I asked for. Ricky and Corey were awesome and NOT pushy at all. They worked with me. I think the ONLY improvement if any is they need to speed up their service or have more staff. I was there over 4 hours. But I get it. The COVID-19 BS. its all good! Great car. Friendly service. Thanks Ricky and Corey!

Oscar Bautista and Mike Mercado both did a fantastic job of selling/financing a very nice Bronco Sport to/for me. There’s not a lot of wiggle room on vehicle pricing right now but they did the best they could. Overall, I am very happy with the vehicle and I greatly appreciate the staff at Team Ford Lincoln.

Just started to go to Team Ford. I bought 2 new company trucks a few months back, and they were great to deal with. Tried to get my Raptor in for a check and service since it sounds like a cam phaser issue. Called and left messages with 3 different service reps as they dont answer calls. Not a single one called me back. Buying cars went well, servicing them later is terrible.
Took my Ford F-150 in to be serviced due to my check engine light coming on because of a camshaft position sensor issue, which I told the service department about when I called. They said they couldnt get me scheduled for a week. When I brought my truck in a week later and told the service associate I was there for my scheduled appointment he said they dont schedule appointments anymore, its a first come first serve thing. He then said a technician would look at it to verify thats the problem, which would be $180.00 (ridiculous). I left my truck and then the service associate called 3 hours later and said the technician had to leave and they wouldnt be able to look at it. He then said if it is a camshaft problem I wouldnt be able to get it in to be fixed anyway until late September, or I could leave it with them for 3 weeks and they would hopefully be able to get it fixed after that. Both options are unacceptable. The service associate was nice but his hands were tied. Friendly Ford says theyll try and get my truck in to be fixed in the next week or two, and would call me when they were ready for it. Had a previous bad experience with Team Fords service department but wont get into it here. Theyre set up there and system is broke and needs to be fixed big time.
Very very bad experience. I dropped my Ford Mustang off for an engine problem. They kept my car for 2 weeks, with of course no loaner, to tell me that they can not figure it out. They can’t find the problem so they ask me to come pick up my car and deal with my car myself. I asked them if they try to look at the spark plugs and other parts but they kept telling me that they didn’t want to take care of my car. Because “maybe” some parts in the engine are not stock. So apparently if you buy a used car they can not do anything for you. But they still couldn’t tell me which parts where not stock when I asked them.And the worst part is, the advisor, Buck, was getting very rude and impatient. He was very annoyed by my wife and I when we were asking questions. He just wanted us to leave. We picked up the car and surprise, the car was very dirty, with sunflowers seeds all over, a plastic part to lift up the seat was broken and hidden under the seat, the outside of the car was very dirty and dusty. When I told him a plastic part was missing, he acted like I was lying and that the part was already broken when I dropped the car off. I finally found it under the seat so they broke it and hide it. I told him the car was supposed to be washed but he didn’t pay attention to me at all and left me with my unfixed and dirty car.My wife then called the service manager. She didn’t even listen to her and kept cutting her off, she said she would call us back the next day with Buck but of course, nobody called.They’re unprofessional, the technicians don’t know what they’re doing and are not taking care of the car, and the service people should actually not work in service.Worst experience ever. When we dropped the car off we saw the new E-Mustang and were thinking about if. But now, we will never buy Ford again and for sure never go back to this awful dealership.
Other than the line waiting to get into the service area the service went smoothly. My vehicle was finished on time and was washed..

The staff at Team Ford has always been excellent. When we had the issue with the moonroof exploding they went above and beyond to help get it covered and repaired in a timely manner. They also put me in touch with a customer service agent out of Texas that was great.

Took 3 tries to get parts ordered for a safety recall. I had to call to find out if parts were in. Made an appointment to get recall done. Was told I would get a ride home and picked up when car was done. After an hour and a half I get a phone call saying the car is done and did I need a ride back to the dealership. No I didnt need a ride since I had never gotten a ride home.
Came in for a simple oil change was offered an inspection, tire rotation and wash. After a 3 hour wait I finally got my car and that night discovered an issue with my reverse camera (never had an issue with it before) clearly something happened while they had my car. I went back in a few days later to ask them to take a look at it and they refused to even look at my car to see if there was a simple fix or what had happened. They just denied responsibility. Very frustrating.
For the past 15 years, I’ve bought my last three vehicles from Team Ford and I’ve always had exceptional service. However, nearly four weeks ago, I brought my SUV in for service because it was over heating. I’m still waiting for it. What’s going on? I’m an Uber driver, so far I’ve lost nearly $5,000 in revenue

I was told my oil change would be 2 hours and I’ve been here nearly 4 only to be told their system went down and they have no idea when it’ll be done. Sat here for nothing. Won’t be back.
When I called they got me a time that worked for me. They checked everything and let me know what else was in need of maintenance and what the cost would be, but they werent pushy about making me get those things done. From the guy who checked me in to the tech telling me they were done. I would highly recommend Team Ford for your Ford vehicle maintenance. Thanks for taking care of the piece of equipment that makes me my living.

Had to come in to get an emissions test on my Ford Escape before going to the DMV. Great service but the wait was a little long…that is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.
Called for an appointment. Dropped car off on Thursday and was told they most likely wouldn’t get to until the week after. A week later I called and found out my Advisor was on vacation. They gave me someone else. He never called me to give me an update. Called back the next day. Left message with asst mgr, no return call. Advisor called to let me know vehicle was ready.When I showed up and looked through the paperwork I noticed they could not find the issue with the light that was hanging out of my drivers side review mirror. I drove off and it fell out. They didn’t fix it. After a week, now I have to take it back in.In my opinion, this place has lost their focus on true customer service. Even when calling they cut you off to immediately put you on hold. 34 years in the service industry, I may have a little bit of a higher standard, but I just want to believe I am valued as a customer and not hear I’m sorry because they didn’t fix what needed to be fixed.

HORRIBLE!!! A 3.5 hr job turned into 5+ days... no loaner, rude contact person, insincere apologies and empty promises!!I received a card to get a recall done on my car. When I called and scheduled the appointment, they asked if I wanted anything else checked while there. Since I paid for an extended bumper to bumper warranty, I asked them to check a noise. Upon arrival, they said I didnt have an appointment. Then, said it was in the computer, but not saved, but they could still do it. It was 9am. My car was to be done by noon that day (Thursday). At almost 2pm, I hadnt heard anything and called. She said the mechanic was struggling and needed a couple of more hours. At closing, I received a call that he broke the knuckle while changing the wheel bearing and now needed to order a part. It would be done Friday or Sat. On Saturday, still NO UPDATE. When I called them, I was told there was nobody there in service. I demanded a call first thing Monday morning. I got a call now saying the part did not come by Sat, and now it was missing... taken to another dealership and they had to find it and go get it. .. but the car was supposed to get fixed that day. By 3pm, seven hours later, NO UPDATE. I called and asked for a manager. He of course apologized and said to come at 4:30.. hed make sure it was fixed. He also said hed throw in a couple of oil changes. When I arrived, I was told he decided to leave early that day... so no consideration or oil changes. My car still was NOT done. The mechanic also had to drive it to make sure no lights stayed on. Just before they closed at 5pm, I was given my keys. When I got in my car, it said 6 miles to empty. I went back in and said they could have at least put some gas in it for the fiasco they created. The rude young lady said, there is a station at the bottom of the hill. Youll be fine! I thought maybe a letter in the mail... email... call this week. NOTHING. I bought 2 cars there in one year and took one there for extensive repairs after a hail storm. Needless to say, they will get no more $$$ from me!

Ive been dealing with team ford for a while! Bought my first vehicle in 03 and have bought a few since then! The service advisors are good but the service techs need help!! Took my f150 in for service was having brake issues.They had my truck for 2 days. Upon getting it back and paying for it! The brake issue still existed! The truck was never tested before handing it over to me or else they would have caught the issue! Few days later, I noticed a lug nut missing. Meaning they never tightened it! I expect this kind of service from a back alley shop thats why I take my vehicle to the dealership for service so these kind of mishap dont happen! Not happy with Team ford service!!

My vehicle sat at the service center for a week (7 days). I received only 2 phone calls the entire week and they both were to let me know that they haven’t been able to get to my vehicle yet. On the 7th day I lost it and talked to the service manager and demanded my vehicle back. They did do my warranty work before I picked up. I received my vehicle back, no car wash. Horrible experience, I truly felt like they didn’t care at all about me or my vehicle. I will never go back.
Took it in because the trucks shakes sometimes, along with a loose mirror and oil change. They said it will take 3 to 4 days before they get to it. I called on the fourth day and after about 5 hours I finally got ahold of them and they said oh yeah its ready...we fixed ur mirror and did the oil change. We drove your truck for 6 miles and couldnt find a engine light on so theres nothing we can do.Being it had less than 7k miles and has done it since new 2021 King Ranch...I dont see coming to Team Ford again. This is my first Ford truck and coming from years with Dodge I never had that problem with Service being so poor. Oh well its the last Ford Ill buy.

After having such a bad experience at a different dealership, Team Ford was a breath of fresh air!!! M. Phelps was absolutely wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Other staff members were very attentive and helpful when needed.Location was easy to get to right off the freeway. The lobby is beautiful- huge plus for the cafe.Can not comment on the financing aspect as we brought in a check from our bank.
Ive visited a few dealerships with them ending in a good and bad experience but I have to say this is it. Everyone was amazing to talk to. On our trip here to take a look at the vehicles available we had the chance to work with Connor. Gotta appreciate that he was extremely understanding and the patience he had with us. We were able to leave the dealership with a car and its been great. When going there I would definitely 100 percent recommend asking for Connor if available.

I had major issues with my new leased Ford that lasted on and off for a year and team went above and beyond even picking my family up when we had to get a tow and Ben the sales manager specifically was relentless in his pursuit to help me throughout until the issue was completely resolved. Great team wonderful service. Only had 1 issue and that was due to one of there main guys was on vacation so took a little longer then expected but they gave me a break on my total because of it so they made it right n my book.

We waited almost two weeks for an appointment to have our Ford Mustang repaired . We told them this car has a Ford dealer installed supercharger. They have an expert to see the two issues. Belt slips off and number 7 cylinder not firing. Engine yellow light on. Car had to be towed to dealership. Upon arrival they said they were backed up 30 cars for the tech to get to. And he was out sick. Wouldn’t take car even though it’s still in warranty. Never said anything about anything till car got to dealership at our expense.

When I first went into Ford I had a wonderful experience. I didnt bark at the price and didnt ask for anything to sweeten the deal of my car purchase. The Ford team noticed that their was a problem with the middle seatbelt and had to cut it off but promised me in two weeks it would be all fixed. I expressed my concern that having my 3 children in the back that I would need fixed asap. We are going into 2 months in which i have called the dealership multiple times only to get the run around. I am so hurt that this dealership doesnt care about the safety of my children and have made no attempt to reach me with an update or status. Had the seatbelt been fixed I would have had a 5 star experience but again after you make the purchase the dealership doesnt care following through with their promises. Thanks Ford for losing all trust and I will never recommend your dealership to anyone due to the lack of care you provided in making sure my children are safe in a reliable car after cutting a seatbelt the same day purchasing the car to fix the seat but not following through with replacing it.

Hi I went to Team Ford to see if they could help me out with my computer updates on my 2019 F-250 Heavy Duty 4x4 truck. I had an appointment with another dealer, but they wouldnt even try. So I took off and went to Team Ford. We had been to Team Ford before. Weve bought parts and etc. The service employees and the Parts employees are the BESTEST. Almost zero help from service department while traveling from Florida with 91 yr old father.I then went to Friendly Ford... Being on the road and traveling with my 91 yr old father with needs, we got a wrench notification that there was a malfunction with the AWD. I first went to another dealership but they were too busy to even do a diagnostic test. I then came to Friendly Ford, explained my dire situation and the shop foreman, Mark took the keys, did a diagnostic test and gave me the codes saying that it needed more testing but it was either a module or an actuator and assured me that we could still travel, providing that I wasnt driving on soft ground. Super stress relief was appreciated.
I think they try to keep a good facility here but I have to write a below-average review. While they may be OK for other things, this is NOT the place to sell your car. I got to the last step with them in the process of selling my car and they told that they were going to wait until my lender paid off the loan, released the lien and then DMV sent them the title before they cut me a check and that process was going to take 4-6 weeks. Its completely ridiculous for them to expect that a seller would be without the car and without their money for that length of time. I went down the street to CarMax and sold them my car for more than Team Ford offered and they cut me a check within an hour. Team Ford could have told me this ahead of time so I didnt waste my time with them and they give low offers - CarMax gave me 10% more than what Team Ford quoted me. I will never do business with Team Ford again.

Excellent customer service! I took my car in for maintenance service. Minimal wait to have my car checked in. Stephanie Rhodes the service rep was very friendly and extremely helpful. She took the time to check the status and expiration of my service contract and voluntarily provided additional information on the battery replacement per contract. I received their complimentary Starbucks coffee while waiting for my car. The interior of the waiting area and offices was neat and clean. Lounge seats were placed for social distancing. Wearing masks was required. Car show room was bright and spacious. The outdoor new and used cars lot was easy to stroll through and dream. Car was ready in an hour including their complimentary car wash. While standing outside for my car I was approached twice by vallet reps if I needed help which indicates they give immediate attention to their customers. I had only been waiting for a couple of minutes but Logan right away checked on my car. Five minutes later he told me my car was ready walked me to my car and opened the door. Love the extra special attention from the service personnel!

Pretty smooth process once I connected with Rich Spah. Prior to that, 2 other sales persons, did not even bother to show me the car I was looking for on the lot. They just pointed towards the lot and said it was out there. I found it and bought it and Rich got the sale as he took the time to assist me.
