I think these guys are nice people but I wouldnt come back to use their services. They were would say they would provide updates to the job via text but I rarely got any photos or messaging. Communication and expectation setting needs improvement. I did not end up being satisfied with their work. I wish I negotiated a discounted rate after seeing the results but I felt too bad about it.

Theodore and Tony performed a 3 step paint correction to bring out the real shine of the X, then they applied c.Quartz Finest Reserve which makes the X look like it’s practically dripping in gloss. They also coordinated getting the rims re-colored from silver to satin black, a 3 part process of acid dipping, media blasting, and powder coating. Those that know me will quickly admit that my ‘attention to detail’ is through the roof. I have finally met two other people who are at least on-par with me (if not bit more detail oriented) when it comes to vehicle finish! I have pictures of Theodore sitting on a stool with a fine brush in hand detailing my brake calipers! They were both amazingly friendly and had no problems answering my most inane questions and catering to my paranoia when I wondered if the wheel crew re-mounted the right tires to the right rims (the X has staggered rims / tires front to back). They both sent me photos and videos of the progression throughout the entire process. Amazing service and amazing results from two amazing detailers!

Very professional, very knowledgeable and will research your vehicles paint history if you own an older year or exotic model. I was lucky in finding this business before I used another detailer. I could have been in the position of having this business correct a competitors detailing which thank God has saved me time, more money and frustration. My visual inspection sees beauty of the paint, not true chemical damage these professionals see and then explained their discoveries to me in a simplistic way so I understood. I now have a better understanding of auto detailing and believe this business is the best in Vegas. The most important characterists you want in a detail shop is for the owner and employees to be OCD, love cars, and know what they are doing.A local body shop (with great reviews, mind you) was supposed to fix a small job when instead they put scratches throughout my cars paint. From the looks of the scratches, they used a polisher with contanimant in it while cleaning up overspray from a rushed job.I called around for references and ended up at The Specialist to try and correct everything.I dont understand the science and language behind paint, but Theo does and he picked apart their work like a CSI investigator. Before he started, he went over the options and expectations. When he wasnt satisfied with the results based on what we agreed to do, he included some extra work and product just to correct it the best he could.I paid more than I expected but still feel like I got a great deal. Their meticulous and incredible work shows. Looking back now, I should have considered taking my car to him in the first place, they may have been able to fix it.Without reservation, I recommend The Specialist to any person that loves their vehicle.
