We brought our new to us boat to them for ceramic coating and detail. When we first spoke he was very informative as to what he would do, what we would need etc. He was able to fit us in very quickly and the quality of his work is outstanding. He took our boat and made it look like new again. It had a few scuff marks and some residue from the previous owners placement of stickers all of which are gone now. The turn around time was impressive as well, one day start to finish. Also very knowledgeable about the boating scene in and around Vegas, which was extremely helpful as we are knew to boating. Highly recommend him and his staff, they are courteous, helpful and professionals. Even dropped our boat off to us when he was finished.

Went looking for a good detail for my wifes car. Comparing and contrasting reviews online I ended with TBD, and it was perfect.They were able to fit me in immediately and I didnt really know what to expect since it was my first time getting a car professionally detailed. I had to work that day and opted for their mobile service. They met at my place and went over everything. They were extremely detailed and helpful and super knowledgeable about cars.Service wise it was impeccably clean. Steam cleaned interior even all the small cracks and crevices around the seats. The car basically looks brand new. They were able to get it done in barely any time at all since it was a group of people. They even offered to drop it off at my place of work which was an amazing final touch.Definitely plan on not waiting as long to get a car detailed again it just feels refreshing and clean to have a car that looks and smells and feels brand new.

Did not clean dashboard.Passenger seat still dirty.Interior windows still dirty.Cleaner admitted to using no air freshener.Change was stolen out of vehicle.Advertised fee was $145,but was charged $150 plus additional service fee. (Scam)

Peter and Staff was amazing. Highly recommended for lyft and uber drivers with vomiting accidents. Was in and out in 10 mins. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road and more $$ lol.

I received an estimate from Peter Snovitch for my 09AudiS5. He quoted $550 to do a rough cut to bring out the brilliance in black and to address scratches. There had been some body work to the left fender by the previous owner which had imperfections and there were rock chips all over the hood (it’s an S5 right?) For those two areas Peter couldn’t promise more than bring out the best in the paint.The day of the appointment they were late and two different guys showed up. Peter did not have the courtesy to notify me. When these guys finished the paint was again a brilliant black but none of the scratches were fixed. In addition, there was polish grit all over the car. The grit was stick and stuck to the windows and the wax/sealant used on my car. The crevices were caked in the polish compound and the polish grit was stuck in the wells of the door, the well of the trunk door, in the rubber around the windows. I took pictures of everything and told Peter I was not happy that they did not address any of the scratches and that my car was left a mess with all that polish and grit left everywhere. I asked him to take a look at the work that was done by his techs and that I needed them to finish. At a minimum I needed him to see the work of his tech and clean up my car. Instead he send another crew 3 days later. The young tech who admitted to only doing this work for a year, claimed that the grittiness on my car was from “overspray” and again nothing was done. The tech dry wiped the windshield smearing the gritty polish residue all over my windshield and creating a hazy film. I had to pay another to do a simple was to remove the polish grit and all of it came off and the car was back to its smooth finish.All the communication with Peter Snovitch was inflammatory. I found him to be disrespectful and unprofessional. I sent him pictures of how his crew left my car and he attacked me and claimed the reason for his crew shoddy work was because I had a poorly painted car. He claimed the reason his crew did such a messy job is because my car had poor body work done on the fender. Although his claims are false, they are irrelevant to the fact that his crew used too much polish and left a mess on the car. It is also irrelevant to the fact that I paid for paint correction including scratches and none of the scratches were addressed.As a customer I’m entitled to get the work I paid for. I did not receive that. I would never use The Best Detail ever again. He was a complete nightmare to work with.The pics I attached below is 1) of my left fender and hood, its hard to see paint chips and body work but you have to look closely at it…he paint was dull but certainly not grey or flat 2) the remaining pics are just some of the excess polish that created a gritty residue all over my car.

In March I was searching for a new detailer and got recommended to Peter / The Best Detail. Ever since Ive been using them every 2 to 3 weeks - especially right now during pandemic I know my car is clean and sanitized for myself & clients. They are always super responsive, respectful and do such a great job from my new explorer to my 64 Ranchero.

The Best Detail (TBD) can be described with three Rs: Reliable, Responsive, and Really convenient!Reliable: Every two weeks for over a year, Peter and his crew have cleaned my cars. Like clockwork, Peter texts me the night before to verify he will be there the next day. In an uncertain world, having a professional company I can count on makes my life so much easier. Due to a miscommunication there was one time where TBD wasnt able to make their appointment, but they came out later that same day anyway. I know how busy TBD is (theyve really exploded in a good way since I started with them), so their willingness to reliably make things right no matter what is a huge plus. And if its rained recently, Peter proactively contacts me if he has any availability to do an early wash.Responsive: Peter responds to texts within minutes. Im pretty sure the guy doesnt sleep! While I rarely need to contact him, on one occasion his crew missed a few spots, and he came back the same day to take care of me. What impresses me is that TBD consistently goes above and beyond to take care of its customers.Really convenient: TBD not only comes to my home, but since I trust them with my garage code, I dont even have to be awake for their carwashes. It really doesnt get much better than this: waking up on cleaning day to find my cars nice and shiny. I love not having to drive out to get my cars washed ever again. In a busy world, getting these precious minutes back is a serious quality of life improvement for me.Summary: My life is easier and my cars are super clean. The Best Detail lives up to its name!

Great customer service, comfortable environment to pass your wait time or you leave come back and your interiors and exteriors are brought back to pristine condition. Excellent folks, professional and personable. I would recommend them to anyone in the Vegas area or just passing through.

THE Best Auto Detailing & Professional Car Wash In Vegas. I have been a longtime customer and this review is long overdue. Pete always gives me the manager special at a very reasonable price. I love my black SUV and today I decided to give it some love back, again... :) and Im glad I did.These guys are real professionals. I watch the whole process and they did an excellent job detailing mine inside and out. I originally did a ceramic coating and the black finish hood looks mirror-like after the paint correction a while back, and every time now is showroom-like when is done.I will definitely recommend and vouch for Pete and his crew. I will continue to comeback and calling back, the Best detail crew deserves 10 stars, everyday and twice on Sundays.Just now, I looked out the window, and saw my black SUV outside glittering in the moonlight and I just couldnt stop smiling. I am very happy.

This company is above and beyond limits. My expectations were high after reviewing their online presence but I was more impressed with the way my war was returned then anything. Horrible customer service. Young kid driving an old beat up green truck doesnt install much confidence in quality of work ( especially in the detailing business). You never know though right? Well it was accurate and he had a horrible attitude to match with his age as well. Better employees with vehicles to represent work quality would be a better business.

Peter and his team have done the weekly maintenance on my fleet and personal cars for years. I have been using The Best Detail for over two years now, they are trustworthy and very professional. After two years of maintaining my vehicles on a weekly basis, I finally let them talk me into having my Audi protected with Ceramic Pro, and I have to say I couldnt be happier, the paint looks better than it did in the showroom, and the overall maintenance is so easy, the vehicle stays cleaner for longer, and k dont have to worry about my paint being damaged by hard water, or bird droppings just to name a few. I have also used the best detail for window tint, and I have to say they do an awesome job anytime they touch my vehicles.

I am so pleased with the service I received. I got the wax and clay bar service since my paint was a little rough and had some imperfections that wouldn’t come out with a regular car wash. The level of service this company has is unmatched. I will never use anyone else to do my car a truck again these guys are absolutely amazing no joke . They may buy faded black wheels on my truck and look like brand new. A standard wash is like a detail anywhere else and I detail service is like a brand new car.

Dont just walk away, run from this seller! I paid $135 to have the seats and rugs cleaned on a PT Cruiser! It was suppose to be detailed on the inside but it wasnt.Areas missed: review mirror, both mirrors on the visors, console between front seats, bottom of the dash, both pockets on the doors. I could keep going but Im wont.To boot I saw a stain on the passenger seat and asked the guy if he treated that area oh yeah, I tried everything on it the stain didnt come out folks I took a plain white washcloth with NOTHING but water on it rubbed the seat and all the stain came off!!!Really! This is a garbage service! Dont waste your money like I did!

We set up an appointment time. They were running a little late but had the courtesy to contact us ahead of time. Showed up promptly at the adjusted time and did a terrific job on our vehicles. Very professional and rates were fair.

I was hesitant when I first decided to call a mobile company because I have heard the horror stories, there are so many!The best detail had awesome reviews and from the first phone call I was impressed with the depth of knowledge they guys offer.They came out same day i called and detailed both of my Porsche SUV’s, not only were they flawless I opted to get on their routine maintenance program. Now they show up same time each week and take care of my vehicles and I don’t have to worry about paying each time they are on auto bill. Terrible. They came out to detail 2 motorcycles for me. The guy sounded very professional on the phone so I gave them the work. Unfortunately, the cleaning they did was terrible. The guy obviously has no idea what he is doing. Dirt and oil are visible all over both bikes. I refused to pay full price, and only gave half, and now I regret even doing that. I wish I would have called anybody else.

Exterior detail of my 30 RV. Worded with my schedule. Had a bit of an issue but corrected it immediately. This company will be the first to call for cars and RV in the future.
