Im not sure what these other reviews saw that I didnt. The employees were all efficient and polite. I got the $25 inside/outside. They did a pretty great job. I was told ahead of time that the level I purchased doesnt promise to remove all of the dog hair, but they still tried and got most of it. Car doesnt look brand new or anything, but it is cleaner than I expected given how messy it was.

Spent $30 for an average inside and out cleaning. The employees are friendly, but the quality is pretty lacking. Even after asking them to redo the tires twice, they still messed it up. Next time Ill do it myself, since I had to spend thirty minutes touching up the tires, wheels, exterior, and interior where the supposedly wiped everything down. Wish I had taken more pictures, but this tire takes the cake.

Employee are great I should know I worked there. Breaks are 15 on weekends 30 on weekdays half the time I could not get a break ever if I asked. It would always be one more car oh wait the people in front of you are taking an hour ok ask again one more car the. Yo I get in a loop of one more car then your day is over. If you do 4 cars in an hour you make 2$ a car less if you do more. But to equal it out you make some tips around 30$ a day, I loved the tips. If your wondering the pay it’s 8.25.

Lisa was awesome and took such good care of us! The car we took there was literally a cesspool and the guys made it look brand new! We were new in town and someone recommended Freddys. Thanks so much for an awesome job!

Ive been having my truck washed and waxed at this location for the last few months. I always get their best wash with interior plus hand wax almost weekly. Its kinda hit or miss on the quality. They get the wax on part right but not the wax off. Random missed splotches of wax all over my truck, headlights, taillights random spots all over im not sure its worth the additional cost to finish wiping the wax off my self every single time. I tip really well but after my last experience 1/12/2021 I may be looking for a place that does a better job and takes pride in what they do. If anyone from management is interested I have pictures. Additional information provided no response. Hello, so my latest experience at your car wash was not fabulous hence the less than fabulous review. Ive chalked up the last few experiences as flukes but it became apparent its been a common occurrence for me at least. my vehical is not new or high end its my work vehicle and I take pride in its appearance. The employee who did the service never even told me my vehical was done I was sitting outside he hopped in my truck and drove to a gas pump I had to ask the manager if the truck was done and ask for my keys. When I got home I had multiple missed spots of wax residue all over the truck brake dust on the rims outside window streaking and un wiped water spots. The time before last when I had my vehical waxed the first thing the employee said to me was that he hadnt had a break all day and that he needed to take a break I said no problem take your time and two employees worked on my truck and honestly they missed more wax spots. This seems to be a reoccurring theme. Im not impressed. Way more missed than this.

Ive only been here twice for the top tier $35 wash and the inside of the car was still dusty and the mirrors and windows had finger prints and this last time I ended waiting 45 minutes for sub-par service. Also the person that sold me on an unlimited wash for $60 said I could use it for all my cars which is not true at all.

One of the worst car washes I’ve experienced. Paid for the VIP wash and it sucked. Literally stood there watching the employees circle jerk and do nothing other than walk around like they are lost. 50 minutes later my car is finally done, but noooooo I had to have them clean several areas on the outside and inside; as well as, do the tires/rims. Worst $25 car wash ever!

Think twice before heading over for a carwash after work, they close when they feel like it... not honoring hours posted🤔🤨sad, why purchase a coupon book if cant use!!

I was disappointed in my detail service that was completed today I just felt like it was rushed and there were some areas that were ignored. I called and spoke with Sam and immediately felt better. He apologized and addressed all of my concerns. He also asked me to bring my vehicle back in and assured me he would make sure everything else was taken care of. He’s very friendly and personable and made me feel so much better about the situation.

Purchased a car wash and a seat cleaning. Cost me 60 dollars only to find out the wipe down did not wipe everything down on the inside. I still had bug marks on the windshield and on the front of the car. If I wanted that I would have run it through a normal car wash when I got gas and I wouldn’t have be out 50 dollars. I would not recommend this car was to anyone.

I paid for the popular wash, the deluxe one that includes interior cleaning/vacuuming. I have an Acura MDX and wasnt impressed for the price I paid. The workers were very friendly but the service as far as cleaning wasnt the greatest. The two front seats have crumbs in the creases. They did vacuum the front and back seat flooring but the very back trunk area appears to be dirty. I asked for the pockets in the back of the seats to be vacuumed out as well and they are still dirty. There are areas that could have definitely been cleaned that were overlooked. This is the second time that I have been here and there are still areas that are dirty from the last time they missed and continued to miss again today. I was hoping that maybe this time it would be different. But sadly this will be the last time I go here. Im attaching photos of spots that are still dirty as well as some clean areas because although Im dissatisfied they did clean some parts.

I’ve used them consistently for the last two years and even tho I never remember to ask for the pet hair removal they take the time to do it if it’s not too bad.I’ve never had a bad cleaning or experience EXCEPT for the time they locked my keys in the car. It only happened once out of the 20 or so times I’ve gone there and they were willing to pay for the locksmith. Aside from that, perfect service.

This is a 5 ⭐️ for detailer Sam. I got the “Complete” detail and he it was excellent. Car looks great and smells great. I highly recommend requesting Sam for your next detail.

Bunch of high schoolers that don’t care about doing a good job waxing your car. Plenty of leftover wax unused on the paint and operator of the buffer looks like they are to scared and inexperienced to do it correctly. Not coming back

They blantantly ignored a coffee spill that I specifically asked them to remove that happened 2 min. before I left the car for them to detail. They removed half of it, but just ignored the other half that was right in front of their face. Never again going to fabulous freddys.

Great service on what I paid for, but they will not go over and above. I purchased a car wash and a seat cleaning and paid $70 for it. They did an amazing job on the seats. But they didnt vacuum or wipe down anything other than the seats. They also left several towels in my car. When I asked about it they told me you didnt pay for the car to be vacuumed. Definitely not the response that I expected.

Everybody knows about the mud storm end of March 2017. I just went through this morning April 3rd around 8 a.m. Fabulous Freddys are double stacking the vehicles in line and during the hand dry off area. Freddys is still warranting the 4 day rewash due to recent weather, which is great! HOWEVER, the output of vehicles is more than the people drying them can keep up.I sat in my vehicle for over 3 minutes before I noticed the dry water spots on the vehicle in front of me, and on my front windshield. I got out of my vehicle and started drying off the front windshield, right side of the vehicle facing the sun, back of the vehicle and all the way around front before one of the guys said I needed to move forward to another vehicle can smashing behind me. After moving my vehicle I then got out and started drying off the left side of my vehicle as well. This is not what Fabulous Freddys stands for. If management would like to contact me for a viable solution, I am more than willing to sit down and chat as I have done analysis for over 12 years professionally. The output of vehicles is higher then the workers are able two finish in a timely manner. Sacrificing quality for quantity should never be a business philosophy / mission statement. It would appear as if that was their motto.I have attached a photo of my vehicle just after the storm.

Reading the reviews. Over priced, quality of work. I was planning to get a car wash and interior cleaning. Just looking at the price board I have to pay for exterior and interior cleaning. I’m gonna stick with oasis hand washing place.

We where here about three years ago for a radiator flush when we were just visiting and they did a good job. It was busy but got us out on a timely manner. Now were a local would like to come here regularly!!!

I have the monthly membership and its worth every penny. I visit at least 3 times a week. The service is great and consistent. They always ask if theres anything specific Id like them to focus on and when finished they give a brief explanation of what they worked on and tell you if theres anything they missed, please let them know and they will fix it. The manager Dan is amazing and leads by example. Hes always out there with his crew assisting in washing the cars.. I highly recommend. Theres even a gas station attendant. Where do you see that at?!

Took my car there to get cleaned not only did I still have spots on my windows, dead bug residue on the front grill, dirt under the door handles but the interior was just as terrible. The mats were never moved or vacuumed, the seats were never vacuumed at all. I know dog hair isnt there specialty to get out but I took a napkin and whipped the back seat when I got home and dog hair just feel to the carpet so clearly that could have been vacuumed up. I asked them specifically to vacuum the back of my SUV that I made a point to clean everything out of and there was still a line of dirt at the edge where the door closes. But to top off my visit, they used something on my dash board touch screen that ruined it. I noticed it after I had gotten on the freeway to head home. I called the store spoke to the manager Mark and stated I was coming back because that spot wasnt there before. I get back to the store. Mark comes out and looks at it. Hes confused by the situation and states hes going to the store manager. The store manager Justin comes out with another individual they look at it, wipe at it and then tell me that its normal wear and tear. I find that incredibly hard to believe since my vehicle is a 2018, 15k miles on it. We bought it 6 months ago and have only driven 8k of those 15k miles. Not only am I beyond upset with them but I dont trust them to even touch my car again. My car has been cleaned at other car washes thoroughly just like Fab Freddys attempted to do but we have never had this issue.... so its confusing that the 4th time we get our new vehicle cleaned by them and now theres an issue. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHCILE HERE!! The staff does a terrible job. They are all to busying talking with each other rather than cleaning cars and the managers cant even come up with a better explanation why my screen now looks like that other than my husband hits the play pause button to often.

Paid for interior and exterior cleaning and leather treatment with floor mats washed. Waited 1 1/2 hours while possibly the slowest individual they had worked on the car. When done, the bugs on the front grill and bumper had not been touched. Tires were only cleaned 1/2 way around on each one. Door jambs were not wiped down. Paid a lot to get a good cleaning and this was disappointing. They have lost a customer who had been coming here. STAY AWAY...

I had THE BEST service here from all employees. They were informative and sincerely cared. From the gas pump assistance, to car wash, to Vavoline guys were amazing.

Last Sunday I got the worst car wash job of my entire 80+ year life & there is no way I will ever go back there to their Montecito Pkwy store. I got there early in the morning and was anxious to get on the road for an out of state family BBQ. So it wasnt until I started packing the car for the trip that I noticed how bad the wash job was. They did not open the hatch back or vacuum the back carpet. They did not wipe off the rear seat door sills and surrounding metal surfaces. They left a large dusty triangle in the center of the dash where it got wiped from both sides but not in the middle. Lastly, they left all of the little yellow tree pollen spots the hood of the car. $18.00 plus a tip for next to nothing except a good rendition of the canned These are all the good things I did for you today speech that the attendant spieled at me as we walked to the car.

Worst $40 I’ve ever spent. Paid for leather seats to be sealed to get in my car and look back the 3rd row of my SUV bad not even been touched. Cheerios and crumbs still on the floor and in the seats. Really wished I had went somewhere else. All photos are AFTER THE Detailing and AFTER a manager came to look at it.

This used to be a great place to get car washed personal Service. Now i guess they dont need their loyal customers anymore i will be canceling my monthly plan. I also used to get my truck Services there. Looks like that not happening anymore. I planed to get a Service and car wash now they are separate intuitives so you can not get both done. I already waited Patienten for Service. They expected me to get back in line for car wash and start over waiting. Maybe i am wrong but i would think they would of kept me moving forward. It has also become very expencive for a horible wash. When you get to big your customer become less important.

Every time I come here for a car wash or an oil change I never leave disappointed. Keep up the awesome job!!

Anthony did and amazing job. I highly highly recommend him. My husband put a bail of hay in my SUV and it left a mess and I didn’t think it would ever come out completely. Anthony took His time and did absolutely amazing and got it all out.

Expensive basic car wash, did not perform anywhere near what advertised.Waited 45 minutes, extremely slow and inefficient, did not vacuum, did not wash inside of windows, wiped only one side of car. Returned and got a refund.

I met the best employee ever today! That is saying a lot since I am a retired hotel and casino manager. It was a very windy and overcast day today Wednesday January 29th. I had been putting off an interior clean for a long time with my convertible. I drive a lot in the colder weather with the top down and the result is a dusty, sun dried interior. So I took advantage of the $99 mini detail that rejuvenates the leather seats, details all aspects the interior and shampoos the carpet inserts. The mini also includes a hand wax! What could be better?Well,I will tell you and his name is Mason. This man loves cars and loves detailing them even more. As I mentioned the weather was nasty and as a result Fabulous Freddie’s was unusually quiet . My car was one of 4 cars in the period I was there which covered 90 minutes. So Mason set off doing his business on my car and after 30 minuets he came into the waiting area and asked if I was in a rush or does he have permission to “go deep” into the detail. I explained that I was retired and that my only obligation was to walk the dogs. So he went deep.So here is the point in the story that that impressed me so. Mind you my car was the only car in the pits at 3pm that day, when a supervisor approached Mason and noted that he was spending a lot of time on this particular car and Mason replied that since there were no other customers and since this car owner did not have any time constraints, that he would rather do an excellent job on this car as opposed to standing around with nothing to do. When I heard that I knew I met the most customer focused employee that I had ever met.Bravo Mason!

Ive have been coming in to fab freddys now for about 6 months in and out to get coffee I work in health care so Im there early am during that time I had a loss in my family this employee Named Ron Mack has always had a a smile and such a kind word with sincere compassion behind his words he is very fast and efficient every time I see him he is cleaning and organizing this and that but with a smile and a great attitude his customer service not just to me but to all customers I see he goes above and way beyond his job you have a great employee I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and Ill tell ya he does make great coffee..thank you fabulous freddys for having a guy like Ron Mack as your employee...your lucky to have an employee like him. And we all know its very hard to find good workers.

Each time I go there, they always ask “what would you like done” I always say “ please just get the dog drool off of the back doors” it’s never failed that the “after” looks like it hasn’t even been touched. What’s the point of paying 30$ for a service when you have to just go home and do it yourself.

The thing that made this car wash excellent was the customer service. As soon as I pulled up to the gas pump a nice young lady was there asking if she could pump the gas for me. They did a great job on the inside of the car as well. Very pleasant experience overall. Definitely worth the money.

They have been less than favorable in the past but they always take of care of mistakes or omissions and really care about the customer.Im update this review after the amazing job Johnny did.

Worse car wash in Las Vegas. I’ve witnessed children operating better fund raiser car washes! I wish I would have saw these reviews sooner. There is clearly a reason this place has gotten almost exclusively negative reviews over the past 6-8 months.

The employees are super friendly. The girls that pump your gas worry more about chit chatting than noticing when cars pull up so you end up pumping your own gas half the time but it works out in your favor because you get to go inside and maybe buy one of the best apple fritters in town. The Robertos located inside is good, but no salsa bar. And the fountain drinks have those little crushed ice nuggets 😋

Damage to my door lock. I called three times with no return call. I eventually reached Dan the manager/owner who promised to take care of it. Well, as of today, hes MIA. I called and texted with no response. Ive been a customer in the area for three years!! This is not good business.Its the principal.Shey

Do not do not do not take your car to these people They will Scratch YOUR TINT!!!! and tell you to get off their property. As a detailer and paint correction specialist Im appalled at the way my Uncle was treated today . And if you take your car to have any type of service done . it should leave the same way it came in if not better . And if this helps even one person with their decision then Im happy

Wonderful Car Wash. We had the outside washed as well as the inside the employees were all very nice. We asked them if they had finished with the interior so we could put our stuff back in and they told us to hold on so they could touch up the sides a little more. They also backed up the car being cleaned next to us so we could put our stuff in more easily.

Drove in early. They open for car washes at 7:30am. It was nice to get it done before the heat. Staff was courteous throughout. Did a good job of telling me to have a Fabulous Day. It did seem to take longer than I thought. I had the inside shampooed. The end result was a good looking ride though. I was pleased. Will probably go back.

Been going here for two years and the prices used to be great along with the military discount being generous. This is no longer the case. Now they jacked up their prices by almost 75% ($22 for a basic wash and vacuum?). No additional (noticeable) services were provided with the increase. The management is only robbing the kids making an honest wage of their tips. I also presented my Freddys card and the receptionist said dont worry about the card. The Freddys system is down. So much for getting rewarded. Not coming back.

There is a huge difference in quality of cleaning and employees between this location and the one on Charleston and Fort Apache. I live 2 minutes from this location, but if have time I try to go to the summerlin location because of how much better it is. I can see that management is making an effort to get these kids to do a decent job, but I always have to get them back in there to do simple things, even when its slow. The other location is nearly flawless with no-one hovering over them to do the job right.

I went this Fabulous Freddys just to grab something to eat from the Robertos located inside. On my way out, I was stopped by an employee named Josh who does rock-chipped windshield repairs. He explained what it was and offered to repair two awful chips I had in my windshield. He was very professional and had it done in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend!!

I recently went in to have my car washed and the inside clean. Unfortunately the wash, dry and cleaning of the inside was done very poorly. My fault for not paying attention to my car before I left. I do take full responsibility for that aspect of the transaction. They should, however, have better standards than the condition my car was left in for the price paid. My carpets were not vacuumed well at all. They left dirt and dog hair on the carpets and seats. It in all honesty did not look like they even vacuumed the car. The outside was left even worse. Granted I have a black car but the water spots and dirt left was inexcusable. Like I said earlier I should have fully looked at my car before I rushed out but, seeing as you are paying for a service, the car shouldnt have been left in that condition.

Amature detail service. They wanted over $150 for a basic detail. You can have a mobile detailer come to your house for that. We got the $60 super interior my 10yo could have done a better job.

Convenient location. Cheerful employees and kids who are enthusiastic and happy to pump your gas. (tip generously) Great car wash, quick oil changes and tire shop. Right behind Smiths. Also Robertos Taco Shop inside.

Make sure you check that they did what you asked before you leave. I specifically asked them to vacuum the back of my car, they did not. Very disappointed. Fine for basic washes, run through the machine quick hand dry, but otherwise I wouldnt waste my money on their other services.

Outside car wash is a good value. Employees give excellent service. I always tip the fellows that dry the car after the automatic wash.

Have been here multiple times since it is close to our house. Service is very spotty. Have had to tell the people to do things that should have to be done without asking. When you pay 20.00+ dollars plus tip, for a wash, you shouldnt have to tell them what to do. Good for a quick outside only wash but other than that, avoid.

I had a free VIP car wash card which covered a free VIP package or $22 off of the other premium packages. I have to say thoroughly disappointed and thankfully I only paid $10 for the best package they had (usually $32). Outside of car decently cleaned although a spots still left where some plant sap was. The interior was poorly done other than dashboard and windows. All the chairs still had smudge marks, some still with dog hair. For $32 I expected to be impressed, unfortunately no where close. Probably wont be back unless for basic exterior rinse off.

I went into the Grand Montecito car wash to have my truck washed. They did an excellent job!! I wanted to talk to the manager to say how great it came out. But when I did finally talk to him, he smelled like alcohol and his face was very red. He also wouldnt look me in the eye and was short with me as if he didnt want to talk with me. I his name was Kyle. I told him that the store was great and that I would be coming back but after talking to him I dont know if I will be..... :/

Took our slightly dirty new car today and paid for the most expensive wash, such a waste of time for the interior and money! The interior not properly wiped down, some areas are shiny some are not. Most upsetting is over-spray on buttons and screen. Trash was still on the floor. Very disappointed and will not be trusting them with the interior again. Exterior was fine.

I love coming to this place when I need to. Friendly staff thats always having a fabulous day, and good job on management for hiring so many young folks during summer. The world would be a better place if it had more fabulous employees.

Love Splash. Love Tuesday carwash upgrades. My only problem is using gift cards. I have been given TWO gift cards that didnt work in the register. Seems a little shady to me. How can a company sell gift cards that cant be redeemed?

These were the nicest and most helpful people ever! We had just come from our wedding reception and our car was a mess! We needed to get it off before the vegas heat ruined our car. It was 5 minutes before they closed and Aston and Cutler just really did us a solid and got our car clean!! Theyre amazing!! ^_^

Im so upset at this place. I finally went back after having a horrible experience the last time i went. I actually went back bc i was given 2 free washes after i spoke to a manager the last time...It was not even busy today... they didnt wipe the seats down, AGAIN they used some kind of spray on my screen in the car which left a nasty residue on it, they left whatever kind of spray bottle they use in passenger seat which leaked and left a mark, they didnt vacuum out 3rd row arm rests, they left streaks of whatever the use on dash and doors.. totally pathetic.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

The employees there offer to put in your gas and bring you food from places adjacent to the car wash(of course, you buy the items). Also, your car is hand washed if youd like a car wash. The employees are pretty hospitable, Id say.

I used this car wash almost two years ago and never returned. That car wash left a bad taste in my mouth. I had a light cream interior that staff left black finger marks on and never did come out. Today I paid for two separate cars to be washed ($54 total). One of those cars was barely vacuumed, dash not wiped, seats not wiped, and cargo area not vacuumed or wiped out. I asked for someone to take a look and at least wipe down the dash and seats since I had just paid for exterior/interior cleaning. After further inspection, the exterior was still dirty and has dried debris still stuck on it. I didnt ask for nor pay for a full detail however for almost $30 I expect my car to be clean, free of dust on the dash, vacuumed well, and cleaner than when I brought it in. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt after my first experience. Wont be wasting my time or money again.

Severely disappointed! Paid for the full service with interior dressing. When asked if there was anything I wanted to get special attention I said the plastic trims on the interior door steps need to be wiped down. Got my car back, trims werent even touched. Paid my 30 dollars after tip, now headed home to clean my car properly. Not to mention the debris all over, I assume from the towels they used breaking apart while cleaning.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. Took an hour, they left my floor mats on the ground and told me my car was done, never unfolded my mirrors( so how did they clean them?),and expected me to drive away with my mirrors folded up. Employees fooling around and joking. They need to focus on doing the job right.

Everyone is really sweet. Mostly teenagers doing the work. Theyre really working hard and tell you exactly whats going on and ask how you want your car cleaned. Great experience.

Nice place. If you want an annual pass for the car wash, you should go to the one in St George Utah because it is cheaper and then use it at all the other locations. They want 700 in Vegas and 500 in Utah but you can use the Utah pass in Vegas. Dont make a special trip but if you happen to be passing by

Very good, if you wash your car at home in LV you are wasting your time because you get ugly water spots. The solution is buy a coupon book at Fabulous Freddy’sEven with the cheapest wash you get hand drying and they detail the outside of the car at no charge, well worth the price.

They do a great job most of the time. Plenty of wash options to choose from. If youre in a hurry the exterior wash is reasonable and quick.

I got Freddys Special which was 28.00. It was mediocre at least. It took me 30 mins when I got home to wipe off dirt marks ans dead bugs. This was my first and last time at Freddys.

No brushes in the car wash aside from the ones the attendants use to get the lower grime and bugs. Polite employees inside and out...actual very polite considering they were HS to early 20s.Car wash was ok...still had some bugs on the front

I get my car washed there all the time. I read all these negative reviews about the quality of the employees that are tasked to dry/detail your car. I guess Ive been lucky to get who Ive gotten to help me. I bought a monthly pass for car washes.I really like that theres a Robertos inside the store but I need to stop eating there lolOnly real complaint is they changed the price of the 32 oz fountain drink to about 1.50. I find that annoying.

Always a great wash, my car looks great every time I leave there, great workers.

I paid for full service car wash on Nissan rough back seats and carpet were not vacuum windows were dirty inside car was not even wipe down i will never go there

I am attaching a photo of the NON repair of my windshield.A simple repair yet, it looks the same as before I paid your glass man to repair it!!!He said it cant look like a new windshield... and if I call his company they will deduct the price of repair off of the cost of a new windshield????Photo attached!!If you cant fix a simple tiny stone chip... get out of the epoxy repair business.
