One of the best car wash places I’ve used in Las Vegas. The crew is young but they are very nice, fast and professional. It is busy so expect a bit of a wait.

This time around they didnt screw up my order. But the other time I ordered 2 large sundaes and gave me regular, and didnt reimburse me the difference. Not a huge deal, but just the same they are not looking at orders correctly.

They did an awesome job with my Tesla. Was looking for a touch less quick car wash. For $25 they even vacuumed the inside of my car. This is were Ill be coming in between my details.

Took my kid’s car for a wash & have seat stains removed. They explained stain removal process which seemed intense & promising. When pick up & inspected stains were not removed & windows were smeared. Business has young’s kids working there, friendly but overall not happy nor satisfied with their service.. I give them two stars due to their friendly atmosphere..

Last time I was at this location my car was left parked for over an hour after it was done being detailed on a busy day I had to go ask a worker to bring it around, they just forgot about it. Today I asked specifically for the cup holders to be cleaned on a full detail, none of that was done additionally there’s multiple splatters of some substance and water spots all over the car and the floors were barely vacuumed. I don’t know how to post pics on here but if I did any manager would see what was done to my car and see that this is terrible.

I’m gonna ask for my money back. I paid for VIP service and as far as you can tell they did the outside of my car and not the inside. I’ll upload photos later but they didn’t wipe down anything you can still see the dust, they didn’t vacuum, and the extra interior services were not done either. They didn’t even move my seats.

We have a 2007 Jeep Compass that we take our dogs to the park in every day. In spite of the cover we have for the cargo area their hair gets every where. We realized we needed professional help to get the car cleaned up. We drove by Fabulous Freddy’s on Trailwood and stopped in. John told us about a sale they were having and helped us decide which service we needed. When we came back to pick up the car 3 hours later it looked like a different car it was so clean and shiny. Before we left John went over the entire car with us to make sure it was cleaned to our satisfaction! What great service!!

Nice & friendly gas station and car wash. We got a $4 car wash on a Jeep. It was great. The gas station is nice and clean. Very clean bathrooms too. Lots of gaspump stalls but dont expect to pull really big rigs (trailers/large RVs) through here.

My son took my car for a wash and interior clean up I realized this morning, I had forgotten to take my very expensive sunglasses out of the car. I was so happy to find them tucked away in my car. Thank you guys for your honesty and integrity!!!

Bird poo left on exterior, dead bugs left on bumper. Interior had a half hearted wipe down. Kid wonders why he didnt get a tip. Worth $22? I think you know the answer to that. Disappointing!

I only get gas her as it is very expensive. It is very clean and staff is friendly.

Stopped in to this location for a soda and when I got to the register I accidentally tipped it over, spilling all 32 oz over the counter... Without skipping a beat the two nice men behind the counter grabbed towels and started cleaning it up. I was horrified. They were so nice- Told me to go grab another one and they’d clean it up! Such genuine people. I’ve noticed this almost every time I’ve gone inside.

I was in town passing thru and got my car cleaned up here. A little bit of a wait but everybody was really nice and it was worth it.

The second star was due to having a nice layout. Other than that, my experience of getting my car cleaned was pathetic. The employee taking payment was not helpful. I said it was my first time, that I didnt know all of the services and that I would like it detailed, especially the inside. They asked if I wanted the seats done. I was thinking they meant shampooed, so I said no they are leather, just vacuumed and wiped down is good. The next few steps were cool, A couple employees spray down the car before the tunnel, the wash itself was soaps and sprays without the flying carpet strands clomping the car and then a quick wipe down by another employee before heading into the detail bay. After that it was just a short wait before someone pulled my car around. There was spots still on my windshield as well as other windows so I decided to look a little closer. I open the first door and they hadnt even vacuumed. I asked about it and was told they didnt open it. The back seat was the same, not even touched. I asked if I needed to pay more for the vacuum service because I would like the inside detailed. I was told there wasnt someone to detail it and that they would get it done. The second time back it was basically the same. Windows still had crud on them, the back seat was still dusty and there was still debris on floor mats. RUBBER FLOOR MATS. At this point I decided to cut my loses. I used one of their towels to wipe off the steering column, dash and console so I didnt have to see the immediate dust while I was driving away. There were like 8 employees in the detail bay and only 2 other vehicles while I was there, which as I was leaving another person was using theirs towels to finish Freddys job. They spent way too much on the lay out to not train their crew to produce.

Pathetic car wash. ($28) Said they couldnt get black marks of the wheel well of my car and the rims. I returned home and was able to hand wipe them with one stroke with soap and water. Ive been here three times now hoping for a different result. This place is trash with trash people who make zero effort to help you. Until management is removed from this outfit I will no longer be using Jiffy Lube or their fuel station. You have been warned!

This will be a short and basic review. Arrived to this Freddy location and spoke with the manager to have the full Ultimate service done, which is $300 total wax buff interior and exterior. Customer service was great a lot of young kids that mean will. The detail and wax was so-so I would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. There were a lot of touch up spots I had to buff out with a dry cloth. It seemed rushed. I was to get same day service and drop off at home. But there was more than a few things I had to touch up. it was a fair experience.

$30 dollars interior and exterior package...poor value...my interior is still dirty...have to reclean my interior again at my house...good kids working but poorly trained...needs better management employee training!

Decent car wash. Followed by over an hour wait before anyone even looked at the car (we were told 10 mins) then another 1.5 hrs for a simple Pretty good carpet shampoo & a Mediocre interior detail. They left the instument panel so streaked up that I couldnt even see through it. Nothing a napkin and some water couldnt fix tho. I really hate having to finish someone elses finish work. They claimed they were short staffed. .. But that doesnt explain to me how they moved 5 other cars through the detail bays and over 40 cars through the other bays that got there after us. Perhaps they can use some management training/replacement.

Not worth the money. When you pay $100 plus for a wash and wax, plus detail you expect it to look the part. I’ve given them several chances and finally decided to NEVER do business with them again. A bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. Very very disappointing..

The last three times I went to Fabulous Freddys, the quality was terrible. There is some sort of smear (looks like oil) across my windshield that hasnt gone away in 2 washes. Then there was a nozzle problem with one of the rinse lines and it sprayed like a high-pressure, pressure washer at my car. This last time, the attendant used the low pressure, pressure washer on the left side of my car as he was suppose to, but didnt bother with the other side. He just used the brush and left small scratches from the sand and dirt all over the right side of my car. I gave them 3 chances as they are close and their prices are decent, but will not recommend Fabulous Freddys or return ever again.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW.....After my review of the work performed at this location, I was contacted by a member of their marketing department asking for a second chance to make things right. I was also contacted by Travis, (manager) about bringing my truck back in for a complete redo of the previously purchased services.I brought my truck back in last week. I spoke directly to Travis and re-explained the whole situation and what was done / not done.He personally drove my truck back through the wash and working with Dylan, (the young man who originally worked on the vehicle), they performed the service over again.THIS TIME the truck looked like new!!!Everything was completely redone to perfection, inside and outside.I believe Travis to be a man of his word AND wants to be sure that things are done properly, a huge credit to his character.Now, why wasnt this service performed properly the first time?Why did the manager have to personally perform this work?Im certain that Travis trains his staff to do the work properly. So again, why wasnt it done properly the first time? Is the problem with the individual staff members? Was it with the assistant manager on duty the first day I came in? Is the problem with individual work ethic?As I said before, the job was done to my expectations. Travis is a man of his word and exceeded my expectations to make things right.So I am changing my review to 4 stars.Thank you Travis and Dylan for performing this service properly.I WILL be back!Stan G.

I got my car detailed and it looks amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location. Close to shops and restaurants to pass the time, if needed.

This place is amazing! Super adorable, and in my opinion they are under charging for the work they do. Lots of younger (high school/college) kids working there but they are SO polite and hard workers. They really hustle and get things done fast but well. Every face is always smiling. Definitely recommend them for all your car wash and detail needs.

Overpriced for what you get with first level interior detailing. I would prefer to clean my own car.

I luv this place ..I take my 2 Porsches there to hand wash and hand wax them both and Gabe and Travis treat my cars like there own. They even were able to buff out a small scratch I had in my old classic 356 Porsche. Travis takes a full 2 hours to get everything immaculate making sure even the rims r spotless and shiny. I used to use another car wash place closer to my house but their attention to detail was not anything like Travis. As long as Gabe( he is the guy that gets things done) and Travis r working on my cars they will have my business forever

Girl was to busy holding up the wall and on her phone to even come over and ask if I would like her to pump my gas. The whole time my daughter was pumping my gas. She just moved from one side to the other side of the pillars.

Dont come to this location unless you have all day. Im usually happy to drop off the car and walk over to Starbucks and kill some time, but today the booth attendant indicated it would take 1.5-2 hrs for the detail because they were quite busy on Saturday. Cool- no problem. I come back 2 hrs later and its still in the bay. I assumed it was nearly done, so my son and I hung out for a few moments longer. One of the young men came to me, confirmed it was my vehicle, and told me it would be a while. When I asked for clarification, he said, like 2 hrs or so. Yep, you read that correctly, TWO more hours. Now folks, I know Im not the most clean freak of a vehicle owner, but Im far from the messiest. Guess were going to walk somewhere to grab lunch and see how it turns out...

Had my car detailed inside and out while I was at work. Tyler S,(the one with the beard) did an amazing job! My car looks and smells brand new! They even offered to drop it off at my job (just up the road) when they were finished! Great job!! Very impressed. Thanks Tyler!😊

Came to wash my car and asked for 3 simple things. Not only they didnt do the 3 things I asked for, they didnt even do an ok job on the rest.So I went inside and called the manager, showed him the work and he agreed. I spent 30 minutes waiting for my car, didnt want to wait 30 minutes more for them to fix it.It was so bad, they didnt even lift a piece of paper to vacuum underneath it!Do not go there, I washed my car there 4-5 times, each time was worst.The manager wanted to give me a free wash, why do I need a free wash! Just paid for one and my car looks the same from the inside, scam.

I have been coming to this Fab Freddys from its opening. The reason I love this car wash is because of their service. I also looked everywher for a BRUSHLESS Car wash. This location has one of the best. Our family drives BMW and we take care of all our cars at Fab Freddys Summerlin.

Well, dont bother bringing your car in on Tuesdays anymore. What use to be a great incentive where your carwash was upgraded one level on their slowest day, is now no more. To bad. I received 50% off a car wash after getting an oil change so I decided to use it. After discount it cost $11 and that included the inside and outside.Car smells great and looks great! I am very happy with the service and highly recommend Fabulous Freddies car wash!

Went there for the first time today based on people I know. All of them like it and said go there. There are cute females there that is one hell of a thing, and they did a great job of the car. Inside and out. And they made sure I got black Ice in the car as well. The price is high but still they made sure I was happy and that there were no water spots on the car. Evey one there was very polite. Would I go back hell yes and trust my car with them sure, With my paint job at 1,600 per gallon, they were gentle with it, and also a touch-less wash I like that.

Ive been going to this car wash for the past 3 years and today I accidentally over tipped the guy who dries after the car wash so Im freaking out because that was the only money that I had and I didnt know if I was going to be able to get it back. I have used most of the services at this location. The best of it is the C-Store. I go in here daily for smokes or coffee even thou its priced like a boutique 7-11 because the staff is friendly and actually remembers your name. it is however annoying when you ask them how they are doing, the respond Fabulous! It aint terrible would at least be cute and ironic.The service bays are not cheap but convenient.The car wash is deadly if your car is over 10 years old. Ive lost a rear wiper, window molding and front wiper intact but non op after the being wrenched lose byt the car wash... But no scratches :-)

I want to start this review by saying that I have had very good experience at this location in the past This review is based on a multitude of issues that I have noticed over the last few months.I have been bringing my Corvette to this location every weekend for a hand wash for years. I have bought the coupon books for as many years as Ive been coming. They were for the best wash as it was the same price for the hand wash. Two weeks after I bought my last coupon book they raised the price to $50 for the hand wash. They would take two coupons for the same hand wash but offer no refund for the difference. To make matters worse they wouldnt even wash my mats to make up the difference. The icing on the cake came today as I drove to the hand wash bay as I have done every weekend the guy tells me to walk over the booth and pay. I told him that I dont go through the drive and that I pay inside. I went through the drive the very first time and curbed my wheel. The turn radius is too tight if your not going through the tunnel. I explained this to the guy cleaning my car. The girl in the booth through her hands in the air and was completely out of line. Amazing the amount of money I have spent at this location and to be treated the way I was today unbelievable!There appears to be a lack of management at this location. It shows in the quality of their work. In the past management made an effort to get to know you and your car. They were always walking around looking at the work being done. This is definitely not the case anymore. I will be reaching out to the corporate office as well. I sure hope they get their act together!

I have a guy who comes to my house and detail my Lexus. I thought that he was good until I went to Fab. Freddys. They did a fantastic job! This is only the second time in my life Ive actually gone online to write a review. Wow, my car has never looked so clean.

Employees werent that knowledgeable and also they never cleaned my rims like they were supposed to when I went and did the best exterior wash. I use fabulous freddys on Craig for my other car and this one got a horrible clean. All they did was dry the car, they were talking and cussing up a storm while doing so. This has been the worst car washing experience Ive ever had. All I wanted was for my car to be dried correctly and my rims to be shiny. I will be going to the one on Criag and not this one EVER again. Worst ever. :(

The folks at Fabulous were friendly, courteous and professional. They installed and balanced my four (4) new tires in what seemed like a record time (42 minutes). I would recommend them to anyone.

The wait times here for a car wash are RIDICULOUS. They should at least tell you how long it will be before you sit down and wait for your car. Waiting 45 mins. for a job that should take 15-20 is obscene. Dont come here if you arent planning to spend an hour and and hour and a half just for a simple wash and vacuum. The employees just walk around and take their sweet old time.

Worst value for money. Paid $32 and they didnt clean the rims, the syrup on the dashboard or inside the center console. I could pay a kid $10 for a better job.

Decent wash, but as others have said, its slooooooooooow. A dozen teenage employees wandering around languidly who all seem to have learned their jobs from the Zootopia sloth.

Went to get a car wash. Nobody to do windows, no rags to do it myself so had to use a paper towel roll I had in the car. Basically just paid $12 to wash my car myself. Gotta love it.

My stock Jeep got damaged in the car wash. Manager will not return my calls. I found out from employees, that mine was not the first, others had tires punctured, rims destroyed, and paint damage. STAY AWAY!!!! I only left one star, because it wouldnt let me leave a negative!

They use to be a great carwash. Had I mean HAD GREAT SERVICE. But they gone Down Hill Fast!The manager she very rude and thinks she better than everyone else.They will damage your car and not say a word.!!!Bewear you now know. Am sitting at the car wash waiting for my car now. 3 boys working and what looks like a manager because he is wearing a red shirt...NO sense of any urgency. Walking around, talking, going on breaks to the store...there are only 2 cars here! I always go to the Freddies on Craig Road...they have spoiled me. Do NOT go to this location of you have anywhere to be. If you have an hour to what, this is your place. Where is the management???

My dash board is still dusty after their “detail,” and there’s crumbs on the seats. It looks like I did a five minute vacuum. This is the worst car cleaning I’ve ever had.

Auto-glass repair scam. Beware. They billed my insurance company, lied about being a preferred provider and bilked my insurance company for 3 chips that were never repaired. The auto-glass repair unit is the thorn in the side of this fabulous business.

The people at the counter in the store were rude. Talking amongst them selves disrespecting veterans and old people I or any of my workers will not return to this place again

I just got my truck done and the might as well just went over it with a rag!! Poor and when I asked if they could clean the inside again...he just used a rag to mover the dirt from one side to the other!! Wow...

Unprofessional and train kids not been knowing how to wipe down a car I’ve given him three different chances and have come back here three different occasions and it’s the same story no help kids walking around with no knowledge of how to wash your car I’ve been here for 35 minutes and that they only have four cars in it they do this every time and then you get it and it’s got streaky windows dripping armor on the tires this will be my last time coming here and I’ve been coming here for years just don’t understand who trains these kids

Was sold a car wash by one of the attendants even though I told her I didnt have time, she told me I could come back later so I took the discount and purchased the wash and them came back later and was told the wash expired, and the cashier checked with the manager who told me no, come on now I purchased the wash late january, it was early february and it expired? Why in the world would you turn away a regular customer or any customer for that matter? Did prices change? Did the cost of detergent go way up? Terrible customer service, booo to fabulous fred. I paid for the wash, just wash my car.

The employees take pains in their kind and efficient treatment to offer you and wish you a fabulous day.By the way, if you wash your vehicle before putting fuel you get a discount when filling your tank. They have different promotions in all the services they offer.
