I was told ceramic coating was worth the investment but I was skeptical. I went to several places in Las Vegas to get bids and wasn’t confident. Went to Gloss it to get a quote on a detail. The gentleman working the front desk, Cody was exceptionally professional and helpful. Id rubbed my front bumper against a pole that caused some paint to rub off onto my bumper. Cody used a clay block to remove the paint while my vehicle was in the parking lot (at no charge). Theyve won my future business. This is the kind of custom service thats missing from many other organizations. Came away more than impressed.

Over pricing for a cheap quality detailing cart, I was so disappointed when got this detailing 2 shelf cart, I paid $200 plus shipping fees for this cheap car, please dont waste your money bying this cart and I also have to run after this cart like a crazy person to put it together, because theres no lock on the wheels. Please revise your product, because you have charged way too much money for this cheap quality detailing cart steel.

We had two vehicles ceramic coated with the 9H level coating, a new vehicle and one six years old. It was expected that the new vehicle would look absolutely stunning but the six year old vehicle looks just as good. WOW!!! I just had a Paint Correction Service done on my 12 week old 2018 Ford Raptor along with a Ceramic Coating and a Paint Protective Film Installed! What a difference before and after. Just got the wifes Porsche Boxster detailed and ceramic coated with Rich from Gloss it. Car looks better then the day Porsche delivered it. Ultra high gloss on the orange paint is awesome! Amazing experience with Rich who took my car from Shabby to Chic! My Performante gets used at the track and between the brake dust and the road oils and hot tire rubber that makes the car look awful now washes away with a simple hose! It always look like I just finished detailing it! Definitely worth the money to always have a ‘Just Waxed’ Lamborghini!!!!

Gloss it sent me their ceramic product for the body as well as the product for the wheels and the calipers and additional detailing products. I live in Naples Florida. I had a detailing crew use gloss it’s product on my porsche and I could not be more pleased. I had my brand new BMW M8 convertible ceramic coated inside and out. It looks awesome and first tests show that the coating works very well. I have used similar products on several of my other and previous cars so I know they generally work and help maintain car appearance for a long time. This product appears to be of better quality and is much less complicated in maintenance - doesn’t need annual servicing - that other brands I have used in the past require.Considering the current promotion, price is very good for quality you are getting.I will use it for sure on my next car.

So I was asked to share the work that was done recently to Viuda Negra. With being an all black paint she needed some paint correction. Swirls, brushes from car washes etc... had taken a toll. I located Gloss It online, after my out of state dealer recommended a ceramic coating to protect my new C8 Corvette. I had Gloss It do both a ceramic coating on the entire car and ppf on the front half. They did an amazing job and kept me updated throughout the process. The finished product not only protects my investment, but is beautiful and extremely easy to keep looking freshly waxed......without EVER having to wax my vehicle. I really enjoyed my experience with Rich and the guys. His team is highly skilled, experienced and exceeded my standards. I dropped off my F250 that in was dire need of paint correction and I wanted the truck ceramic coated. Rich was able to work with me and deliver the quality I wanted and ahead of schedule. Rich is expensive, but his labor isnt cheap and cheap labor isnt good so in my opinion it was worth it. I would highly recommend Rich and his team for paint corrections and coatings. Also their detail spray is a home run and I highly recommend it Vs. your autozone garbage and even chemical guys.

Had a 9H ceramic coating applied to my 2018 Audi. Could not be more impressed with how everything turned out. My cars metallic paint looks better than new now. The way it catches light now is mesmerizing. Also had my wheels and calipers coated as well. Lets just say I never realized how sparkly my wheels and red brake calipers could be. I just had the paint correction and Quartz Coating applied to my 2014 BMW 328i. It came out better then new. If you have a black car this is the only way to restore the paint and keep it looking like new.

You said 1,700 with ceramic and only 100$ or 200$ less with out it witch is still over price. This guy spends more time in comments then at work.

The Gloss it products are the best in the industry. I have a few custom cars and I have tried many different company’s products to try to save a little money, but they just don’t compare to the Gloss it line of products. Rich and his team did an incredible job on my brand new M4 convertible. Despite being new the car had paint damage evident when looking under the light. I went with a full ceramic coating package for the paint, wheels, interior, and glass along with paint correction for the damaged areas. The car looks incredible and will keep its show room shine for years to come. By name, Gloss It is listed as a detail studio but the moment you walk in the doors and meet the owner, you may find out that it is so much more.The owner, Rich, treats the place as if it is his art canvas and your vehicle is the work of art that must be delivered.I initially went in for a car wash but after I understood how experienced he and his staff were, I decided to get a wrap and ceramic coat done at his shop. Oh, they also paint brake calipers too, so of course I had to match my wrap.During the wrap process (took 4 days due to my vehicle) I was updated with pictures and video of the progress. I never had to reach out once. They were proactive and made sure I was kept in the loop. They understand the importance of vehicles and appreciate them as if it were their own. The team pulled overtime to ensure my car would be delivered on the date they said it would, despite unforeseen hang ups with my specific car.I am super happy with the final product and I will continue to return here for my many automotive needs.This is an elite shop and I will continue to return here for all of my automotive care needs.

I have a new BMW X-7 which unfortunately was hit from behind while stopped at a traffic light. The body shop said I needed a new bumper which was bad news since the parts were on back order for several months. I took my car to Glossit and Rich said he could make it better than new without needing to replace the bumper thus forcing me to drive around with a dinged up bumper for months. Frankly, also when I accepted delivery of the car I didnt notice several swirl marks in the paint and water spots on the windows until Rich pointed them out to me. Rich assured me he could remove those flaws as well as repair my bumper. After three days Rich called and said my car was ready. All I can say is WOW!!! Rich was spot on. The difference was amazing. My car is flawlessand the crew lead by Cody returned my car to me in only three days and the results were absolutely astounding. I definitely recommend Glossit to anyone who wants their car to look perfect!!

I went in with my 2018 Chevy Camaro SS and had hard water marks some scuff marks hoping to make my car look better than brand new. Rich talked to me over the phone but Cody handled most of the in shop dialog with me. Both of them very professional and friendly. The knowledge and skill of Christian, Alex, Mike and Desiree was absolutely amazing. Someone egged my 68 Mustang and it left quite a mark on the paint. I did not even know what it was until Gloss It told us that is what it was. We went to a few other places prior to here and they could not get the stain off the paint. But these guys got it out.While doing the work they also taught us how to properly care for the paint. I do not leave reviews often but the job done by the employees at Gloss It was above and beyond the call of duty. If this is how they treat all their customers then anyone who goes there will have a top notch experience.

Rich took a good amount of time to help set me up with the right products and show me how to properly use them. The products are some of the best in the detailing industry and I will for sure be using them again. I plan on applying their 5h coating here soon and know for a fact I will receive badass quality.

Rich and his guys do a great job. My car is a month old and looking great, but it got incredibly dirty after driving it to Las Vegas from Washington state. I had no way to wash my car here in Vegas, and I found Gloss It through online reviews of detailers in the area. I called Rich and he was incredibly friendly and got me in for a detail within an hour. He comes across as a really nice guy and was more than willing to answer all my questions regarding my personal detailing techniques and potential products to use. He seems like someone who truly has a knowledge of his trade and I would not hesitate to suggest his services or products to anyone who cares about their car. I also thought his employees were very nice.

I just called this place to get an estimate and the guy on the phone which Im not sure if it was the owner (which it will be sad if it was) but he seemed that hes doing me a favor instead of me doing him a favor by giving him my business, he doesnt have customer service skills and truly dont understand the star rating which I believe come from his friends because with that attitude he aint getting my business, Im taking my money somewhere else to whom really deserves earning it. This is the problem of these kind of businesses that they think theyre the best in town but they have to realize that they are others out there who are humble and Noble. Which this guy didnt have.

I loved my 1957 Thunderbird after all the hard work the guys did at your shop. The car looked new and comments have been incredible. Anyone who has a classic car should bring the car to your shop. I could see the guys took a lot of interest in making this car a beauty. Detailing can be none better than Gloss It. I really wanted to give gloss-it a try. I think they have a great product and would have done a great job on my Lexus .so this review is for customer service only .I talked with Rich on the phone and he was great about getting me in early for a wash wax and hopefully clay bar before their next car was due in.I arrived within minutes of our phone call.... but unfortunately I couldnt get past the reception guy behind the counter window. He seemed actually annoyed I Interrupted his conversation with his friend about Las Vegas real estate? and said with some attitude he would be with me in a few minutes.I waited in the nice small lobby for afew mins and checked out the detailing supplies which appeared high quality.Nornally Im a pretty chill guy...but once I heard the continued conversation turn to house sizes and how many bedrooms are needed/wanted.... . I knew car detailing customers was not his priority ...and I needed to look elsewhere .Maybe some customer service training would be of assistance .

Called to get a quote this morning.The clown on the Phone was trying to push every service they had on me.He was extremely rude and quite proud of himself.(Not impressed)I wanted a Wax and the interior vacuumed.They quoted me $600Are you kidding?This place is a joke.Get over yourselves.You arent scientists..You are a glorified car wash.Beware of the owner Pete he is a complete Moron.He went nuts on me after I posted my Yelp review.To many steroids Pete?

This place is superb. Not cheap but anything good usually isnt. I was skeptical at the price but when I picked up the car I was astounded. It looked showroom new and this classic car was 15 years old! It had blue paint but I did not realize it was metallic blue. Almost every scratch had been removed and the paint look like glass. Worst part is, the car is so beautiful, I am afraid to let anybody else wash it.

Uuuhhh they corrected my paint problem efficiently without annoying me too much. THEIR guard dog scared me at first but then I realized he was a softy.....

It is one thing to take your car to a detailer for a paint correction procedure vs an industry expert that innovates in the industry and also provides personalized attention to detail on your vehicle. Rich and his professional staff worked over my 62 vette that had some scratches and made it look like it just had a fresh paint job. It looked like the car was dipped in a vat of wetness, not to mention a full detail gratis. Using his proprietary wheel cleaners, my billet wheels where cleaned to look freshly chromed. I think as long as you dont expect a miracle your expectations will be far exceeded. Big thumbs up!
