From driving up to the car wash till leaving, everyone was very friendly and helpful. After the $16.99 wash my car looked like new. I will definitely return many more times.

I wish I could remember the fella who detailed my car but he spent almost 50 minutes throughly vacuuming the interior wiping down the seats cleaning windows inside and out in 106 weather. We have a dog with long hair and the backseat floor was covered with hair. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be back. They also have a discount for seniors

My go-to carwash in Summerlin, when Im in the Vegas area. Always a good job and reasonable prices. For those afraid of Covid they have a great special on exterior wash only. Ive used tis one for several years and will continue.

I have been going to them for 4 yrs. They use to do an amazing job…but the last 2 times it’s been horrible. They didn’t move a bag off front seat to clean it. They didn’t vacuum it either. Left crumbs and a dirt spot that was easily removed on seat. The guy who said he cleaned it tried to explain his reason. I told him ahead do a good job and there is a 20$ tip.

I have been going to Sparkle for many years. They are my go to spot and I never go anywhere else. They do an amazing job. I always get the executive wash. However, I am giving three stars because the last couple times I’ve noticed things like the interior door still has dirt/scuff marks, windows not throughly cleaned, still had coffee spots on my center dash from the previous week.. although minor, I just feel like these things should have been noticed.

So like decent car wash for the price. The guys are legit beasts on the vacuuming. I have dogs so its a perfect fit for me. Also I would rather pay someone then do it myself (Im lazy). Little bummed I didnt get the yellow foam in the car wash only the pink and blue. I gotta upgrade next time.

Came in to get the $4.99 exterior only special. Wow, I cant even complain. The gentleman hand washed my vehicle for 5-6 minutes before going thru the tunnel. Literally amazed, never seen any type of car wash do this before. With the exterior wash you also get a hand dry which is a plus. The guy who hand dried my car helped me out of my truck and told me where I needed to pay. I will definitely be back. The results on my truck looked amazing.I will be back to try a full-size wash when I have a little more money on me

That was a surreal carwash place. NOT going back. The driveway entry to it appeared to be a old calcium stain skeletal piped boneyard filled with hanging dirt filled blue dry rags on its gawky arms. The walls of the driveway were filled with green black mucky algae uncleaned and unwashed for years. After a wet, bubbly, soap saturated, and flushed crawl out of carwash, my car turns around the building to a stop for a quick dry wipe down. Once dried, I get out of the car, and I was told to pay inside. Inside all shelves, food counters, and food machines empty and still. Not a single customer inside except one teenage employee who appears in his break. He sat there with no eye contact or no sound. Finally he said the other employee is in the bathroom. After waiting for eternity, another customer came in the building and an old 60ish lady got out bathroom, the cashier. Well to all the readers...Do Not Go there for a car wash!

I was there over 2 hours for my car wash and interior detail. Good experience. Learned alot. The website is an explanation of all of the pricing it even detailed in the services. However in person, everyone there is so helpful in filling in the blanks. Its the reason why I was there for hours. I even took pictures of the detailed services so everyone could have a better understanding since the website doesnt.

My husband takes care of his vehicle and takes pride in its upkeep. We just recently moved to Vegas and have been having trouble finding a “good” hand car wash that does and impeccable job and THIS. IS. IT. PHIL is excellent! He treats our car like it’s his own.

I was weary about bringing my car to a car wash that pulls your car along...just something I didn’t want to try. Fortunately my regular car wash was down so I came to Sparkle out of need and boy was I surprised and happy with the outcome! I did the basic wash for $4.99 and it did the job, I would definitely recommend this car wash and will be returning myself.

I got the most expensive wash and wax they offered, and it was almost 5pm so I couldn’t see that well. The next morning when I looked good, they left water spots all over the car and the rims were half way wiped. The attendant that helped me pushed to up sell me to the highest package and I have to finish the job my self

Great car cash with something too for every budget. You have options on basic wash to extend detail. I personally go executive which is a run thought wash and dry with hand drying afterwards, tire cleaning and polish. Vacuum and interior cleaning the polish and hand buffed. I alternate between that and the wash dry and vacuum.

I was satisfied with the service here. The guys got the car pretty clean. I did have to ask them to go back over the doorjamb for the cargo area. I had been driving on dirt roads and there was still some dust in that area. And the interior windshield had some kind of residue on it. When my window fogged up just a little I couldnt see. I had to pull over and wipe it off. You cant beat it for the price though.

The dryers forgot to wash wipe my tire rims this time. But other than that Sparkle is an excellent car wash.

We got our car washed here for the first time recently and it was a great experience all around.Very competitive pricing and quality service from beginning to end.We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman whom explained the available services in detail .Once we decided on the wash we wanted, we went through the tunnel and out to the area where they finish the wipe down of exterior and cleaning of interior.The wait time was about 15 minutes which is average for this type of service.Overall we were very happy with our experience and will likely return when in the area.

Got the car pretty clean outside with the exception of a small amount of bird droppings that had dried that was left on the door. Inside was ok, several big spots not wiped down though and when I mentioned it the guy seemed pretty irritated and huffy about me telling him about it so I just left and went over it myself at home. Was told to leave my car seat in the back as well and they would blow it out but it wasn’t so there was still crumbs in under and around it. Also they threw away a bag of food I had placed in the back window to save. Also forgot the fragrance. Vacuumed very well though so that was a plus

So... apparently to this establishment paying $60.00 plus tip to get the interior of your car shampooed simply means wetting the seats of your car. By the time they had spent 2.5 hours with my car it looked the same as when i handed over my key, except for the fact that now it was wet.This was the second visit to this car wash simply because its next to my office but definitely the last.

On Friday December 6th my girlfriend took her car to Sparkle Car Wash to have her car cleaned as she has been a loyal customer for the two years she has lived here. She got there just before 4:40 and they began turning customers away just before 4:45 despite their hours of operation being until 5. After the car was finished they gave her her keys back and she went to leave, however the car wouldn’t start. Manager Brian Ramirez went to the car and also tried to start the car. He then realized the issue and tried to have him and his staff jump her car stating it must be the battery. This did not work.He told my girlfriend that he found a “trend that these cars have computer issues” however he would not show her this research and when we looked ourselves later there was no trend of computer issues. Brian is not a mechanic but felt need to diagnose the issue so as to remove blame. Heather requested to speak with the manager and Brian stated he is the manager. He said she would have to have it towed and that they were preparing to leave. They also would not refund her money for the wash because the till was closed and counted despite it being barely after 5pm and customers were still on premises. After a moment a female employ a came from the store telling heather that she needed her car towed. When heather asked for this woman’s name she replied her name is “Sparkle Car Wash”. She told heather other cars have broken down at their wash before due to “years of damage to cylinders”. Heather car is a meticulously maintained 2017 Jeep Cherokee always taken to the dealership for service.I arrived shortly after. I immediately noticed that the entire area in and around the car wash smelled of marijuana.The woman identified herself to me as “Beth” and “she is not legally required to disclose her last name”. At this point I requested the company insurance information since they had done damage to heathers vehicle and we would need to file the claim. Beth told me “they don’t give that out and if I know how insurance works then I have to file it on our own insurance” which is not the case. Beth then went back in the store and came back with a “damage report form.” This was the first this form was shown or mentioned to Heather despite this chain of events now had been on going for 45 minutes. I asked Beth again what the insurance was and she told me “I won’t tell you so go ahead and just call the cops on me.” When I made note that the whole area smelled of marijuana she said “well it’s legal here” and Brian told us “what the employees do is not his business”. When the police were on the way all of the employees put their marijuana in the back of a White Toyota sedan. I was then physically and verbally threatened by one employee when I told him police were on the way. He Told me he would “f*** me up” and that “he’s lived in this country for 22 years and knows his rights” he got in my face making bucking motions and raising his hand to threaten hitting me. He called me “idiot”, “retard”, and “dumba**” before all of the employees got in the Toyota and left. After an hour of waiting for the non emergency police response Beth and Brian called the police to say it was a disturbance from us and that they were leaving. the police advised us to follow up legally. We then had to call a tow truck and pay out of pocket for the damage done by Sparkle. When we were getting the car prepared for the tow we found a Marijuana Vaporizer Pen in the driver floor board where Brian had been sitting when he was trying to fix it.This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received in my life. I am out of pocket $500 for the tow and the damaged electrical key. And I was threatened and insulted by an employee of the car wash. If this is how Sparkle chooses to conduct business, then they will not be in business much longer.

I have been going to this place for a very long time. I recommend it highly. Make sure to tip well, because they are working very hard to make you look that good in your car.

I was thinking of giving this place one more try, but when I think of the service I received I say no thanks. Took forever for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then I waited and waited and waited while my car was being serviced. When I asked how much longer the guy points to my car just sitting there and says its been done. Ok, so you dont even bother to tell people? The actual wash was average at best. There was still places in the car that were not cleaned. This place is definitely not worth the money.

Its hit and miss with this place. Pros, they wash our dually. Cons, they have to hand wash it and dont always do a great job. Some visits we are thoroughly impressed, and others we are disappointed. Maybe customers with smaller vehicles have better luck?

Got a wash and a wax here and I have to say it was the worst wax. I even had to point out places on the hood of my car they missed putting wax on. One kid tried to tell me it was there I just couldnt see it. So I said no there is none as I wiped my finger on the area and showed him that there was no wax on my finger. When they were supposedly done I had to show them where there was still wax on my car. When I got home I did a more detail inspection and found a lot more areas that did not get wax. I know this cause there were water spots on several areas. Not to mention I went over my car with a towel and u can feel the areas missed. I will NEVER return to this location.I would give a 0 if I could.

The cleaning crew here uses pressure tactics to try and scare you into giving them your car insurance contact information so they can open a claim on your behalf or something.I just came to get my car cleaned, not a diagnosis on tiny repairs you want to nickel and dime me on.You lost our business.

Worst car wash Ive seen in a long time. half the machines dont work, but are happy to steal your money. No attendant. Hardware is old and takes a while to switch between soap and rinse etc. Suds remain in rinse no matter how long you use it.

Older car wash. Really took the time to clean car. Im glad because cost was on the high side. Pushy sales guy tried to get me to repair windshield. I said No 3 times and finally turned and walked away. I get full repair and replacement included in my AZ insurance policy. Why would I make a claim or pay out of pocket. Annoying to keep explaining that I dont need his repairs.

The manager was extremely accomodating by accepting a coupon I had from the previous owner. The cafe/gift shop is very well maintained. However the older gentleman who washed my car could be a bit friendly.

Was empty when I went so it was pretty quick, average pricing and about an average wash. I think their actual wash process was lacking, hand brush guys were distracted and not a lot of other cleaning brushes in the drive through part. The dryer, interior cleaner was solid. No monthly wash plans.

Fast and when you check your car for leftover dirt on your wheels and undersides, you hardly find any. I recommend Sparkle carwash.

I am not at all impressed with this place. They really pressure you to buy extra packages at the entrance. I had to decline multiple times. After I came out of the car wash I waited in my car for 15 min before I had to get out and go find someone to start detailing the inside of my car. For $24.00 this was a huge waste of time. I spent over 45 min for a simple car wash with and interior detail.

I bought a car wash voucher with no expiration date on it and they will not accept saying new owner will not honor, seems very dishonest will not return here again. Went to Fabulous Freddies, great customer service, we upgraded to full car detail, which was actually cheaper at Freddies than Sparkles. They may have saved one voucher but lost lifetime customer and repeat business

We take all 5 of our cars here and Juan always does an amazing job
