My sister took the car to get washed and after picking it up the screen was all broken. We talked to the manager and he said he remembered driving the car to get washed and the screen wasn’t broken but if we didn’t have any proof that it was 100% his worker then he can’t do anything about it

I paid 125 and the job seemed rushed and poorly done after I went home and gave them 4-5 hours! U might as well do it at home🙄 is the detailing on rims don’t count!??

Great neighborhood car wash! They do a good job. Theyre prices are fair and if its not super bust they can get you in out in about 45 minutes-ish. Depending on the service you choose!

Went to get a car detailed...generally this takes them about 3 hours. Was there for literally 7 hours because somebody told him (the manager) that I left.... Didnt even get so much as an apology. We used to take all 4 of our cars to this location for washes and detailing. Never again.

It would be better if the bear car wash would have a card to stamp to keep track of how many visits to their facility instead of giving out slips of paper that get lost. But thats only if they are serious about improving by listening to customers opinions.

Wasnt that long of await. Less than hour. My SUV was really dirty inside and out, So for $19 and $2 tip it was a good deal. I will use them again.

Favorite place to wash my car, they will detail wash and clean your car, they offer different packages that include wax, hand wax, polish, carpet cleaning, etc

I got my car washed and detailed from inside and out only thing my driver side window got scratched up not just one little scratch multiple Ive got a challenger 2019

They did an amazing job on my car, had it completely shampooed and detailed on the inside as well as the outside my vehicle looks better than when I purchased it off the car lot.

Staff is very friendly. Lol friendly bears. Plus they always do an excellent job on washing your vehicle. And also a nice place to wait inside or outside for your vehicle.

Dropped vehicle off at 8 AM, proceeded to work and was told they would call me when it was ready, called at 4:30 PM and was told not ready, went back at 6 PM and still not finished told it would be done in 10 more minutes. Frustrating. Just not right

They didnt vacuum the rear of my van at all. And they werent busy at all. My neighbor and I went together in separate vehicles ( it was my first visit) and no they didnt vacuum the rear of her car either.

They broke one of my windshield wipers.Good thing I was watching through the window and stopped them before breaking my other one.I told the lady at the counter she walked me back to the wash area where the man was still yanking on my windshield wiper.I told him to stop and he continued, I had to yell at him before he did more damage.My windshield wiper $65 from Audi.Its a Audi Q7 so it has to be ordered from Audi.All they did was refund my $21 for a quick car wash. Im from WA state and was driving through to CA I didnt have time to sit there and argue with them also the language barrier didnt help. Im pretty sure they understood. They were just acting like they didnt. NEVER AGAIN.

The service is not good. I had to complain about the fact that we were there for 10 minutes before they started cleaning my vehicle and the people who came in after me got thier vehicles washed first. It should be first come, first served!! And then after the wash my vehicle sat with no one working on drying it, and I was left with water spots!

The employees were very nice. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened due to reading the reviews that they take a long time. I asked for the interior detail as my car needed some lovin. I noticed small details like smudges on the metal or on the glass. But overall, they did a good job. They said they were going to call me when they got done and I ended up calling to check if it was done 4 hours later and it was ready... Hopefully they were just about to call me... Ill give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. Id use them again.

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST CAR WASH IN TOWN!! I’ve been going here for years. They just did a major “ face lift” on my 05 avalanche yesterday and Nobody I Las Vegas can do it better,NOBODY!!

This place is careless! Brought my 2018 Ford Raptor for a wash and wax. When they finished I noticed multiple spots that still had wax on it! The worst part is my windshield had a large crack on the windshield! When I talked to the manager he was disrespectful and said “it’s your problem now”. First time coming here and I get a crack in my windshield smh! Definitely not recommending this place!

Basically I went there for a detailI paid a $170 when I check my car it wasnt even close to a full detailThey do a good job for car wash if you keep an eye on them but for detail I do not

If I could give this place negative stars I would. If you care about your vehicle at all do not take it here. They will take no responsibility for damages they do to your vehicle. I did a walk through with the vehicle before hand. Nothing. After they gone done with it; a huge scratch on the front. Even after confronting the person who washed the vehicle who confirmed he didnt see anything on the front of the vehicle after he washed. This confirmed it happened during the detail process. The manager still would not take responsibility.

My first, and last time here. I got the super deluxe inside and out wash. There are water spots all over my car. Dirt still on my mirrors. They didnt wipe any of the interior. They didnt vacuum the back seat area. The splashed the tire shine on everything. So 35$ later and Im going home to wash my car myself. Never going back or recommending this place!

My car looks brand new for $24. Includes interior wipe and wheels. Love this place

Good place for wash and wax.

They got the car detailed well but missed many parts such as dashboard, seat backs, and etc. They couldve done better for the amount I paid. (It is very expensive here. They are priced way higher than other detailers. I only went because my car is crazy dirty and I thought that for such a high price they would give me better treatment. Well, they didnt.)

Been coming here for 15 years. I have 3 dogs, inside always very furry, they always do a good job. One or two minor problems over the years, manager always takes care of things immediately.

This carwash is Trash didnt wipe off the dirt out of the Ebreak didnt vaccum my trunks dont waste your time here 27 dollars and cant even do the basics. It only takes one time to never comeback again.

Slowest car wash Ive ever been too. Quality was about 2/5 cleanliness. They keep taking customers but are not actually running cars through car wash. They put your car up to vacuum and another behind and keep cars so your limbod and trapped. Have heard 4 customers complain just sitting here thay they have been here for over an hour. Wouldnt come back if it was free 👌

Hands down the best car wash on the East Side of Las Vegas. The service has always been friendly, fast and efficient. Depending on the day there can be a bit of a wait, but it is worth it, in my opinion. The facilities are somewhat older, the lounge isnt posh, the massage chairs could stand to use replacing... if youre looking for those things in a car wash this isnt the place. My 5 star rating is based on the job that they consistently do when washing my cars, because lets face it thats what I come here for. Ive been to other car washes on this side of town and none of them deliver with consistency what Friendly Bear does, and that is a clean car without me having to explain and point out what has been missed and wait for it to be fixed.

They did a fabulous job and the detail on the job was fantastic they just did a great job.

Very dissapdisapp in the honesty of employees. I had my coin box full of quarters and really didnt feel the need to empty it. Got in my car and noticed immediately that more than half were missing. It was stacked 2 high. You really didnt think I would notice? WOW and I even tipped you. You lost a customer1st and last time I will go there.

Ive had my cars and van washed and waxed here for years and they are without a doubt the best in the valley. I have been in Vegas since 1985 and had my car washed elsewhere and none compare. Thanks guys!

I will never take my car there again. After it went through and the guy told me he was done I found little scratches all over it as if the rag he used had tiny pebbles in it. I didnt say anything because I knew theyd say the scratches were there when I brought my car in. They most definitely were not. I noticed there is another review on here about smelly dirty rags. Nobody supervises those clowns.

Handwash handwax timely(usually) manner.on this day they were so busy there was only one employee to a vehicle, usually two, so he missed taking the wax off a couple of spots, very minor, and it took a little longer than usual.but still 4.5 Stars.

I came here to get my car cleaned inside and out ($20). When they were done it looked nice but smelled AWFUL!! They must have used old, gross, smelly rags and dirty water. I even had to change my cabin air filter ($30) as somehow the dirty water/smell got in there, too! Never have I had this problem at any other car wash. GROSS!! Never going back..

Great place to wash ur car they do a very good job just put away your valuables they will take ur sunglasses if there nice they did too me and I heard another time about a lady complaining about her sunglasses being stolen.

I will give this car wash a ZERO!!! They have the worst customer service. I been there once and when they were done washing my car, I had to drive through in that same shopping center to pump gas and one of the workers wouldnt let me get through. They have no customer service experience. I called to ask and speak to manager and the girl there has the worst attitude ever. Dont give your money to this business.

My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Friendly Bear since shortly after getting stationed here (military) in 2006. We’ve since retired and live in N. Las Vegas, and we still take our cars there. We tried one other place closer to where we live, but weren’t satisfied. Over the years, detailers missed spots from time to time, but that’s why it helps to do a walkaround of your vehicle before driving off. When we see that something was missed, we kindly ask the detailer to get it and it was done w/o issue. The staff is very friendly - Elena the cashier and Leon the Manager, and all of the crew. They really live up to the business’ name! :)

Car came out with a huge crack! Manager didn’t even say SORRY and said it’s not their responsibility. Also I had 0 chips on my car I know because 1 is my car 2 I had just got my car. HORRIBLE PLACE NEVER GO HERE.
