UN_BELIEVABLE!!Southwest and their services are incredible. I called them after having spoken to many businesses in Las Vegas, even going so far as to calling fabricators to create new P-Rails for my swimming pool. I cannot easily install new without a tremendous amount of cost/labor in concrete demo and drilling.Vince confidently told me Im sure we can make your rusty stainless look showroom new. Bring em down and Ill show you a sample.I drove to his shop, he took one P-rail and in 5 mins came back with two different mirror finishes in small sections. They looked BETTER than new.Of course I left the P-rails there, and he had quoted me a cost that was 10% of what new rails (not including construction) would cost. Southwest also welded the open spots where water was sneaking into the pipe, and the stainless weld job was very well done.Two days later, he called and told me they were done. I was looking on the internet for a place to take my beat up yard art and came across Southwest and decided to stop by and see their shop. When I went in I spoke to Jenny and she informed me that Vince would come to my home and give me an estimate for restoring my objects. He came by that afternoon we agreed to a price and he loaded them in his truck and called me very soon after to come and take a look at his work and see if I was happy. Needless to say I was thrilled, I have posted the before and after photos to show what a difference on one of the pieces he did. While he had my brass Bulldog in his shop, people who saw what he had done to it, wanted to buy it. Just so happy I found Vince and so happy with his work.Maureen Lite

I am so very happy with the service and expertise of this company. Had a brass table that was extremely worn and damaged. The owner was kind enough to come to my house to give a ballpark estimate. First time I have ever paid the low price of the estimate. So very honest. The table looks brand new!!! Would highly recommend!!!

I feel compelled to give this review because I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I have been through with this business. Back in June, I brought a metal wall hanging, which belonged to my mother, to this business. It was bent and broken during a move to my new house. They assured me that it was an easy fix. One month later, I finally got it back. They had me sign that i had received the item before I could inspect it thoroughly, which i thought was strange, but what do I know about metalworking? When I got it home and attempted to hang it on the wall, it broke and crashed to the floor. It is now in worse shape than it was in the first place. I have pictures if anyone is interested. Please be careful if you decide to give these people your treasured items!

I had approximately 50 pieces of original trim from my 1963 Chevy Impala that I was looking to have refinished and was considering sending everything to California to have it all repaired and chromed. The chrome plating process was extremely cost prohibitive, so I then considered having the pieces refurbished in a more natural finish, like they would have appeared from the factory. A quick Google search turned up Southwest Metal Restoration and I brought my pieces to Vincent and his team. I was skeptical, because I wasnt sure that any shop in Las Vegas could offer the craftsmanship of a California shop, but after reviewing samples of their work and discussing options for finishing, I felt like my pieces were in good hands.I dropped the pieces off in December with no time constraints on getting the finished product back to me. I wanted to ensure that it was done right and that care was taken in the repair and refinishing process. I went to pick my items up today and all I could say was WOW!!! Southwest Metal Restoration hit a home run with my project. Every single one of my 54 year old trim pieces had deep scratches, dents, gouges, or combinations of all three and they all look absolutely brand new now. Such a high polish was put on them that the pieces actually look like theyve been chromed. I wasnt looking for concourse-level show chrome, just a high degree of shine; Vincent and his team delivered more than I couldve ever imagined. The craftsmanship is second to none and my pieces were returned in a timely fashion. I have additional trim pieces that I still need to remove and you can bet that Ill be taking them to Vincent and the boys at Southwest Metal Restoration. THANKS FELLAS!!!

Terrible service. Tried to get items chromed for multiple return business. They decided to go to lunch instead and leave a customer knocking on their door. Never again. Go elsewhere.

On October 21st, at 7:58 pm I text Vincent, confirming he was going to come to my house on Friday; that I was getting my statue drained so he could start the restoring process. He text me back and stated he was coming on the 24th and all work would be completed by the 28th. Monday the 27th I asked him what time will he be at my house, he states 10:00 am. Texts me at 9:00 am to state he will be arriving at my house at 1 pm calibrating his pressure washer. At that point I told him, I had someone at my house to meet him at 10:00 am and let him in and I was paying someone on stand by. He stated this is a 2 or 3 step process and he will need access to the outside of the house - AGAIN he states 10:00 for the following daysI text him at 2:08pm and stated you were suppose to be there at 1 - I texted him again at 4:00pm and stated you are still not at the property, have you decided not to do the job - he writes - I apologize my phone died and he will be there on the 29th at 10:00 am - NO SURPRISES HERE NEVER SHOWED AGAINTHIS VENDOR IS A TRUE FLAKE AND BEWARE - I HAVE BEEN IN THIS TOWN OVER 30 YEARS AND HAVE SEEN FLAKES LIKE THIS ONE - BEWARE
