Hands down Toni is amazing! His customer service skills are impeccable!! Even when our DJ cancelled on us the day before our party Toni did everything he can to make sure we had someone who was willing to fill the spot OR come up with a solution to our problem.He came to rescue again when our catering service didn’t come prepared, he was more than willing to make sure he was prepared for whatever mite happen that day to make sure we were covered and our daughters big day went smoothly.Huge thank you to Toni and staff for doing the absolute best and being the best!

Toni and team top knotch!! At the end of May, I found out that we were planning a sweet 16 for my daughter for August. Looked online called a few venues, most wanted to leave a message, or contact by email. I called Allure Gardens, and got a person to answer. Me, & my daughter scheduled an appointment, to get information, & met up with Toni. Toni is amazing, focused on what my daughter wanted, & also what I could afford. Lol very informative, very friendly. Any questions or concerns we had, he assured us with his famous not a problem. Its true, he handle everything, made my daughters dream, a reality. She was very happy, & Im grateful for for that, & all his hard work.

I can say anything, but positive things about Toni and Allure Gardens. When I called to find a venue for our wedding/reception, I was greeted by Toni who then went above and beyond to accommodate us and our budget. We were asked to put down a very small deposit and our payment arrangement was very flexible. Instead of doing buffet style dinner, he allowed the food to be plated and served for no extra charge. In order to help us cut costs, he also gave us recommendations for services (such as the DJ and Officiant) and offered bakery services for much more affordable prices than other bakeries we had found. On top of doing everything possible to try to make a budget wedding a beautiful experience, Toni was also just a genuinely kind spirit. Whether its a wedding, banquet, or any other special event.... I would strongly recommend anyone in the Las Vegas area to give Allure Gardens a call.

Update: Our wedding reception ended up being an excellent event! Toni was a huge help in ensuring that our vision was carried out fully. The venue was beautiful, the food delicious, and the celebration extra-special. My family and myself had a very good experience in the business aspect of booking Allure Gardens for our Thanksgiving family celebration. Throughout our planning the venue owner, Tony was well mannered, respectful and made himself available whenever we needed to come in and talk with him about our plans. The day of our event the venue was set up and decorated beautifully. Everything, and I mean absolutely everything with our event went very well. We were very impressed and appreciative that Tony took Thanksgiving day off from his family and friends to service us and insure our families Thanksgiving celebration was the success we had dreamed of. Everyone had a blast and we will definitely be using Allure Gardens venue for any future events.

Worst experience of my life! In 2019 we were promised a 100% refund by Toni if we found the need to cancel our event for any reason. Keep in mind I had another venue scheduled but decided to cancel and roll with Toni because of the cancellation policy promised. My party was scheduled for March 28, 2020. Then COVID hit! We lost our jobs and the venue refused to provide me a refund. Further more I had to under go a $200,000 surgery with a significant deductible and still no refund from the venue, heartless!Now fast forward to 2021 and we had no choice but to use the venue where I was now promised the use of a limo that would be provided by the venue, in good faith in attempt to loosen the tension. The limo never happened, another lie added. What a joke! This is what $3500 got me; dirty table linens, dirty venue, dirty silverware, horrible disgusting drinks, broken toilet in the womens restroom, sub par food and a dropped cake, which was nasty as well! We were even charged for the free drinks that were promised to me and my guest. What a HUGE disappointment of EPIC proportions!

The place was not clean. The walls were dirty. The table linens had stains. The curtains had food stains. There was a bad smell to the place. The staff was nice. But I will never use this place again.

Beautiful banquet hall for a beautiful wedding and lots of dance floor space. Flat screens displayed videos/pictures of bride and groom and family. Amazing wait staff and bar tenders too!

Our banquet hall canceled on us 24 hours before the event. I called Tony and he came to our rescue and saved the birthday party for my grand baby. We are very grateful and thankful they are affordable and put family first. I will use them for every event

Total and complete disappointment!!!!! We were looking at venues for my husbands 50th party since 2019. We narrowed it down to this one and another spot. After speaking with Toni, we decided on this venue because of his customer service skills and all the promises he made. The biggest one being a full refund in the event of a cancellation. Well, our mistake was taking his word for it and not getting it written in the contract after meeting with him several times and being told this repeatedly. Of course two weeks before the party, the governor shut down the city. I dont see how this was in any way our fault. We had already paid in full and after several conversations back and forth over the course of a few months, we were told we would only get 50% of our $3500 paid refunded to us or we could just rebook a future date. My husband was laid off from work due to the shutdown, so we really could have used that money. We were told the owners wouldnt budge on their decision. Fast forward to March 27th, 2021, the date we were forced to reschedule to. We arrived earlier that morning to start decorating. The table linens were stained, the silverware was dirty, the flower decorations were dirty and had cobwebs hanging from them. We tried to ignore these things except the linens, we asked for the stained ones to be switched out. We ended up bringing our own wrapped silverware. That night when the food was served, it tasted like and had the consistency of 3 day old food. The macaroni and cheese tasted like it came from a box, and the alfredo pasta tasted like a frozen dinner. We were highly disappointed and a bit embarrassed as most of our guests barely ate any of their food. We were promised 100 free margaritas. After tasting 2 of them we could see how they were free. It tasted like a plastic solo cup full of lime juice concentrate. No one wanted margaritas, so they were charged $10 per watered down drink after their first drink, which was nowhere near 100 free drinks. The birthday cake was dropped and repaired, and was the nastiest, wettest cake Ive ever tasted. It was an utter and complete failure, and an extremely disappointing experience. I felt so bad for my husband who had been looking forward to this party for almost two years only to be let down so badly. If you book this place, please get all of the promises written into the contract or just steer clear of it altogether.

Not a good experience at all! Whenever we first walked in to decorate on the day of the party everything was so dirty. The silverware was disgusting, and the table cloths had stains all over them. The chair cloths were also messed up and ripped, and the seating area in the entrance was dirty. The flowers in the entrance were dirty and had dirt and stains on them. Later on we when we arrived to the venue we couldnt even get into the door. We spent about 5 minutes trying to get in when they finally opened the door. It was fine for a bit until people had to start going to the restroom. One of the toilets were broke and wouldnt flush, and the other one had some type of grey liquid in it. After we ate, the food seemed a few days old.. The chicken alfredo was dry, and the mac n cheese tasted like the kind you would get at Walmart. Not to mention, the bread was also very dry and stale. Even the cake tasted horrible. They messed up the cake, and it stained everyones mouth, lips, and hands. People were continually waiting to be served drinks, because the guy at the bar helped himself to a plate of food and was eating it in the restaurant portion of the place. Not to mention we were promised a bunch of free drinks and everyone started getting charged after one drink. Allure Gardens is ghetto and I do not recommend it unless you want your money stolen.

OMGGGGG! Allure Gardens is THE BEST! Tony had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! With my venue not being able to accommodate me last minute I came here and Tony was truthful welcoming and honest about everything!!!! I was able to customize my wedding the way I wanted. I cannot wait to have my wedding here this place is a life saver and GOD SENT! Please come here for all of your events! Affordable Beautiful and A1 customer service!!! Thank youuuuu! So happy me and my fiancé came across this banquet hall! From the outside we were a bit confused but once we figured out how to get inside we were greeted by Toni. He was very welcoming and professional and all our questions and concerns were answered. I had my 22nd birthday party there & the venue is very upscale & classy. My party was very fun & everything I could have wanted despite a few miscommunications this is a very great place to host ANY event. TONY is GREAT!

A very nice hall. Plenty of room nice dance floor. You can bring your own food and they will serve. Owner and staff were great. Not sure if it was their DJ or if the wedding party had their own DJ.

Omg Toni was awesome the cake and good was great never been to a wedding and the food was good. We had a problem with our bank that wouldnt let us get our funds out in time for the wedding I was beyond stressed but Toni allowed the wedding to happen any way and we made arrangements after the wedding. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER THEM

This is a beautiful venue, and the customer service is top notch! The food is amazing, and the ease of parking and the location cant be beat. Would definitely recommend this venue to anyone who needs to rent an event space!

What was supposed to be a happy day turned into a stressful night that me and my family just wanted to be over. We were told we would have an open bar. We didn’t. Slow service. Food was supposed to start at 7pm it didn’t start till 9pm! Our guests waited for everything to be ready.. food, drinks(which we had to repay!), toast (glasses weren’t passed out on time), cake(wasn’t passed out till we mentioned it & we didn’t even get to take home!)... just not worth it.

I had my wedding here in February of 2020And I have to say this was the worst experience I have had with service .First off we were promised so many things with the decor, playing and drink glasses . Tony, the guy who told we talked to through all this said that they serve nothing but crystal glasses no cheap plastic cups and the mr and mrs decorations were included with everything with no extra charge .The day of the event everything he said was not true .He open the doors 5 mins late I received a call saying that the doors were still locked for the banquet hall. And had to call Tony to open the doors!-the Mr. and Mrs. decorations we not there and the bride and groom chairs were not there also.He said we had to pay extra for those . Which he never mentioned at all and we asked him when we came to see venue area . So we had to pay extra for the chairs or we would have had a regular foldable chair .-the water glasses were not present at the tables when people asked for water they receive cheap plastic cups you find at a pizza restaurant.-we had bought a limited amount of a mix of beer and margaritas 75 beers 75 margaritasAnd we told Tony when that amount comes close to running out we would pay for another round of the same amount . Almost immediately30 min after the event started he started charging people for drinks and bottle water!-with in 1 hour he stole 2 of the 5 extra tequila bottles that we brought ourselves for him to give out if people asked for them . 3 or 5 people received shots they had to pay for and somehow 2 large bottles of tequila were gone . Why was he charging in the first place and how does that much tequila disappear. In such a short time .-The service was horrible once we mentioned all this to him he went to the back of the restaurant and hid for most of the night . No where to be found . While he had 2 workers handle a event of 150people .-took over 30 min to pass out glasses for the toast and the cake took just as long . Food wasn’t served until 9pm when it was scheduled for 7pm . Worse experience ever!Don’t not do business with this place!!!

This place is a complete hidden gem! Beautiful Banquet Hall!!! We needed a cute hall to have our baby shower and after going to Viva Las Arepas so many times in the past, we had no idea this place was next door until we seen the connecting doors open. We absolutely fell in love with it. With the help of the event coordinator Tony and owner Felix they made our event amazing!Tony is amazing to work with and does everything possible to make sure you have everything you need for your event such as food, the table set up and placements, colors, a liquor license, among many other things within your budget!!Since my husband is Venezuelan and the owner is also the owner of Viva Las Arepas, we were able to cater with the restaurant and had the most amazing Venezuelan appetizers.. beef, chicken and cheese empanadas, fish ceviche, mini arepas, tequeños, and bruschettas. Everything was delicious! It was all set up buffet style!Everything was just excellent and professional service. We brought in our own liquor and had an open bar with a bartender they provided, again we had to pay a separate fee for a liquor license but so well worth it. They also provided a waiter to pick up after our meal time. Just absolutely loved this place and cannot wait to have another event here.We coordinated with Tony and there was absolutely no problem with bringing in our own people to decorate, for the dessert table, etc. Thanks again Tony for all your help with making this event so easy and special for us!

It was a great experience for family and friends to enjoy a beautiful ceremony. I enjoyed the music and also the food.The employees were incredibly nice,and the decorations were impeccable.They made everything customized to my liking, and nearly granted my every wish.Every one was also pleased about the open bar.Overall a great place to cast your party.If I ever have another party, indeed i will have it here.

This place is sucks, I went there try to rent banquet hall a little short person came at the counter. The first word came out of his mouth I don’t have a lot of time. Then Why are you working here if you don’t have the time for your customer get out this job, no customer service at all, I would not recommend to anyone and to go there, fine different banquet hall.

My niece had her wending at this place but they had serveral problems that I wasnt able to solve. Their organization wasnt the best in which they didnt seemed to fallow. The things they told us that was going to happen that day wasnt accomplish.

I held my graduation and 18th birthday at Allue, and it was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. The man who helped us, Tony, was wonderful and incredibly kind. There isnt a single venue in Vegas that even holds a candle to this place. Everything from the place itself, the the decor, to the lighting was on point. I am incredbly happy and grateful to everyyone at Allure that made my day what it was. I know for certain that it was an event I will never forget.
