I recently attended a wedding there a couple of weeks ago. The AC wasnt working and it was miserably hot! They had to serve the guests ice water before the ceremony because the inside temp was rising. Its beautiful inside but until they get the AC situation fixed, I wouldnt have any thing held there anytime soon. The temporary solution they have only cools whatever is directly in front of it but left everything else hot. I felt bad for the bride & groom but we made the best out of it for them and their special day. Pretty sure we all lost about 10lbs of water weight as we were drenched in sweat. If you have something scheduled there in the next month or two, make sure the AC has been fixed!

From beginning to end our whole experience with the Chandelier staff was a pleasure. Although stressful with Covid and having to change our guest count several times, we are happy with the outcome and so pleased with the final event! Maritza and Fernanda assisted me through every detail and question. Having Judith as my event coordinator was an added bonus. She was organized, professional and personable. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her at our event. We continue to get compliments on the food, dj Alvin, the staff, bartenders, security guards, and photographers. Everyone’s face was in awe when they walked into the venue. It was beautiful. More than we expected! My husband and I could go on and on about our amazing experience. Thank you all for making our event unforgettable! We would highly recommend The Chandelier for all events and celebrations!

We held our company holiday party here. The venue is absolutely stunning. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, but once you walk in, you are transported to another place. Its just beautiful. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful. They think of literally everything. I appreciate that they had security hanging out at the door all night, and a large, well lit parking lot. They make planning a party so easy, and are on top of everything. We used their DJ and Photo Booth vendors and were very pleased with the outcomes. If we could offer a little feedback, it would be to step up the food game. I was not impressed by the quality of food, and it seemed to be on the cheap side. It would make this place 5 stars if there was an option to spend a little extra for higher quality food. Perhaps a Tier system? Overall though, we were very happy with our experience and would recommend them to our friends.

It is a good wedding venue. They do heed to strict timelines. They were all nice and professional. Came all the way from Texas to attend.

I just had my wedding here and I had the most amazing time! We had booked before covid and our date was set in a weird time 2020 so we pushed it to July 2021 and the outcome was perfect. Food was good, staff was AMAZING. My coordinator Judith made sure everything was perfect for my day and our DJ Alvin kept the party poppin! 10/10 recommended because My husband and I had the best day if our lives

I was at this place at my niece wedding yesterday and it was an awful experienced. I never been to a wedding reception banquet hall that was terribly hot inside. They told us the day before the wedding that the a/c was broken and they used big fans in every corner of the hall. Plus Vegas was 100 degree. It was very awful hot inside and very unhealthy for big crowd, especially during pandemic. Their food was tasted nasty and their service was poorly.What I really liked in this place is there decoration, it was a beautiful decoration in the banquet hall and the wedding ceremony area.

This place is a scam!!! Run as far as you can. BRIDES BEWARE my best friend was suppose to have her wedding her wed Aug 25 however they called her in July that the ac was broken and would not be fixed in time. They refused to refund her the entire money they were trying their best to force her to 90 degrees inside the venue with these horrendous portable acs (see attached photos) they are very rude and only care about the money. They had the audacity to say “you’re the only one complaining” referring to the ugly air conditioner. They only agreed to refund 80% after taking legal action. She ended up having her wedding at palaseo del sol it was beautiful event, they actually knew the chandelier owner and said they had MANY people calling and they already knew the situation they were so accommodating and the wedding went off beautifully with a two week notice.

I loved it here my wedding reception on May 17th was perfect and my Wedding coordinator Judith made all the planning stress-free. From the food, decorations, to the DJ everything was taken care and to add DJ Alvin did an amazing job 😊I was so pleased with the service that me and my husband received I definitely would recommend this place For anyone wanting to have a wedding or reception

Best place in town to get married! 5 star service and everyone there is so nice and helpful. They decorate the venue so beautifully and you would think it cost a fortune to get married there. Miriam is the BEST wedding planner and made the day so much less stressful than it could have been. Thank you to her and all the staff at Chandelier for making my husband’s and my special day absolutely perfect! Oh and the food and cake are to die for! DJ Alvin is the best at his job too and played songs I wouldn’t have thought of and kept the party going. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible!

I do not recommend Chandelier. I had my Quinceañera event here a little ago and it was scheduled to be a little after the pandemic happened in 2020. That same year during Quarantine, before anything was prepared or set up for my event, I requested they help us cancel our event and to return everything we had paid they said that I could pay only half the price of my package and keep the other half in order to cancel. The problem was that I was nearly through with finishing paying the total of my package with them and not a single thing was prepared or ready for my party so they wouldn’t have spent any time on it and yet they wanted us to leave half of our money. Despite the circumstances I was suffering, they were not able to fully return my money. When the pandemic happened, my family and I struggled a lot financially and it was such a strain to deal with everything we had to pay Chandelier. The only option they had for me was to reschedule my event to the limited dates they had available. I chose a farther date in hopes that’ll a lot would improve in our personal situation. Through the entire journey with them, they further stressed and tired me with everything I had to pay, prepare, etc. Their office staff was cruel to me these past two years except for Marina and coordinador Letty who were extremely kind and understanding of my situation. I felt awfully distressed with everything they required of me and how their service was strict and not understanding in the slightest of their customer. In my opinion, most of them are only concerned with the money and their business image and not the comfort of their customers/guests. My package started of at $13,000 and throughout the year with everything else they made me believe I required for an “organized and stress free” event, I ended up paying $20,000 for 260 people for my Quinceañera event and in the end, I had quite some guests who unexpectedly did not show up to my party and I discussed with Chandelier if there was anything I could do to receive the money back of the people who didn’t attend and they told me they could not do so. Unfortunately, not only did that money go to waste but there was a lot of food that didn’t get consumed that night and it was already prepared that was thrown away because they did not want to give it to me to take even though it was already paid. It was difficult to deal with all of Chandelier’s rigid rules and limitations. In the end, it was not a fun experience and I did not enjoy my party from all the stress that something could go wrong and it would cost me even more. Despite everything I paid and thought I had it under control, things at my party still went wrong and it was not worth it.

Great vebue for the wedding for intimate to medium sized wedding.Dance floor was pretty large and the catering to the wedding was pretty good.Easy in and out of the front doors too.

My daughter got married there 4 weeks ago. I love the Chandelier!! Best place in town for a wedding! Its wonderful to be able to have a wedding & reception at the same place. The staff were very professional, helpful & caring. The food & drinks were delicious.They did everything for us & made us feel like royalty. I highly recommend this venue for your next event. Have as much fun as we did.

My daughter is having her wedding herebut due to the pandemic she wants tocancel her wedding for the safety of herself and others. Majority of the people that are attending are high risk and will need to travel via plane and the groom is an essential worker for the hospital that touches COVID patients daily and does not want to expose his guests that are refusing to attend the wedding. The Chandelier Banquet Hall is refusing to refund their money and do not have any kind of understanding to the magnitude of the pandemic. These our dangerous times and to have a company benefiting off peoples misfortune is very sad and unethical. Please do not do business with this company!

From the time we reserved the hall until the night of my daughters quinceanera, everything was amazing! My coordinator, the staff, the DJ!!!! Everything was perfect and everyone was friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place for celebrating your big milestones. Even security was top notch.

This venue is beautiful, but that is unfortunately overshadowed by the horrible service that their staff provides. From the beginning of our journey with Chandelier (I am an additional planner/consultant for a wedding), weve been met with hurdles. The people weve communicated with have been rude and unaccommodating, additional fees appeared out of nowhere AFTER the contract was signed and there were even slight undertones of prejudice and racism. All in all, I am hurt that the bride and groom have had such a lamentable experience surrounding what is to be one of the happiest days of their lives.

If I could give this banquet more stars I would! The service they give is very excellent and waiters and waitresses are very friendly. The food is remarkably delicious and they are very well organized. The way they setup the hall is spectacular but they are also open minded to your ideas if you have any in mind. My family and I were very pleased with how my celebration went. Everything in the hall is so elegant and I’ve never seen such a beautiful banquet like this one!

My husband and I got married at Chandelier Banquet Hall in November and it was absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the hall was and how great the staff and food were. As a bride, I couldnt have asked for a better wedding coordinator than Liz. She was so helpful and patient with my husband and I (and my crazy family). She put my mind at ease and was very understating of our many specific needs. My husband and I had such a great experience with her. She replied right away to all our questions and was very accommodating to our many requests. She was professional and aimed to please. The hall was very reasonably priced and the service was remarkable. It really made our day so special and were really grateful to have had such a great venue to celebrate such a joyous occasion. The wedding went perfectly! I would definitely recommend this hall to all my friends and family and Im even considering throwing other events there in the future!

I would not recommend this venue. After three communication tries by way of their website for an estimate and by way of a telephone call to a gentleman I received no response whatsoever. After speaking over the phone with the gentleman I was told: We will get back to you by the close of business. Did that happen? NO. Chandelier, you just lost my business and you lost MONEY! Thank you for saving me the headache of dealing with incompetent employeesand spending my money on a venue that doesnt return a submitted email on their website or return a telephone call. I saved $$$$$$$$.

Its a beautiful, spacious area, food is great, and the employees are fantastic as well always making sure your table is fine and youre never out of water or soda

Everything was perfect until the wedding day. On that day the person helping us coordinate the wedding who works for this banquet hall did not show up. We had to organize the outline of our wedding in 30 minutes while trying to enjoy our big day. They said someone would follow up with us, but it never happened. Still bugs me to this day the level of unprofessionalism, and lack of follow up.

I had high hopes for this place as my friend had booked a wedding there for 300 people and the price to me was reasonable for that amount of guests so i made an appointment. First off im a very straight forward person i like people to tell me the facts and numbers from the beginning. The lady there kept beating around the bush when i would ask for a price. She moved me to 3 different rooms just so she can give me a quote. So basically after like an hour of her just changing the subject she finally gave me the price which was almost 2,000 more than what my friend paid. My amount of guests was only 100 so imagine my surprise when she told me the price would be more than what my friend paid for 300 and the dates where only 2 months apart. I politely thanked her for her time and i let her know i had another appointment at another banquette hall that same day and that i would get back to her. The lady got so upset and told me that i needed to make a decision cus she had to know if she needed to sell the date to another agency. So i politely again told her i needed to see other places and if i could have her business card. She was clearly upset and basically told us we could find our way out. Then when we asked for her business card for the second time she said she couldnt give us one there and that i needed to go to another room. So i did then she basically just handed it to me and pointed towards the door. Its such a shame it didnt work out that place is beautiful. The second place i went to the people were much more nice not stuck up at all willing to work with me for the dates. Worked with us on the price made us feel a million times more welcomed and the place is just as nice if not nicer than this place. And our package offered more things for half the price.

I post a few months ago a positve review.We have had 3 events here .Due to the Corona Virus I had a party that was surpose to be next week.I put a $200 deposit down and this company told me that i could not get my deposit back.We were planing our 35th class reunion here.They were all flying from Alabama.We had 2 of our classmates died from the Virus.The corona Virus is out of out control .I was told to Pick another day and pay off my party in full.Know understanding are care for whats going on.We have also lost family member within my class.Do not give money to this banquet hall.

This place was so pretty my cousin had her quince here and it was amazing we all had a good time she was happy the whole family was happy the owner was really nice when me and her met him when she was booking the place and I am also considering to do my quince here too

My sisters wedding was at this place last week and the place was nicely decorated but the service wasn’t that fabulous. They messed up the color scheme my sister had picked out and cut the food time short. The planner was horrible on communication. Ceremony started 30-40 min later than planned and she tried to cover it up. Too many things went wrong for the price that this place charges. I rather do a party at my own house where I know I can attend to my guest properly.Not recommended

I WOULD GET MARRIED ALL OVER AGAIN HERE AT CHANDALIER... with the same hubby of course.. I LOVED IT... EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH IT WAS PERFECT... people do not hesitate to book your event here it’s worth every penny. Absolutely the Worst banquet hall Ive ever been to. I seriously would rate this as the worst hall in town. SECURITY was the worst my niece was an inch away from getting mased & regardless of the situation they have no respect for anyone including kids which is the worst. As guard they should know better on how to handle any situation in a safe way for themselves & for the clients which they had no care for, due to a SECURITY title Theyre trash.

We attended our son and daughter-in-laws wedding here and it was so beautiful!! The staff that waited on us was awesome!! Everyone was so nice!!

This has been the absolute most terrible experience I have ever witnessed! First informal security was the most disrespectful and disturbing security!! When we were asked to leave we were, they had the audacity to disrespect my cousins husband! Keep in mind he is such a humble, outgoing, successful man so for them to disrespect him in the way they did was absolutely disgusting. The fact that my niece literally was next to the person who got massed who had done absolutelynothing wrong & she herself got masse in her eyes should speak volumes on how unprofessional the security was! In no way in absolute knew how to handle any situation!Could careless if a childs in harm!There is no rate that can possibly describe how disgusting, disrespectful, unprofessional my experience has been!!!

I had my wedding there in October. The lady that was helping me would never answer her phone. She kept sending me to this other place across town. When I went for the food tasting she showed up an hour late. The security guard would check all my guests bags before they entered. I mean this is a wedding not some night club. That was pretty embarrassing. She told me about the security guard but not that he would check their bags. The food was awful. My daughter and my self had stomach pains and the runs for two days after that. The DJ didnt know what he was doing. I would tell him how to pronounce a name and he would just say something ridiculous. I mean how can you not even say the grooms name. When we where trying to have pictures done after the ceremony we asked to have the lights turned on normal and they said they couldnt change it. So my pictures came out with being red, blue, green etc. It was horrible. I would not recommend this place to no one!!

Just had my wedding there (January 2017). I paid for ceremony AND reception, The security guards didnt let people in until 15 minutes before the ceremony began!! It was cold outside and people had to wait over 30 minutes. I paid close to $13,000 in total and not only did they not let people in until last minute, BUT they threw away all the excess food that I had PAID for (buffet style)!! This place is too overly priced for the treatment we received! I honestly would not recommend this place to anybody.

If I could give zero stars I would! I had made an appointment over the phone last week with Alberto. I specifically asked if my date was available and was assured that it was available. My fiancee and I showed up for our appointment and they didnt even know that we had an appointment. Then, the man there proceeded to give me excuses on why they didnt know about my appointment. He then told me that my date wasnt available and he doesnt know why I was told that it was. He then gave me a hundred excuses on why they have bad communication and that there are 4 different people scheduling appointments and events. I have NEVER been to an establishment that is so unorganized and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place has people that works there. that is very disrespectful. Food very nasty and out of 25 taste tester only one of them was good..I would not recommend no one to get married there..iIts no compromising with nothin..You only get.one side with your meat..If you want a Spanish meal you would only be able to get the meat and beans no rice,no taco shell and etc..Do not go there.. You are just paying for the scenery..Thats it..

This place is too overly priced for the treatment and the package that was included overall they said it was 11 grand just for the venue without the food and the bar because we have a catering company and we were also going to bring our own decor so it really was not worth it

I was the maid of honor at my best friends wedding. The wedding reception was held at Chandelier and everything was great up until the day of the wedding. Theres a couple hiccups that could have been avoided, number one a young guy named Neri that doesnt speak English was put in charge of the function, only spoke Spanish. We asked him for a couple things during the reception and he never came back to us, we think he just didnt understand. He seemed confused at times! This is unacceptable for a professional establishment, English is a MUST!! Secondly, the food was just okay, one of the entrees was bland. My best friend (bride) has been bothered with this as it put a damper on her big day. Im being generous in giving 3 stars because the hall was decorated beautifully and the servers and bartenders were very helpful. But Chandelier for sure has a few things to work on.

There are no words to describe the amazing banquet hall you have to come and experience it, from the decore to the Increible customer service and attention the staff gave us from the start of planning to the very end. I like to thank the beautiful staff ( Maritza, Alberto and Mauricio) for making our wedding day so amazing you truly over passed anything we could have imagend .Thank you so much

Tried to buy a bottle of tequila, the owner was not around to answer his phone, waited for about an hour or so and no respond, tha staff is really good, i gave them a bad review for the reason that the owner never responded to his staff and to my knowledge the chandelierManagment supposed to be flexible in certain agreements and last minutes they changed their mind and were very rude to the point of stopping and closing the event. So be very careful and get everything in writting before you agreed to anything from this place.

If i could give ZERO stars .The banquet hall is beautiful, but the management is rude and disrespectful arrogant and unprofetional he made me believe he was the owner the way he was acting,came to find out he is only the manager his name is Mauricio Dorado, call me 2 weeks before my wedding to cancel my reservations after had already paid for my event in full,i would never recommend this place to anyone and by the way the food is not good they had like 2 dishes that taste more are less out of 25 :( :(

This place is very unorganized. I filled out a form to inquiry about pricing. I waited a week. I called and Alberto was too busy to talk because he was with another client. He said he would respond to the email. However no response to date and its been 3 weeks. I would not plan on the dependability of this place for a special event.
