Very poor customer service, they will hound you over a late payment and get rude with you all over $95 dollars. the manager there is childish and does not know how to conduct business. she is snotty even when you go to open a loan. this business should really find mature people. with customer service skills, remember the reason you are in that line of work is the customers keep you in business, I will write a review every day until corporate calls me. How they talk to you makes a person blow up. I posted 6 pictures The orange arrows me calling them, they would hang up and leave me on hold one time 19 mins one time 12 mins. Another picture with green arrows shows how many times they called me back to back and when I answered they wouldnt speak. Another picture shows they called my job I spoke to them and we hung up and then a min later they called my cell phone saying they are trying to collect. Remind you Ive been going there for years stopped for a year and went back. Sent numerous people there. but after this I will never recommend business

Very poor customer service, They keep you on hold for long periods of times, when they call you cause your bill a couple days past due they are snotty and call your job phone first instead of your cell phone then when you mention it, they tell you dont tell them how to do their job that they are trying to collect and when you say something cause they are representing a business they cant talk to you crazy so you speak back and they get on defense hang up and keep you on hold and not answer after you ask for corporate office number they say the number fast and then say make sure you tell them your late and, yes payment was late but they dont post notes when they speak to a customer. so next person calls your job next day very rude.. and too top it off they called my job phone 15 times and forgot to block their number one time so I knew it was them when all I was doing was on hold trying to get their corporate number.. I did let them know I would report to police and corporate office when I contact them. the whole time they called private caller their number was busy when I was trying to call in very childish

Worst experience ever... Took a total of 8 calls just to get someone on the line. Once i did they were very rude like they did not want the business very uninviting. Horrible customer service, was my first time using this service and I never want to go back
