Jessica is awesome! I went for bankruptcy services a couple years ago, and paid her cash. She gave me a receipt, and unfortunately, I never presented her with documents she needed. She tried to email me, and call me many times, let me add! I went back to her 1 year later, without my receipt, and needed to start over, and she helped me! She didnt charge me again, she walked me through the services, explained the difference between her paralegal services, and a lawyer, and gave me options on my case! She explained to me many many times what I needed to present to her, sent me texts on updates, saying, hey, you should be receiving this soon, make sure to check your mail. She would also always ask, did you get this in the mail yet? This is what this tells you. Etc! She also made it clear, it is against the law for a paralegal to charge as a lawyer, so didnt believe when people say shell charge the same as a lawyer. She is patient, is always available by email or text, and will follow up on you via email if she has a question! She has a great team, and handles cases on her own with her group, and explains what person has your information and why! Trust her! She will do all your dirty work for you and fix it like she did mine! I really recommend my friends and family to her, shes very understanding, and made me feel very confident! Because of Jessica, i got a second chance in my financial life, and learned A LOT!

I came here to get help filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy with Jessica (Paralegal) and it was one of the best descisons I ever made in my life! Not only was the staff friendly and helpful they even helped me with my garnishments that the creditors were taking from my check. Once I filed for my bankruptcy the staff immediately contacted me to see if my check was garnished (since they turned in all the paper work to stop my garnishments) and they even helped me get a check of the money the creditors garnished, Every paperwork I received in the mail that I had questions on I would email, call or text Jessica and she would reply a couple of minutes later, she changed my life financially and I will forever be greatful for that! Jessica is a scammer, she made me wire the full fee and the court fees while Im overseas then told me she cant file until I come back and when I came back and asked for my divorce to be filed she told me that I paid her too long ago and I need to pay her all over again.
