If not available, he provided a time for you to call him back.During court, which was by phone because of Covid19, he was also on the phone. When I had a question that I could not answer, he was there to help and clarify the question. My bankruptcy was not granted right away, but Mr. Gupta made sure I knew what to present to the trustee. He made sure that he was in contact with the trustee, and then he gave me the good news that the trustee granted the bankruptcy. Be careful when dealing with this law firm, he charge very cheap price but he does not tell you about other court cost. I had to find out about the court cost after the fact. He claims that he had told us and that we signed the documents before proceeding with the case. Plus we had to pay additional wage garnishment for 4 pay checks because he never took care of it like he said he would.Not recommended with this kind of business.
