I have been using T&M for over 15 years. Oil changes, brakes, electrical repairs, alternator, belts...they have never taken advantage of any situation. They are fair and honest. They changed out the in-tank fuel pump and replaced a power steering pump a couple of years ago.They recently repaired and replaced several components on our 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac truck. Cooling system flush, Transmission service and replaced a squeaky tensioner pulley.We were having our truck completely checked out as we are giving this vehicle to son for our grandsons use in Colorado. T & M also made sure it was ready for a colder climate. Nick understood the important of our truck being serviced and ready for a young family driver.

T & M is AWESOME - They repaired my transmission and it works perfectly. The service writer Nick kept me informed along the way. Kyle the mechanic that did the work did a fantastic job. The transmission shifts flawlessly and the car is lined up perfectly. Props to these two and their owner, Tracy.USE THEM FOR ALL YOUR CAR REPAIRS! They rock!I had an issue with my battery cable corrosion where my battery wasnt getting charged. I went to start my car about a week ago and the car was dead at the gas station I was at. 10 m worked on my car after I towed it there and had me up and running in less than a day. They installed new battery cable Terminals and fix the problem. These guys are Straight Shooters and communicate well and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs car repairs

Ive known the folks over at T&M for almost two decades and Ive always had an amazing experience with their service, quality, and transparency. My latest visit to them was due to my Jeep Renegade developing harsh vibration at idle and while accelerating, especially at around 4000 RPM. I stupidly took it to the dealership first, since it was odd to me for this type of behavior at only about 50k miles. This was frustrating and a giant waste of my time. They were incapable of properly diagnosing the problem and quoted me an unreasonable amount of money to fix it, since they claimed it was no longer a warranty issue. Nick and the rest of the team over at T&M, on the other hand, properly diagnosed the problem and gave me reasonable suggestions as to how to proceed with repairs. They repaired my vehicle correctly and on time and for an amazing value. My car feels brand new again, just how it felt when I first drove it off the dealership lot. I HIGHLY recommend T&M to anyone looking for car mechanics.

Our Family started bringing our cars here a few months ago from a strong recommendation from a friend. Glad we did, the prices are good and they do great work. They helped my wife out with no notice when her window broke literally in the driveway leaving on vacation. They put in a temp fix within an hour and got us back on the road quickly. I had gone to other places and gotten quotes of $1,200 and I went to T&M automotive Service and they fixed it for much lower than that. The guys in the office were very professional and I got my car done a day earlier than expected. This will be my mechanic from now on. How many times have you gotten that dreaded callback from the car repair shop only to find out that the final bill is LESS than you expected? Yeah, I know, right? But this has ACTUALLY happened to me a few times with T&M Automotive! They are a rarity: the 1000 percent honest auto maintenance garage. They know what theyre doing; they dont do more than is necessary; they tell you exactly what theyve done. And all at prices that even this repair-averse cynic has always found to be fair and reasonable. I feel very lucky to have found these guys.

If anything...sometimes they talk me out of having work done... that is to say if its something that is not major in the vehicle can still be driven without ruining something until we can save the money to get it fixed properly. Great place to bring your car for repairs. Tracy, Nick and the guys are all great to work with. They do great work and never do anything unnecessary. After getting a oil change they installed a new a/c control unit for no charge. They are honest and fair every time. Ive been a customer for 15 years now.

I live this place, fair and honest. I had to stop using them because they do not work on VW. They would be my mechanic for life. If you own American made then do not get taken by a lot of bad mechanics in town. These guys care more about service than they do about making an extra dime. You will not go wrong.

Nick over at T & M Automotive is awesome. I bought a 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500 in 03. Once the warranty was done, Ive used him exclusively. I have 260k miles with his help. Fluid changes and maintenance through Nicks business is why it still runs like new.

I’ve been going to T&M for 15 years, I am so thankful for their dedicated service. In the past I have been misguided by a few repair shops😢. That won’t happen with these guys! My dad directed me to T&M over a decade ago, and I’ve always had a good experience. My husband’s car broke down a couple of days ago, and we thought it was done for sure. I told him to take it to T&M, and they fixed the problems for less than $300. They even let him take the car home without paying for the full service because they were waiting on a part to come in the next day. Who does that? They don’t try to upsell you or tell you there are things wrong with your car to make money. They are honest people doing honest work, and we appreciate them so much! My husband has brought it up multiple times over the past few days... like it’s a miracle! You never know who you can trust in this town, but, you can definitely trust this business! We won’t go anywhere else.

Solid work fair prices

I came here because my truck was having trouble starting. I didnt know exactly what it was. I called them twice(2 separate days) and the guys I talked to where both very nice and helpful. I feel this is one of the honest places to take your vehicle. While on the phone they guy who helped me looking up all my truck information and told me exactly what I may or may not need based on the mileage. Didnt try to change or sell me anything that wasnt necessary.

Been going to these guys for years and theyve never done me wrong. They fix what needs to be fixed and thats that. I never feel like theyre trying to sale me something I dont need. In fact its the exact opposite, theyll let me know something is worn but has a little more life left. And in addition to good mechanics they are really likable guys. No nonsense, patient and friendly.

This shop is scrupulously honest! I cannot say enough good things about them. I am so thankful we found them, its hard to know who to trust. They were recommended to us by a friend and we have been going there ever since. They are prompt and communicative. Customer service is excellent. My husband once took his car in and wanted them to do some work on it, change some parts out and they said, that is really not necessary, they are all still in good working condition!. They could have just said, ok whatever you say and gotten the money for it, but no. They changed the parts that were in need of changing and told him to just save his money on the rest. I think that is fantastic and we are so grateful for that!

T & M Automotive is by far the most reliable, dependable and equally reasonably priced repair shop in this city I have lived here for 25 years and have had several cars and know a thing or two about auto shops in Las Vegas and Henderdson but I have been getting my corvette serviced at T& M for the last 5 years and know for a fact this is the best auto shop in a Las Vegas the guys Ion and both Nicks are great guys with excellent customer service skills . They really give excellent service with understanding and options to fit your specific automotive needs.

Finding an honest repair shop in Vegas is not easy. I was lucky enough to have been referred to these guys more than 15 years ago, and theyve been servicing all my cars since then. Never had any problems with their work, AND, above all else, they are HONEST, and will never recommend or perform unnecessary repairs. TIP: Schedule your appointment ahead of time; these guys are ALWAYS busy, BUT will have the job done when promised.

Excellent, honest, and reliable. I have been going to them for several years and recommending friends and always get honest answers and service. One of many examples, is a friend who was told he needed a new AC system for his van at around $2,100 buy one of the repair chains here in town. I told him to take it to T&M for a 2nd opinion. They found a bad switch, topped off his r34 and for $150 it has been ice cold for 3 years.

My family and I have been going to T & M Automotive for over 10 years......and I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his crew! They have taken excellent care of our vehicles and never try to up-sell. I trust them 110% and they always stand behind their work.

I do have to question $194.28 for labor.Really - where and how?How long does it take to cut a rubber hose? For whatever the reason - its not even a clean straight cut.How long does it take to screw down a hose clamp?its not like they had to remove a tire - or any other parts. Did not even have to jack it up. Total accessible from the top.parts used - 1 hose clamp should be less than 50 cents - cut hose and connect total time for someone that dont have a clue should be 15 min and thats after dropping the screwdriver 26 times. they are a RIPOFFAlso should not have used a hose clamp - should have used a quick disconnect at a high cost of 7 bucks. quick disconnect is what broke - and would have been a better and quicker fix as it takes time to screw down a hose clampin this case $194.28 that is a LONG TIMEWILL NOT GO BACK AND I WILL TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPOFFyou look at your own car truck look at the heater hose - dont matter which one - would you pay someone $194.28 LABOR to (1) cut the hose (2) use a hose clamp to reconnect.

I love these guys. Been taking care of my Jeep for Fourteen (14) years. Because they are so good and busy, the customer service is not as good though.

The very reason Ive been going to T & M for SEVEN years now is because they contact you during your service to ask if you want to move forward with their recommended course of action, all with price estimates BEFOREHAND.Theres never any pressure, never an upsell, only what is necessary for your vehichle to keep running FOR AS LONG AS YOU WANT IT TO.Been to Pep Boys, where I caught them adding an extra hour of labor before my car was on the lift. Been to Sun Auto and Purrfect Auto, where fixing a hose just meant a patch job and wasnt asked if I wanted a new hose-- a day of triple digit weather and freeway driving saw that quickly fail.T & M Automotive has my confidence and respect.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They Put my truck on the lift and then explained why my repair wasnt worth the money, and then didnt charge me anything for the advice. They are trustworthy and always reasonable. When I got another vehicle (a diesel) they referred me to another great shop.Best shop in town!

Theyre always fair and honest. I live off of the 95 and Horizon Ridge but if I need anything in regards to auto repair I will drive or tow my car to them despite the distance if need be because the team at T&M cant be beat.

Transmission wont shift, they found bare exposed wires on the the harness. Thankful they were honest and corrected the problem the first try. I will be back!!!

I went in because I thought I needed a tune up just because of the miles I have on my car. After checking I was told that I didnt need anything at this time. I was so grateful because I know for a fact if I had went anywhere else they would have taken my money .

SCAMMERS....i was reffered here by a friend...took my car in because it wouldnt start...they said it was my starter... picked up the next day...paid $501...walked out to my car and WOULDNT START...the owners son came out and got it to start and told me to take the car and to call him if there were any problems...lol are u kidding me? So I did and my car wouldnt start the next day....had to have it towed again...was told the new starter was bad and had to put another one on...2 days later car wouldnt start again...took it to ted weins...wasnt the starter was a bad alternator.....what a bunch of crooks...the owners son wouldnt compensate in any way ...had to fight with the credit card company and won!! I had asked for the original starter and had it tested...worked Perfect! When I told the owners son Id never do business here again...he said I dont care....please save yourself the hastle that I went through and use a different repair facility....i looked through lot of the reviews they have and a ton look made up to boots their rating..be careful !!!
