Got charged out the a** for my ac. Still doesnt cool my car is hot. Waste of money. Come to find out they over charged the ac so it messed up my cooling. Just get a can at autozone and do it yourself.

At first, it was good. But I noticed every time I go in the repairs got worse. My car was not in bad shape. Until now. I record every thing. I am taking it to get a going through. If it requires legal action.

There are people who love their work, others who love to rob people. This is one of the worst places you can take your car to repair the air conditioning.He over charges you first for something he says is necessary and then says that there are more failures in the car eventually and he never finishes fixing the problem in the car on the contrary it makes it worse. Talk about guarantees that are lies and deception to keep stealing money from you. I do not recommend this place to anyone a complete scam

The team at Express Autocare shows professionalism, heart, attitude and effort. I remember just stopping by last summer with my wife 2007 Grand Cherokee and the diagnosis was a bad AC compressor and thought we decided to let it gofer the winter, I had gone back and they remembered not only the car but the issue. Since then, I have had the very same Grand Cherokee fixed there, my good friends F150 transmission, as well as my Mustangs fuel tank pressure sensor. The work is quick, priced fairly, and they dont blow you off even when you are explaining your own amateur mechanic diagnosis. LOL

Brad and his staff were amazing. Being new in the city I had gotten a few bids for work. Not only did they give me a fair price (amazing price) they were fast and had me back on the road the same day! Only place to give fiance options to this that need it. I highly recommend and will return for all my car care needs.

This is one of the best auto repair experiences Ive ever had. I was able to email and get a response right away with a quote for the work needed on my car. I was scheduled an appointment quickly and the parts were already ordered. They inspected my car and notified me right away of some other major work I needed done. They gave me a new quote and was able to complete all the work in one day. They are very friendly and honest. Its hard to find trustworthy auto shops and this shop is one for sure. My car runs better than when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this shop for auto repairs.

We flew into town to purchase a car. We contacted Express Auto Care for a pre purchase inspection, and they let us go back and look under the car with them. We bought the car and returned that afternoon for an oil change and trip inspection. Loved the service and friendly staff! We would definitely go back if ever in the area.

Just got back from utah with my nissan truck and I must say I was very happy with my truck not over heating. Saturday u folks changed my heater outlet junction assembly and right after that I drove to utah state with no problems at all Im so thankful and grateful for that. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!! Took my truck in for a fluid flush. Got home, opened the hood and found out some of my fluids were missing and still dirty. Took it back and they claim they did the service again. Took a look myself and for a second time fluids were dirty & not filled properly. SCAMMERS!!!!

My daughters husband was on deployment overseas and was experiencing mechanical problems with her vehicle. I came to Las Vegas from out of town for a two day visit with her and took her vehicle to Express Auto care. Not being from the area I had no idea if Express would be the right choice. I took a leap of faith and let Express do the repairs. Express repaired the problems and even had the vehicle washed when my daughter picked it up. The manager Brad called me with the repair costs which were very reasonable for the work performed. It is nice to know that there is an honest repair service that I can rely on if my daughter should have problems with her vehicle in the future. Best mechanic I have ever been to to be honestly and I have been to way too many.When I first brought my truck in because it was failing the smog test, Brad definitely helped me out. I was very thankful and they also did a great job fixing the EGR valve issue that I had. I have not needed to bring that vehicle in again. He also really helped me out on my suzuki that I had as well. The follow-up after the service is incredible. Brad and his mechanics actually care about their customers and want them to be completely satisfied. I will never go to anyone else again when it comes to automotive issues.

I have always trusted Expreas Auto Care in the past, but with Brad at the helm, I feel that Im getting a more personalized auto care than I have had any any other place here in Vegas. His shop has taken care of all 3 of our cars so far (the oldest a 1997 RAV4; newest a 2010 RAV4) and was instrumental in getting the 2010 RAV issues fixed during the 10 day well fix it for free purchase window we had with Nissan. I highly recommend taking any car you are thinking of buying to this shop so they can perform diagnostic tests to see if there are any existing problems. Their prices are reasonable; the technicians are awesome; and Brad is wonderfully straight forward & professional. I wouldnt hesitate letting people know that I find their business an asset to our local economy.

Got a first class front-end 4 wheels complete alignment very pleased.

I took my car in for a diagnosis which was done and I was given a price of about $400 to fix. Once the mechanic helping me found out I had credit to spend he found a 2nd issue that was not discovered the first time around. I requested to have a light bulb changed and and the dagboard still indicates his was not done. In addition I had a fuse replaced for lighter outlet and it still does not work, My car was left with grease smudges and no windshield wiper fluid, very sloppy sevrice.
