I took my Corolla here after someone pulled a hit & run on my bumper and I could not have been more pleased with the service! The rep I worked with was in constant communication with me about updates and the turnaround was under a week! To top it all off he ended up saving me money and coming in under his original estimate. My bumper looks brand new! Great experience.

2020 Jetta. Vehicle in accident & unfortunately was declared a total loss. I’m grateful for the professional opinion as if they tried to fix a vehicle that is damage beyond repair, your asking for trouble especially with airbags/curtains installation & associated sensors. Staff was professional, courteous, and treated me well. Staff worked directly with my insurance (StateFarm) and that was helpful. Brought my car here for collision repair and was very satisfied with the high quality and precision of their work. Our car looked perfect after the repairs and ran without any issues. Rachel assisted us and kept us up to date on the status of the repairs. She communicated efficiently with our auto insurance to coordinate everything. I took my pickup in to repair body damage after accident. Roger was the service writer and did an excellent job keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair. I had a minor issue, drove it by and was fixed in 20 minutes on the spot. I give them 5 STARS.

Not a good place to have a vehicle repaired. My daughter just picked up her Honda fron AutoNation Collision Center after some accident repairs. As she tried to leave she noticed a warning message on the dash. She had them look at it and they quickly found the issue. They failed to electrically connect one of the door handles. I asked why that wasnt noticed by any of the individuals that drove it and he didnt have an answer. After driving it to work and then home she discovered another issue. When the window is raised and lowered it makes a horrible noise. Now she needs to arrange to return the vehicle for more repairs. It seems obvious that they dont bother to check their work before returning the vehicle to the customer. Do not use AutoNation Collision Center on W. Sahara.

My car was damage, the person USAA insurance, brought in the vehicle for estimate, thought the parts would take longer to get here, but no. three day later my car was being repair. before giving it back to me it was washed, and shine. looked like it did when first buying it. very happy nervous Nancy.lol. they kept me update made sure I had rental car as well.

We purchased a brand new car & a week later someone hit it. We thought taking it to a certified Toyota dealer for repairs was the best thing to do. Everything was fine until we apparently were being difficult because the first time we went to pick it up (which was over a month later) it was not “like new” as promised. So we refused to take the car until the issues were addressed. When we did finally pick up the car, they wouldn’t even come outside to look it over with my husband to make sure everything was fixed. On top of that, the repairs cost over $6,000 more than the estimate that was given. The accident wasn’t our fault & the car was BRAND NEW. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a little understanding since we were told we wouldn’t even know it had been wrecked. Between the other drivers insurance and this repair shop, this has been a total nightmare! UPDATE— we’ve had our car since Wednesday & the rear taillight wasn’t fixed properly & IT STILL SMELLS LIKE PAINT FUMES!

I brought my vehicle for repairs, I was told it would be ready in 1 week, that I would be called when ready. I called after not receiving a call or follow up by Christian. I was informed some of the parts did not arrive on time, and it would take a couple of weeks but I could pick up the car and use it in the meantime. I bring car back for another full day, and when I picked up the car, Christian informs me that they are still missing something and as soon as part arrives he would call, that it will only take 5 minutes of my time and to stop in at my convenience. Part arrives, I leave work early, and Christian tells me mechanics left early for the day but will go around the back to check if anyone is available. I asked him if it was more convenient I could stop on my way to work next day, tells me mechanics start at 830am and leave at 430 and insisted on checking in the back to see if someone can help. 15 minutes later another gentleman comes to tell me that Christian could not find anyone. Today, I left work an hour early to ensure i was there at least 45min to mechanics off time. Christian comes out of the office asking why i did not call in advance. If Christian would communicated that to me, I would have had. I don’t plan on doing business with them ever again, Christian lacks of effective communication, hides and doesn’t confront the problems, and instead of taking responsibility to find a solution puts the blame on me for not calling. Very unprofessional!

I came into this establishment due to an comprehensive accident I was in. Upon going here the guy working Christian seemed friendly. Once dropping the car off I find out thru my insurance that I don’t have a rental car option and Christian advised it would take 2 weeks to repair vehicle. Due to accident being pretty much all cosmetic called into establishment to ask Christian if they started working on my car. He specified no, but they just took the car into the shop. I advise Christian that I wanted to call a windshield repair shop first so please don’t work on the car and I’ll call back within 15-20 minutes to verify if I’m picking car up or not. He agrees. I call back after finding out I have $1000 comprehensive insurance and no rental car for 2 weeks. I love paycheck to paycheck and have been seriously affected from the pandemic so advised Christian 15-20 minutes later I will be picking the car up. He then changed his demeanor and says,”well they started taking the car apart so I can’t pick up my car until the next day”. He clearly was upset that his establishment wasn’t getting my insurance money to fix the car. I was then nervous they were going to mess with my car. I went there in the morning to pick my car up and it was raining. I asked him to give me an estimate of my vehicles damage. He quotes me $1700 which seemed very low being my bumper, grille, hood, windshield shattered, and roof of my car completely damaged. He was clearly lowballing the claim to screw me over. I ask Christian due to the rain will it be ok if I turn my windshield wipers on because I was concerned due to windshield cracked. He tells me I don’t know you will have to take that up under your discression. Meanwhile, the guy who pulls my car up has my windshield wipers running. I paid $44 for a tair down that never happened. My quote had nothing described from the inside of the car and after driving the car and noticing a sound from the front of the car I feel they messed with my car. Due to my concerns I call my State Farm agent and tell them I do not want themWorking on my car. I take my car 6 days later to a different collision center and I tell them I was quoted $1700 for all the damage. I show him the estimates and the gentleman states that there is no way to repair the roof of my car amongst all of the other issues that $1700 would be the damage. He quotes me $5200 and tells me that he was shocked that I was quoted so low from all of the damage that wasDone to my car. Please beware on taking your car to this establishment. I work hard for my money just like all of you and don’t want these dishonest people screwing anyone else over likeThey tried to do me.

Fast and friendly service. Out car was actually ready a week early. The repairs were perfect and the car looks like new. As a added benefit they coordinated with the rental car company and we just dropped it off when we picked our car up. The color was a pearl white and they matched it perfectly. I highly recommend them for your body work and repair!

Recommended by BMW of Las Vegas, I took my BMW 5 Series to this body shop to get an estimate today (01 02 2020); I was greeted with a receptionist that seemed tired and not happy to be working there.I was then helped by Ms. Falon Merel who asked me if I was going through the insurance then there is no need to write an estimate, they will provide me with one, just call them and they will assign you a place to take the car to get an estimate.She finally agreed to write an estimate after I mentioned that I may pay for it myself. She did not take any photos nor wrote anything down, just looked at it, went into her office and wrote it. Once done, I noticed that Ms. Merel added items that were not broken or damaged for replacement, inflating the estimate 10% - 15%. Furthermore, she was not professional and rude; I had to call her to ask a few questions as she hand me the estimate and left me as I was reading it, so she could go to chat about her New Years celebration with the receptionist...Fortunately for me, I have managed one of the largest collision centers in San Jose, CA for over 5 years, I am ICAR certified, and know a bit about car repairs. This estimate was overpriced and inaccurate.I would not recommend this body shop or their unprofessional personnel to anyone and I am really sorry that a brand like BMW of North America recommends a place of business like this one for its customers to take their vehicle for potential repairs.Please consider other Collision Centers in Las Vegas if you value your vehicle and the work to be performed in it to be professional, high quality, and appropriately priced.Gabriel C.

My car took 4.5 weeks to repair. After initial repair it took them another 0.5 weeks to fix the items that shouldve been fixed before. They cut corners. Not honest. Did not provide a repair estimate to me prior to repairing my vehicle. Would never recommend them to anyone. Shocked that theyre certified by many insurance companies and dealers. Just simply avoid this repair shop.

My experience was in March 2020 it was excellent...technician advisor was professional and very informative...had to have some body work done on the front end. When I was parking in a space I did not see the rebar sticking up from the concrete block and ended up with a rip in the body of the car that was about 1 long. Good job and looks great !! Highly recommend this business !!!

Toyota Certified Collision Center is a professional Facility with knowledgeable and helpful Folks, who explain the repair process and assist with all aspects of the necessary work/Insurance, protocols. They even arranged for an Uber to pick me up, this morning. I highly recommend them for top-notch repairs, completed in an exceedingly timely fashion.Much gratitude to AutoNation Collision Center.I recently purchased a used Prius V that developed a rear hatch issue. The door would not close correctly. Kara Mittelstadt met me at AutoNation Toyota, to give preliminary diagnosis and tentative estimate of repairs. She, along with Falon Merel, ( Repair Process Manager), helped me set up an appointment time; so no car rental needed, and expedited ordering the necessary parts.Fast forward to appointment: Kara and Falons original estimate for repair was accurate. I have waited a month to write this review as I was so angry with how AutoNation Collision went about their work. I should have known based on the reviews and what happened to me wasn’t that bad. I gave them three stars because they are recommended by the dealerships and eventually are helpful...I took my vehicle in (a theft recovery, yes difficult to deal with for any auto body shop) and Fallon right away told me she could total it. Lucky I did not listen to her and asked her to do an estimate anyways see what the insurance company says. 1 week goes by, no communication then my insurance company calls saying they are refusing to work on the vehicle. I call Fallon no response for 2 days and finally she says no the insurance company said they were towing it elsewhere. Anyways this goes back and forth. The point is customer service means nothing at AutoNation Collision (dealerships are great in my opinion). They do not return phone calls, apparently have a horrible relationship with their customer base and even insurance companies (time sucks) are put off by their attitude towards business.I recommend you go somewhere else. Again the rating is so that people actually read this instead of just writing it off as one bad experience. Never ever received a call from the manager when I left messages, they also were willing to give my keys to anyone... I had to insist that they write down the name of the pick-up party.

My car had over $18k in damage. repair was delayed by over 3 weeks . shop would call you once a week to give status but status was false. i know this because i went to see my car during repair and things that were suppose to be complete were not. when car was delivered 25 days late it had to be detailed because car was filthy. next day i noticed dome light not working due to fuse blown either in accident or at repair shop from disconnecting battery. i had to fix this myself because repair shop would not or could not figure out issue. i also had to pay a late registration fee because repairs were delayed and shop did not pay for this either. only thing positive paint job was good . never going back never recommend . i plan on contacting autonation corporate for compensation.

So apparently if you go to the BMW dealership here they send your car to AutoNation repair depending on which one you go to Henderson or Sahara is where they send your car so if you go to the BMW dealership in Las Vegas you go to the Sahara AutoNation well they did repairs on my car for some reason they wouldn’t install the dinan exhauste I wanted them to put on even though the BMW dealership is supposedly a Dinan dealer so now my car is at the Henderson BMW dealership and they found out that when the car was put back together from the AutoNation repair shop they pinch some wires related to my back up sensors and traffic sensors now the guys over at AutoNation (Roger ) is trying to say that it has something to do with my exhaust and they have to send it through the insurance company to see if they can repair my car? Really everybody who is an auto mechanic or knows anything about cars which you guys say you know my exhaust has nothing to do with any of that it doesn’t even connect to any of those systems it plugs into an exhaust flap that opens and closes that’s it. If you can take your car somewhere else I suggest you do I don’t trust them and neither should you.I forgot to add they also did not put the car trunk back together correctly there were several molding pieces that were not put on correctly that I had to takeoff and put back on terrible quality.

So... I really want to give this place 1 star for the quality of my car that I received after I had to bring it here to get my rear end repaired.However, on the customer service front, Kevin was super awesome and wanted to do right by us and continuously worked with us until we got the fix right and my car was back in its tip top shape. They do take care of you in terms of rental cars and ubers to get you where you need to be when you drop off your car for repairs. I will not deny that there were a few hiccups along the way but I credit Kevin hugely for putting us at ease, working with us, and really trying to make things right. So I will say that if you had a bad experience with Autonation before, their new management is working really hard to turn that culture around and its worth giving them another chance! Thanks for taking such great care of us Kevin!

Car was not properly fixed, caused a hazard and now unable to drive vehicle. Had to leave three voicemails to get to someone and they have yet to call for an update, its been almost a week since they towed my car.*Update finally got a hold of them and went for my vehicle. Was being blamed for damages and after going back and forth and showing photos I took before they received my vehicle, they then waived all charges. Im just noticing they took all my quarters and coins that were in a small container on my door lol it was like $7/$8 in coins.

Let’s say it didn’t end well. After 9 weeks I was finally able to get my truck back. The experience started out well in all. Fallon, who was my representative, was giving me updates twice a week at first. She then decided after giving me false information over and over that she no longer needed to contact me. Next week, that’s what she kept saying. Your truck is in the paint booth, it was not. At the end of the day the left the windows down resulting in sanded dust being all over the inside of the truck. They scratched my window tint, and the paint has swirls. I’m just saying I won’t be going back if ever needing to.

I seldom write terrible reviews, let alone after I have cooled off a bit after a less than desirable experience. I was involved in an accident and had my vehicle repaired here.All said and done I was finally able to get my vehicle back 1 month after the original promise date for a total of 2 months repair time. The time frame was much less a concern due to my understanding that repairs of this gravity tend to take an extended period of time. My larger concern was the lack of communication throughout the process. On average I made 5 calls to get a hold of someone to every 1 call I received. This may seem as though I was being overbearing, but in all reality it was due to the fact that they were attempting to put salvaged parts on the vehicle (120k miles on the parts) vs. my truck with 35k on it. After resolving this issue with my insurance carrier (agreed to new parts) they called Autonation to give go ahead on the repairs, Two weeks later I called on the promise date to get a status update fully anticipating it to not be ready yet. I was then told they had been waiting to hear back from me in regards to whether or not we were putting new parts on. My insurance carrier has this documented that they were informed to put new parts on two weeks prior. I received the truck back after two months, with new scratches in multiple places, a new front door that does not sit flush (My guess frame damage) Scratches from where they clearly struggled to put the new door on, misaligned bed, a terrible Vinyl wrap job, Missing sound deadening material in the one door they replaced (I notified them about this repeatedly). They even left the rear mudflap that had been damaged. Words cannot express how terrible the service and workmanship of this establishment have been. I only hope that someone can read this before they find themselves in this same position.

Stellar work, wasn’t the biggest fan of our advisor due to a lack of communication and the work was slow as they ordered the wrong parts multiple times. However, the body and paint work was top notch. The shop ultimately made it right by extending my rental car as well as refunding half of our deductible.

My experience has been an ongoing nightmare.They have had our car for three weeks now and are telling us it will take another three weeks for a repair that should only take 4-5 days.Their receptionist is rudeThey dont return phone callsTheir turnaround time is terrible - read the rest of these reviews before you surrender your car for 6-8 weeks.The jury is still out as to the quality of their work but based on my experience to date I imagine that the quality will be poor as well.

See EDIT 7.31.19 at end.Would give a zero star rating if I could. Theyve asked me to write a review BEFORE MY CAR WAS EVEN REPAIRED. Going on third week in a row where Ive been told it would be repaired by end of the week. Yes - three weeks of it wont be ready until next week. They ordered the wrong parts multiple times and say it is manufacturers fault. Doug hasnt returned my call asking when the car is going to be done. Theyve had the car for almost a month for minor front end damage.Bad (initial) customer service.Awful lengths of time for minor repair work.They ask you to review before you even get the car back.ZERO STARSEdit 5.29.19: Still a terrible review. My car has been in the shop for over a month. The manager Eugene called and it seemed all good but even he too has stopped returning my calls. Worst experience with a shop EVER and its not even over.....what a joke.Edit 7.31.19: While the experience overall was very slow, Eugene went above and beyond at the end of the day. There were some issues that were not addressed during the initial repair. He told me that hed take care of it regardless if it was part of the accident or not. Insurance denied the extra work and Eugene kept his word all the way through.While my experience overall was painful - Eugene is a man of his word. That speaks volumes.

After an initial excellent body repair, a small glitch in side mirror camera needed to be tweaked. AutoNation confirmed the item and took the car back for immediate repair. The car now looks great and works like just like new. Great job !! Highly recommend them.

I took my truck in for a bumper replacement. It took 23 days to repair my truck. I called every day more then once to find out the status on why it was taking so long. They blamed the insurance company and on average they waited one day for approval. SO lets give them 3 days on waiting all together so it took them 20 days to fix one small dent and replace the bumper. They had to pull off the bed to fix the dent that they missed the first time and was given the information for repair. So when they called me to pick up my truck it was done and I seen that dent I was pissed off. They had to pull the bed off again for the repair and Nick told me that my truck should be done after 2 days and when I called him for updates he told me that they scratched my truck and had to paint it I was so mad all over again!! I will never use this company even if they paid me!!! They made me use all my car rental service up for the year. I am not happy with this unprofessional company bad customer service from after drop off to pick up to drop off!!!! I replaced the glass before I brought it in and the deductible was paid in advance I explained that to Nick the first day I dropped it off. He had the nerve to call my job asking me if I paid the deductible he is scattered minded and needs more work to be a better customer service representative. He also had the nerve to tell me the insurance company did not send the last check they owed him. Very unprofessional on his part! Had my front bumper repainted by the dealership after a mishap in the car wash while in service. First repair looked great. After 9 months the paint began to flake off with any small rock chip. They repainted the bumper under warranty. Upon picking up my vehicle I found visually loose, and missing hardware, which they fixed. Now several months later I can hear parts rattling around over every bump and noticed that they painted over the gap between the parking sensor and the bumper. Great customer service does not make up for crappy craftsmanship and nonexistent quality control.

The work was fine... They are notoriously slow. As I was advised by certain people, who I don’t want to burn. I believe they don’t tell the truth. For instance, I asked for a copy of the invoices and my file. I was denied. There were things not fixed, that I discovered some time after. But, I had left the area.It really was not a pleasant experience. Go somewhere else.

EVERYONE...PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Falon and the rest of the Team at AutoNation Collision were absolutely amazing. I brought my 4Runner into them for some damage incurred to my grille. Not only did they do an amazing job, with a quick turn-around, but Falon was very responsive and was incredibly thorough at explaining the whole process and coordination with my insurance company. They even went above and beyond and buffed out a series of scratches that extended along the length of my vehicle... free of charge. The team at AutoNation Collision are total pros who go above and beyond for their customers.

My experience was horrible. The worst part wasnt that they had to keep it longer because the paint didnt match (whats their QC for??) and they didnt bother to tell me that they would pay for the rental...the worst part was no communication. I signed up for updates via text and I received two texts the entire two weeks that they had my vehicle, and that was in the beginning when they were doing the tear down. I got no further texts. When I called, at least one third of the time, no one answered the main line, when I was lucky enough to get someone, the estimator (Fallon) wouldnt return my calls. It got so bad I finally asked to speak with a manager (Marshall), who also was not great at returning calls. Working with Fallon was a nightmare, she was unprofessional and rude at times, arguing with me. She told me the reason the paint didnt match was because we were in the shade and the part I was comparing it to was plastic and the part newly painted was metal...hmmm...it matched before the repair. When I asked if I could get a discount due to the paint not matching and they had to keep my car longer, the fact they neglected to tell me they would pay for the extended days on the rental so I was without a car for an extra 5 days, and the horrible customer service, she told me no because the insurance company had paid me for the repairs...what?!? After arguing with me about it, she finally said Marshall, the manager, would call. He never called.

I had a small dent and scrape on the side of my new BMW and AutoNation Collision Center fixed it in about 2.5 days, they were very professional, helpful and great personalities, all of them from the desk to the adjusters to Dave! Dave Zilly was my rep. from the center and he was wonderful! Kept me updated on the status of my vehicle daily and even had one of the guys pick me to get my car.Highly recommend! My car was fixed like new, clean and detailed when I got it back!Thanks Dave and Staff!

They had my truck for 2 weeks and missed a dent from the damage done to my truck. I was so happy until I seen the dent. They are taking way to long I will not have work done ever again at this place for they made me use all my car rental coverage and that is not fare to me! I just had a bumper replaced a dent in the quarter panel and when they had the bed off they could of took the dent out the first time! Now they are telling me another week so this is a total of 3 weeks having my truck. I am not happy Nick is a good employee the lady in front is not friendly and has bad customer service.

When I picked up my Impala I was impressed with the paint quality and fit and finish until I got home when I open my drivers door the driver dont light did not work I turned on the stereo system the drivers door speaker did not work I open the trunk and found speaker laying in the back of the trunk also is overspray on the front and rear bumper that was not puffed off during the process hi. It kind of was a letdown to me after I have the car looked when I got it it looked Christine so I observed these items

My car was in for repairs due to an auto accident. All was good until I picked up my Car, a young girl drove it up, jumped out and handed me the key. No one came out and went over the repairs with me or asked what I thought of the work done. Not a word from anyone until this...The work was about a 8 out of 10.

My sister-in-law had one of her wheels stolen a few days before Christmas by what can only be described as a low life, slime eating coward of a rabid dog who should die of a slow death from a flesh eating bacteria. Her insurance had her car towed to the AutoNation Shop - thus began her 2nd nightmare - the tow truck company informed her that they would be there between 12:30 & 1:30 - 2:30 no show, phone call - now will be between 3:00 & 3:30 - 4:00 no show, phone call - now between 5:00 & 5:30 - 6:00 pm truck shows up, Driver was nice at least. AutoNation does not have a rim in stock will have to order, several days later - sorry not done: we ordered the wrong part, will need to reorder, another several days later - weve got the rim but, its missing a part (how a rim be sent incomplete is beyond me) will need to order the missing part - several days later Wow, the car is ready come & pick it up. Car is released to her & what do you know - 3 wheels are missing a lug nut each (unsafe) & empty bags of snack foods are left in the back seat (not hers). A call from her to the insurance company making a complaint will be made. Very poor Customer Service, very poor Quality Assurance and overall low satisfaction from a customers point of view.

My car was hit by the rear bumper in the accident. The insurance company sent me to repair it. The first time I got the car, I had problems with the engine.After sending it back to repair, I told me that it was fixed. Today, I went to get the car. The air conditioning of the car was not able to be used at all. The key is to fix the car before its ok! A female receptionist told me that it was okay with them, and they couldnt fix it. Let me send it to the dealer for repairs, and I said they didnt care about the oil change. Is it because you see that I am Asian?The air conditioning of the car is repaired after the problem, unexpectedly say that they cant repair, also with them does not matter, I am to here disappointed to the end!I can only contact the lawyer to help me communicate with the insurance company to find another responsible car repair company to repair my car. I hope you can make a good reference before you go to repair it!

Both my sales rep Eddie and and car tech Leon were amazing. Eddie made sure I had everything I wanted in my new car and kept me updated on where it was located when it was coming from the factory. Leon allows me to contact him with any questions I have no matter how silly they are as well he will repeat things over for me each time.

Would not recommend this repair facility to anyone! If I could give it zero stars I would. Trying to use LQK, CAPA parts on a 2014 GMC Sierra that is like new with 47,000 miles on it. If you dont know what that is; its either used equipment, or certified aftermarket parts. Yes I got my parts list directly from my insurance company for the repairs, so I know what Im talking about. Besides being a mechanic both professionally and as a hobby for the past 24 years I have a clue on what they tried pulling over my eyes.Time line : supposed to be 15 days turned into 7 weeks. I go to pick it up and there are issues right off the first inspection by me. This should have been done as a quality check before even calling me to pick up my vehicle.Customer serivce: Horrible some weeks I would not even hear from them. I would have to call and leave a voicemail, and possibly get a return phone call the next day. Made excuses for non-availability of parts. I laughed because they went through 2 aftermarket bumpers before my insurance company said no. They finally had to break down and buy OEM from GM. Then the excuse was GM was on strike and they couldnt receive parts. Non- stop B.S.Long rant, but if you want your vehicle back within a specified time frame I will never recommend them for collision service.

Very bad experience. Car was not repaired on time. It was about a week late due to them finding more issues with the car after it was supposedly finished. Also, once I received my car, I noticed multiple scratches and dents, along with the interior covered in grease, dirt and who knows what! They didnt even bother to clean the seats. I pointed out all of these flaws, and they kept it for ANOTHER night! They also broke a few interior lights I put in. Would not recommend.UPDATE: My car is being held for another week or two because they had to REORDER parts AGAIN. This is terrible service. Its going to be an additional week or so. Its already been a week past their due date for it to be completed. This is exhausting.

Took my car there for dent/paint work to rear driver side door. Took 4 work days. I was helped by Denise, who was very nice and pleasant. Repair work was done, dent gone, paint matched, car cleaned inside and washed outside, if maybe cleaned and washed a bit hastily.They dropped me off back at home after I dropped the car off, and they came to pick me up when the car was done. Overall, positive experience. I didnt interact with the other personnel, but Denise was excellent. Ask for her.

The service that I received was EXCELLENT! I was provided with updated information via text messages as well as conversations via the telephone. Falon, Repair Process Manager, was true to her word. My car had an estimated date of Friday, October 19th as the target date for completion, however the repairs were completed 4 days early. My car looks like it did when I drove it off the dealerships lot 7 months ago. I would definitely recommend them for their honesty and quality of work. I have NO COMPLAINTS! THANKS!
