Best customer service!

Be careful with Debbie Pecks office.I have been a customer for 5,5 years and I have now insured my 4th car through them. I bought my last car in Nov 2019 and asked for a quote with the same terms & conditions like always (Liability 100k/300k/100k, Medical 5,000$ and so on). I had this coverage for each and every car.A few days later I got a quote and was a bit shocked because the amount was so high. I told them and a few days later I got a new quote way lower. They told me that I got a discount because I am with Statefarm for such a long time.Today I checked my insurance and found out that they changed the entire coverage. Liability 25/50/25, Medical 1,000 and so on.Yes, they have sent me a personalized State Farm auto quote with the lower coverage and I didnt double-check after 3 cars and over 5 years with State Farm. I thought I can trust them.Today I found out that you cant trust them and that being a loyal customer wasnt the reason for the lower quote. They obviously deliberately cheated on me.I decided to file a claim against the office with State Farm and I think I am gonna change the insurance company too.
